This house was wonderful and is stocked with nearly everything you need! The property management team is fabulous and so reaponsive, with a great attention to detail. I had mentioned something about the wheelchair in the garage in an email to Al and when we checked in, the chair had been brought up for our use! We also forgot a few items and within a week they were at my doorstep. The only negatives about the property is that the downstairs is only accessible via the elevator inside, the layout is a tad wonky, and the road in front of the house was busier than expected, so we opted to forego bike rides. Be sure to check out the dock and river on the other side of the property - I may have prefered it to the oceanside! All in all, a great trip and my family would definitely stay here again!

We have stayed in this area and with this management company for the last couple of years. The house and property were clean with all essentials needed for the whole week included. The grills looked like they were brand new, which is not the case for most properties. The house itself has a great view of the beach and you can hear the waves crashing at night. The houses main benefit is being able to enjoy both the sound and ocean. Everything in the house was included with many extras located within the house.

Our stay was amazing. The house was so clean and so much thought went into what we would experience while vacationing. When you read the amenities that the house comes with, believe it! This house came fully stocked with everything we would need to be at the beach! Do not over think and pack too much!

Our vacation stay at this property was nothing less than amazing. The home was beautiful, impressive, and very well stocked. Private beachfront property with stunning views and a scenic walkway through the mangroves that led out to the intercoastal dock where we watched the dolphins every day.
Detailed pictures of the home do a pretty good job of featuring the layout, but we were most impressed by the service we received. I’ve rented many other properties from VRBO, and I’ve never had a bad experience, but I have to say Al and his team really set a new standard for customer service. So much thought was put into every detail. From the welcome basket we received, to the robes, slippers, beach towels, coffee, tea, creamers, jellies, and all of the countless beach toys that were made available…. fishing poles, kayaks…. everything. Al even provided us with a phone charger since I managed to leave mine at home. I messaged him when I was two hours away from the property and the charging cord was delivered to the house before we even arrived. After surveying the area, I was a bit concerned about getting my father out to the dock because he cannot walk very long distances. After a quick search, I found a wheelchair in the garage! Again, amazing attention to detail.
Please do not hesitate if you are thinking about renting this home. It was a perfect experience, and an excellent value!

We thoroughly enjoyed our week at La Dolce Vita. The house and property were great- super clean and incredibly well stocked! EVERYTHING you would want for a week at the beach is provided. Instructions for everything were very clear and everything was labeled (kitchen contents, etc)- super helpful! Communication was outstanding- we only had one minor issue with two bikes and two new bikes were dropped off within the hour. Any emails were answered almost immediately! The view from the house is beautiful and location is wonderful. A Publix grocery store is conveniently located a mile away and we had wonderful meals/drinks and service at all the restaurants we tried. (Kyle G’s Prime, Shuckers, Stuart Boathouse, Hudsons, Fujiyama hibachi)Just an FYI- the entrance to the house is directly on a main road and we all agreed that it would be a slight concern with small children. 5 stars!

I found this place on VRBO and thought this would be amazing. My dad lives in Hobe Sound and has recently been having health issues. I wanted to take a family vacation and also have my family get quality time with their Papa. I felt I might be over extending myself financially but everyone I spoke to said the same thing that I was thinking, “you only live once”
I could write a huge story about our experience and if asked I will tell more. I just want you to know that we are extremely grateful that a place like this exists. Everything you could possibly think of was thought of. We have amazing pictures if you want to add to your photo collection. I think my family would love to come once a year if we can.

We had a really nice 2 week family getaway at this house! Very clean, very well stocked and Al was very nice to deal with. The wing foilers in our group (and the rest of us) loved the location!

Very nice stay, even with some plumbing issues that were addressed by Al promptly. Thank you!! Though I wish I knew that there is only outside stairs to go up and down between the 2 floors (other than the elevator which is not to be used by kids). Nice property but tight for 11 adults and 5 kids. Luckily we had that maximum for only 2 nights

Our family had a fabulous time. Dolphins swimming in your backyard everyday. Turtles nesting, beautiful beach with thousands of shells. Fishing off the dock with shrimp we caught at least 18 fish. The house is open great kitchen set up. Sunrises were beautiful. It worked great for our wedding and our kid’s birthday. Plus my husbands. If you have the opportunity stay at this rental.

Perfect location! Perfect place! They are not kidding that the house is stocked with EVERYTHING.... Fishing gear, water walkers, footballs, volleyball net, ping pong table....I could go on and on! The teenagers were in heaven. Grandparents had the perfect lookout on the porch to watch them have fun in the sand too!

Booked this property mainly due to its location and was shocked how much the house had to offer. Can't count how many times we went back and forth from the fishing dock to the beach as both were very nice to be at. I was beyond impressed with how great renting through Beach house in Paradise was. Theres to many things to list so I would recommend to anyone to give them a try if they havent already. We would definitely book another trip though them.

This property and experience was 5 stars. Everything was provided, I mean everything. The location is one in a million. The check out process was just like leaving a resort, no pulling bed sheets and long checklists to dread. We definitely will be back for a much longer stay!

Whenever we are in the area. We always make sure we stay in one of Al’s properties. He’s always treated as well and always make sure that we have everything we need. If we have any issues, he gets them taken care of immediately I would always suggest to stay at one of his properties.

We had a Great Time with Family and Grandkids!! 2nd stay with this property manager property had everything you need. We had a Plumming issue taken care of right away. We should have been a little more careful when reviewing beds we had 4 couples with kids so not a lot of privacy for adults in the basement with shared baths. But over all love the beach there its not crowded and some what private. Thanks!!!

We've been to many, many VRBO's and this property and owner takes the cake as THE best. Thoughtful is an understatement: everything you could have wanted (and things you didn't even realize you did) are taken care of and plentiful. The owner/manager anticipate your every need. The property is perfection, on a gorgeous, empty beach. The home is perfection, with so many rooms and comfortable furnishings. We will 1,000% be back!

This home is just better than all the reviews. The owner just went really above and beyond to make our stay that much better than any other stays we've had on any other properties.
Every detail was put in place with intention, from the check in process to check out, everything went very smoothly.
I'll give this property a 10 stars out of 5. Everything in the house was super clean and in perfect working conditions: sheets, towels, dinnerware, fridge, stove, pool, bbq, etc.
The beach is just a few steps away and it was perfect, just like the lagoon with canoes and paddle boards.
Everything in the house was in perfect working order and every amenity was very well thought out.
We will definitely be stating again in this property!

If you have kids....
Anyone with kids should know that the downstairs is quite separate. There are no interior stairs going between the floors.
The upstairs is really nice, the downstairs is not nearly as nice.
Beach was awesome! The kids labeled the bunk bed room as "the asylum." It was not a very nice room...
But, we had a great time and the property was super-clean and the checkout process was delightful.

Excellent stay
We have gone to Dolce Vita for 2 years - all 18 of us. Both years, we have been super impressed with absolutely everything. We needed more beach chairs, they were delivered within an hour. We needed help with working a tv, there were helping us within 30 minutes. The service and accommodations were top notch. We highly recommend Dolce Vita for a large family get together. You are located smack in the beach. No one will be disappointed!!!!!! Thank you To Al and his team. You gave our whole family ranging from 85 years old to 14 years old an unbelievable place to make memories!!!!

Memorial Weekend Getaway
Our group of 8 adults and 4 children had an absolute blast at La Dolce Vita! The house was stocked with everything we could possibly need and was located in a very safe area. Al was great and quick to respond to any questions we had. I would recommend any families with kids make sure they are sleeping in one of the two primary bedrooms upstairs as the two primary bedrooms downstairs are in the garage/a bit detached from the main house. We would highly recommend La Dolce Vita!!

Incredible Home in Paradise!
La Dolce Vita is absolute paradise! The house is incredible and fully stocked with EVERYTHING. We really enjoyed paddle boarding on the river side of the property and found the rock formations on the beach to be very unique to Florida. They made the beach extra special! Al had a nearly immediate response to any question we had about the property (great service)!
Overall we had a truly amazing vacation at La Dolce Vita! We were very sad to leave. Without hesitation we would choose this property in the future and we hope to stay there again real soon!

Great house for family reunion!
Location, location, location😉. We had a wonderful vacation and plenty of room for all. The kitchen is so well stocked that all the cooks were happy. Anyone can find faults with things but the management company would be on any issue if needed. I think one of the things I liked the most😉was so many linens and towels There is nothing worse than not having a clean towel but this house had more than enough for 10 days and 16 people. I will definitely use the management company again for the perfect property. They are very picky who the allow to rent, now I see why. I hope we will be welcomed back!

A true heaven ! Beyond our expectations
This home and property is absolutely gorgeous. It is set up well for multiple families and fully stocked with everything you need. From the top balcony you can see both ocean and the intercoastal. I highly recommend it for any family gathering.

This property is one of multiple properties I have rented in the past; always happy was in perfect condition. All equipped with more than needed necessities including personal items, and may I also give an opportunity here to give grateful thanks again for the wonderful anniversary present gift card! We had 15 people stay at this location. Ages 1-67, with 4 kids 3 and under. We definitely loved the location and the amount of space we had. Just a few steps and we were on the beach! The house was very well stocked, we had everything we needed. The grocery store was about a mile away. Overall, our stay was excellent! I would certainly recommend this property!

Everything as expected hygiene and cleanliness of the place was brilliant we expected that and we got it. Stunning view, The house was well stocked with everything from the kitchen to the bathroom everything was really nice. The Sonos Soundsystem loved it. We can’t wait to go back again
