a complete nightmare

room was in line with pictures. location 2 minutes to the tram station.

we were robbed :(((( we used the code to enter the flat. the key for the apartment was broken and a part of the key was stucked in the locker (it was not possible to lock the flat even from inside) and we had to use the code again when we left the flat. the owner did not response to our message regarding the issue wit the key. we left to have a dinner in the city center and when we returned, the flat was robbed. we lost a laptop, airpods, some cash and our credit cards were misused. we spent 1 hr with the police in the evening and 3 hrs the next day. as it was not possible to lock the room, we had to find another hotel room around midnight. we felt completely unsafe. the whole robbery must have been prepared in advance.

Great experience - would definitely consider going back!

The flat is exactly as shown on the pictures: it is beautiful, comfortable, and neat. We received very clear instructions in terms of how to collect the keys and get inside, and we also had everything we needed ready at our disposal (towels, cooking facilities, iron and ironing board, etc. -- in fact, in one of the kitchen cupboards, we even found coffee, sugar, and salt). The flat has a panoramic aspect to it (facing three directions), with the living-room windows providing a nice overview and letting in tons of fresh air. The location is quiet (the building is a 2 min walk away from one of the city's cemeteries) and easy to find a parking slot at.

One of the issues we faced since the moment of our arrival was the sink in the bathroom: the drain appeared to be clogged, which rendered the sink more or less unusable. We also had an issue with the lock in the bathroom: at some point, a part of the lock fell out, and my boyfriend had to figure out how to temporarily fix it in order to set himself free (I informed the host regarding the issue at the end of our stay, but he hasn't responded). Finally, the bedroom is so tiny that the bed literally occupies the space from one wall to another, which means that the only way for the second person to occupy his side of the double bed is by crawling across it.
