Nichts

nothing, horrible welcome.
The matress was OK
The WIFI was good
Terrible experience! I called the company in Zurich 3 days before my arrival to confirm everything. On the night of my arrival (27th March), I could not get the keycode to work. So I called their emergency tel number. It took me 4 attempts to eventually speak with someone who first told me there was no sign of my reservation! Then he SHOUTED AT ME to SHUT UP and said that I had received an email from SwissStar (I never did!!!) to inform me that they had changed my address. I had to walk in Zurich at night, in the cold, to go to a different address. Not used to being shouted at, I only put up with it because I was cold and tired in a city where I know no-one.
The appartement was old, damaged, run-down, poorly furnished. The TV had no plug next to it, so not working. The sofa has disgusting stains on it! Only ONE mug in the kitchen, no sponge or washing liquid to wash it. Dirty cuttlery in the sink when I arrived. A single-size duvet on my double-size bed... The balcony has view over the backdoor and trash bins of a restaurant!!!!
The appartement SwissStar put me in has NOTHING in common with the one I rented from them (the one on the photos). Total rip-off!

Things i like most were the location near the train station spacious appartment and good bed. Not to forget the 11h checkout possibility which is not too early.
Bathroom i liked less. Everything in there, but the mold in the shower area should be solved. New silicone in the corners should solve that and is easy and quick to fix.
TV is way too small and the space can use a (artificial perhaps) plant, as well as a simple wall decoration. Too sterile now, close to boring.

A normal-size studio apartment in the Oerlikon district of Zurich not far from the airport. The room has a double bed, a sofa, a kitchenette with an electric stove, electric kettle, a microwave, a fridge and a dishwasher. There is also a balkony with a platic table and two armchairs. The bathroom is fully equipped (although apparently needs some repair or renewal), and one can use the washing mashines in the basement for free. The wifi was fine. The cleaner comes every Friday morning.
There was not enough information about how to handle the equipment. I could not use the electric stove for four days because I did not know how to turn it on, and I had to call the SwissStar people repeatedly before they sent the technician to me who fixed it. The dishwasher was also disconnected from water supply. There was also once a lack of hot water in the building from Saturday afternoon till Sunday afternoon, and again I had to call the staff repeatedly to get it fixed. The street in front of the building is being repaired, and there are two kindergartens nearby, so it is quite noisy. Moreover, there was a person nearby (probably in the same building) who talked and shouted and made various noise at night -- fortunately, not every night. There was not enough sockets in the room.

Location only
The swiss star support was hosted by someone who was rude and had no customer experience motive.
The facility is with old furniture and the dishwashers in kitchen was broken on arrival.
The swiss star treats indians very badly and did not support at all even with a chair in balcony nor with a fan in summer. The response was if I give fan to one they need to give fan to others.
There were no curtains in room allowing opposite gym to peep into what's happening in room.
The cleaning was horrible, by end of the month the tables were dusty.
Not at all a good option for a service apartment. Worst customer support and service. Very money minded people.

There was no fan or AC, sleeping in the room was not possible in the hot weather. Also there was no parking.

absolutely amazing, decent space and all the amenities you need available

Lack of air conditioner

I loved having a refrigerator. The place is a good size.
The bed was a little awkward. 2 twins pushed together is fine, but one was a little taller than the other. Also, you need to replace the shower head. It's gushing where the hose meets the handle. Replace lamp bulb and overhead bulbs.

big room and location
Annoying little stuff that makes the staying really painful. Example, fridge that makes noise, broken air ventilation in the bathroom making so much noise that is impossible to sleep, specially when you hear the ones in the other rooms, also fix the shower water is dripping from everywhere and finally the bed is not great either you feel that you are de sinking in the middle. All of those are trivial to fix from Swiss Star I just think they do not care.

Big rooms ^_^
