Clean, cozy, and calm. Set in a small complex on a side road right on the lake, this was the perfect spot for a spring weekend and a show at Luck. Exceptionally clean, plenty of towels, and a great kitchen supplied with everything you could possibly need. A super responsive and friendly host were icing on the cake. Highly recommended!

The location is great and access to the water is amazing. We stayed close to July 4th and the place was decorated for the occasion. We had a great time and will definitely be back in the future.

Such a cute condo and it was perfect for us! The location is great if you are in town for a concert at Luck or just want to explore the Spicewood area.

Condo is small, but very conveniently located to Pace Bend Park. It was very quiet, which was great. The fridge is great, but stove and dishwasher are worn. No garbage disposal, limited kitchen supplies. (No hot pads or mittens for oven, or at least we couldn't find any.). Bring your own foil, plastic wrap, etc. if you plan to cook.

We slept like we were at home in the comfortable king bed. The entire condo was very clean! We totally enjoyed the tranquility of sitting on the deck watching the boaters on Lake Travis below. We definitely recommend this property!!!

Could not be closer to Pace Bend Park where we were running a race. Enjoyed the hot tub for relaxing post race. Beautiful view of the lake too. Condo was just the right size for two and had everything we needed.

Great location over looking lake Travis, loved the views and took advantage of the pool. Enjoyed the condo, easy to reserve, check-in and enjoyed the stay over the long Labor Day weekend. We had a blast and will come back.

Great getaway property in a perfect location

We booked this property as part of attending the Luck Reunion. The location was perfect for the event, being so near to the site. The unit owner was flexible with arrival time, allowing us to check in early, since the unit was prepped when we stopped by to confirm the location. We were delighted with the property itself! The unit was well appointed for food and drink preparations. The waterside lounge furniture was fantastic. The lake side vibe was great. And the music and video entertainment devices surpassed our expectations. The location was both private enough for a getaway, yet close enough to order food and drink to the unit. The one tip I’d offer for those preparing your own food and libations would be to buy groceries in Lakeway or Spicewood, as the convenience stores nearby, while good in a pinch, had limited options. Also, I would recommend the unit most for a couple’s getaway. The owner was prompt in all correspondence. We would definitely choose this location again! Great experience, all around!

This was a wonderful getaway on the lake! The pool and hot tub are right outside the patio. Neighbors were incredibly friendly- I will note that one neighbor was obviously smoking weed throughout the day, so if you're sensitive to that smell it could be a downside. Next time we'll be more prepared in finding a boat rental or something, but for a weekend with kiddos it was great!

Condo was not clean, floors were filthy and dog pee on almost every rug. Neighbor smoked the green stuff frequently and smell came through the vents inside the condo. Awesome view and decent condo for the price. Still have not received our security deposit back 2 weeks later.

We had a great time at this property! We just wanted a quick get away and this was perfect. I had a couple of Zoom meetings during our stay and was very happy that it had very reliable WiFi. The unit was very clean and the bed was very comfortable. It had everything we needed and we would love to come back for a longer stay next tine. It’s tucked in a quiet neighborhood and there was a small supermarket a few min away. There weren’t too many restaurants around but it’s fun taking a drive to Lake a Travis, Bee Cave, Marble Falls, etc. My favorite was the balcony with comfortable patio furniture to enjoy the paronamic lake view!

I stayed here with my two daughters ages 5 and 11. The place was very easy to find and it made for easy driving access to several local parks. My girls loved getting to sit outside and watch the boats on the panoramic views of the lake. The owner is extremely kind and super easy to communicate with. It may not seem like a big thing but the extra little detail of welcoming the Jones family on the letter board in the kitchen made both girls so happy and excited for our trip!

Highly recommended for a place to just forget about your day to day stresses of life! Condo was clean and comfortable. It was stocked with everything you need. Just bring your food to cook and that’s all. The patio was spacious and had plenty of comfortable seating right near the pool and hot tub. Not to mention the view of the lake right out the back door. Cindy was very easy to communicate with and check in was a breeze. Hope to be back soon!

We loved the condo with it's amazing views and great location. The host helped us out with our timeline, which we really appreciated as it made our trip much better. She is very friendly and easy to work with. The condo had everything needed to be comfortable, including a kitchen with everything needed to cook, a BBQ, and furnished patio. We will be staying again in the future.
