Séjour appartement Ruza - Merci pour votre accueil et disponibilité

Sympathie et disponibilité des propriétaires. Bonus, nous avons même eu droit à du raisin maison qui était délicieux. Proximité de la plage, Split et Trogir. Propreté de l'appartement

Pas de cafetière. Un petit peu petit pour 3 personnes, surtout la terrasse (nous étions 2 adultes et 1 enfant de 8ans). Impossible de profiter du balcon les jours de pluie.

Polecam wszystkim, ktorzy szukają świetnego noclegu w przystępnej cenie

Blisko do morza i miasteczka, sklepów i przystanków autobusowych. Właściciele bardzo serdeczni, piękny widok z okna, dobrze chłodząca klimatyzacja. Wygodne łóżko.

Jak za taka cenę wszystko było odpowiedniego standardu. Jedyne co to brakowało jednego blatu roboczego w kuchni więcej i suszarki do naczyń.

Schöne Tage mit Besichtigung und Strand

Wir wurden von den Vermietern, die Deutsch sprechen, sehr freundlich empfangen. Unser Auto konnte auf dem Grundstück abgestellt werden. Wir haben es in den vier Tagen nicht benötigt. Die Unterkunft ist nicht sehr geräumig, aber sauber und für einen kurzen Aufenthalt ausreichend. WLAN und Klimaanlage funktionierten bestens, Betten waren bequem. Das Appartement liegt für Ausflüge nach Split und Trogir perfekt. Der Bus ist nur ein paar min entfernt und fährt in beide Richtungen alle halbe Stunde. Ebenfalls sehr nahe gibt es einen Bäcker und einen kleinen Supermarkt. Zum Strand läuft man ebenfalls nur kurz. Hier kann man am Abend auf der Promenade schön spazieren und essen gehen. Empfehlung: Konoba Intrada reservieren, vor allem wenn man draußen sitzen möchte.

The hosts were very welcoming, the room was nice loooking with a good view, bathroom was clean, kitchen was clean and well equipped, and the price is reasonable

Although the booking states there is free privafe parking with no reservation needed, in order for you to be 100% sure you get a parking spot, you need to pay for a reservation. Also, the internet connection was pretty poor, as the network would often break.

Lovely beach view

We loved our stay since it was clean, comfortable, equipped apartment. Super nice sea terrace view and 5min walk from the lovely beach. The host Ruzha and Stepjan were the kindest hosts ever! Great communication hospitality and kindness. We recommend the apartment 10/10 😌

Great accommodation and awesome proprietors.

We were accommodated by a very nice couple who helped us with everything. They were super helpful! Also the accommodation was very good - clean, very good location, close to the beach, the grocery store is also only 5-minute walk from there.

This area is quite secluded - there are not that many restaurants, shops, bars, etc. around there. We did not mind this, however, if you are looking for some good night life this would probably not be the place for you.

Amazing overall experience. Great location. Value for money!

The hosting family was super friendly and helpful. The location was around 20km away from Split and the apartment view was incredible (3rd floor sea view). Parking spot available. Very clean and fully equipped little apartment, perfect for a couple!

I really can’t say anything negative about our stay, they also gave us a card with 10% discount for the Konoba Intrada restaurant which is really close to the apartment (around 7mins walking).

Location and parking

The owners only speak native language. Missing some kitchen utensils. Just 1 set of towels for 5 days of stay. If you need more, you need to pay extra.

Kastela a jewel placed between Trogir + Splitj ²

Location was perfect, in-between trogir and split and only 6 minutes drive from Split airport. Beach only 5 minutes walk from apartment.

Everything was great for us, but I suppose if you were a young person Probably not enough nite-life music & entertainment there for you. We were middle aged couple so it was grand for us, and we noticed alot of young couples with their children here. So it suited them also as it was nice & quiet late on at night.

very hospitable hosts, you can smoke on the balcony.beautiful view from the window

no microwave, no clock. The rooms are not cleaned. we haven't changed the bed in 9 days. There is no sugar, salt, sunflower oil, tea in the kitchen, I had to buy everything myself. You can't invite friends, it's disgusting. I would like to just sit with friends on the balcony during the day, but it is forbidden!

Exceptional

The apartment was really cool, amazing view of mountains and sea. Every apartment has a balcony, so you always have a great landscape view. The nearest beach (beaches) is just 2 mins. by walking. Bakery is 5 mins by walking (they only accept cash) nearby shops are 5-10 mins by walking or faster by riding a bike 😁 Bus station is 5 min by walking which goes to Trogir and Split. Nice kitchenette and bathroom was enough for 2. In the kitchen there was everything provided for doing your cooking and keeping the food. Even though owners didn't speak in English, but they were cute and everytime were interested in our stay 🤗🤗 So happy that I have chosen such a perfect place to stay. Highly recommended

Very good

Apartments are run by very friendly family Djikic! Both Ruzha and Stjepan speak good German. Location is pretty much perfect: on a quiet street, 5 mins away from several beaches as well as shopping possibilities. Shaded parking is available as well.

Suboptimal location of shower/wc in main bedroom and lack of washing machine. not a dealbreaker though.

Great place to stay, with nice view and kind owners.

Very nice place to stay, with lovely view to the mountains, sea and Split city from balcony. We enjoyed to sit there at the evening with the beer and take a pleasure by the view there :) Appartment was clear, airy, with comfortable bed. Also air condition was very helpful for the warm nights. Also Mr. and Mrs. Djikic were very kind to us. We could kept our bags in their private during last day and pick it up at the evening before our departure.

Kitchen and bathroom was very small in our apartment, not much space to prepare food or lay something aside ... or for persons with big body volume :) Luckily it wasn´t our case but someone else could have issue with this. Maybe some small table in the room could help a little?

For me, location was perfect, because everything you need you can reach by foot. Grocery store, ATM, beach, beach bar, and most important, airport is very close.

Good

The location of the house is excellent, near the sea. Kastela as a town itself is an excellent summer destination near Split and Trogir.

Through booking we reserved one studio and one apartment "with seaview" but at arrival we were given two basic studios. This was inconvenient for my colleagues who were forced to sleep three in one room instead of two rooms. A change was not possible since all the rooms were occupied. Also, due to the fact that my credit card had been already fully charged for the whole holliday, we could not cancel our reservation and move somewhere else as we would have done normally since in September other options were available elsewhere in the vicinity. Basicallly we were stuck with whatever was given to us. The son of the owners reimbursed me after 10 day with a negligible amount for the "qualitative difference". At the location basically you get an empty clean room, nothing else, no soap or towels. Poor noise isolation. Just to know what to expect.
