About this house rental
Luxury 4-bedroom designer villa with private heated pool - 100 yards from a private beach. (the house is the 3rd back from the beach.) The house is beautifully furnished and sleeps 10. The 2 wing layout is ideal for 2 families as each wing features 2 King bedrooms and a bathroom. The modern, designer kitchen and large comfortable living room are in the center of the house, separating the 2 wings and both open on to the very private veranda and heated pool. High speed broadband (600 MBPS )WiFi throughout the house makes it great for working remotely.
Vero Beach is a lovely upscale resort town, just north of Palm Beach. Besides relaxing by your private heated pool, or taking long walks on our beautiful beach, you can enjoy area activities like golf, tennis, shopping, boating, jet skiing, and more.
The house is approximately 1 1/2 hours from Disney World in Orlando - you can enjoy the parks for a few days, then come back and relax by the pool and beach!
The beach is private access only for the families on the street. NOTE that due to recent storms there has been significant erosion on our beach at at some times during the year at high tide, the beach can be small. At mid and low tide there is generally plenty of gorgeous beach to enjoy!
There are two external surveillance cameras on the property: 1 on the lockbox/garage and 1 on the front door. The footage is deleted weekly and is used for the protection of the property from intruders.

The house was exactly as advertised- such a great family trip. The host was fantastic and so responsive. Close to town/ beach/ shops/ great pool- could not have asked for a better stay!

We spent two weeks and had a wonderful time. The house is on a quiet street. The beach is a 1 minute walk away and we were usually the only person there. The backyard is 100% private. We felt comfortable letting our child run around and have fun. The property manager is very friendly and helpful. We had no problem getting Door Dash or Walmart to to deliver food/groceries to this location. We hope to stay here again in the future.

We planned a family vacation at this property. Everyone from age 7 to 80 LOVED the house. The word
"luxury" gets thrown around a lot - this listing truly lived up to the word. It was immaculately clean and perfectly stocked, from towels to beach chairs to cooking implements. The pool was gorgeous and when the listing says it is steps from the beach - it is quite literally steps from the beach. The living room has big comfy couches for movie nights and conversation. Every bedroom was beautiful. The host was warm and friendly - check-in and out were a breeze. We are already talking about planning more trips to this house! Thank you, Elizabeth, for such a wonderful week.

Two minute stroll to a VERY private and gorgeous beach.
The pool in the backyard feels very secluded and so nice to have right at your fingertips.
Large dining table for the whole family. We had a blast doing late night family game nights.
We had groceries and pizza delivered right to us.
Cute shopping and restaurants just a ten minute drive away.
AMAZING hostess and incredibly responsive.
I think we spent the majority of our trip just gushing over how PERFECT this house/spot was for us.

The house was a perfect setup with the 3 access points in the back! Just about everything we needed was there, only things we were “missing” was foil or plastic wrap, kids utensils (we had 2 kids under 3,) and a rubber spatula for when we made brownies. Other than that, there were plenty of chairs, umbrellas, towels, beach toys, etc. Elizabeth and Norm were great hosts, welcoming and accommodating at every turn. We had an unfortunate encounter with “no see-ums” bugs or sand fleas but I’m sure this is seasonal and we didn’t let it ruin our time! Next time we will be prepared with some spray. Our kids loved finding coconuts in the yard and swimming for hours in the pool! We brought a few rafts from home which were great for adults to relax for an evening swim. All around a beautiful house, beautiful private beach and great memories were made!

This was our second trip to Vero Beach and our first time staying at this property. I, along with my wife, our two young children and my wife's parents all stayed at the house. There was plenty of space for all of us with room to spare. The house / property is set in a great location - a quiet ocean block with only a dozen or so single family homes on the street. The home is set just two properties back from the beach. It was clean, with plenty of space and beautiful back yard, pool and covered patio/veranda directly off the kitchen and living areas. The house is equipped with everything you would need for a comfortable, relaxing stay. Elizabeth was a terrific host - she contacted me to make sure we arrived safely and again during our stay to make sure we were enjoying (which we were). The beach was terrific... beautiful and we had it pretty much to ourselves during our entire stay. We would absolutely stay here again.

This property was well stocked with anything and everything a family would need . The layout afforded privacy with two master bedrooms on opposite ends of the house. Any easy and very short walk to the beach . We will return !

The house has everything you need for a successful relaxing vacation. The neighbors were quiet and friendly. The beach was clean and quiet. The pool was warm and private. We ordered amazing food from local restaurants via DoorDash and ate under the veranda while our kid played in the pool. I would absolutely recommend this property.

Family Vacay
The house was perfect for when just my husband and I were there and for when our daughter, son in law and 2 year old grandson arrived. We were so happy to have the fence around the pool, and happy to be able to use the pool without the fence as well. Two bedrooms are on each side of the house which allowed for privacy for both families. The beach was lovely and just a short walk from the house. The owner was exceptionally responsive. We highly recommend this house.

Great property. Everything you need/want for a family stay and/or gathering! Good sleeping arrangements. Good dining and socializing areas both inside and out. Wonderful layout and finishes.

Amazing Three Week Get Away
This house is worth it. The layout enabled us to have friends at one end and family at the other end. The back yard has complete privacy. I felt comfortable allowing my young child to run around and have fun. We were often the only people on the beach.
The kitchen has everything you need. We used the coffee grinder and coffee pot everyday. Vero Beach has a lot of great restaurants. We had no problem with food and grocery deliveries.
The house is very quiet. The neighbors are friendly. We had no problems during our stay. We have stayed here multiple times in the past and plan to stay in the future.

The Perfect Family Vacation
Due to the COVID, we had not seen our family in person for over a year. We have three grandchildren and when searching for a place that would work for us, the minute I saw the three beds in a room, the decision was easy. Although they had virtual school for four of the days during the week, the house lended itself to their isolation and the rest of the group could relax without bothering them. When they were finally set free, they spent the morning at the beach and the afternoon in the pool.
The beach was great for shell gathering, once we realized that you go at low tide, and the last day we put together beautiful collages. We are a also foodie family and were pleased that the kitchen was fully equipped.
The owners responded quick to any questions or problems we had.

Our kids had school everyday but because the pool area is quiet and the beach is just steps away , school seemed fun !! The house was extremely clean and loved the modern feel along with the coziness of it all .The house manager was also very attentive!! We never really needed anything but had a question about the tv and Norm was quick to answer and double checked the next day to make sure . The only negative thing was having to leave!!! Amazing Private Getaway
We spent two weeks at this house and it had everything we needed for an amazing vacation. There is a full kitchen and grill available. The pool is very private and I felt comfortable allowing my 7 year old to run around and have fun. We rarely saw anyone at the beach. It was like having our own private paradise.
Vero Beach has lots of great restaurant options and there are multiple grocery stores to chose from. Because of Covid 19...we stayed to ourselves and used Walmart pickup for groceries. We were able to use Door Dash and Grub Hub to have food delivered to the house from several amazing restaurants.
We had no problems during our stay. The check in and check out processes were very simple. The property owner is readily available and willing to help as needed. The pictures accurately represent the house. If you are in Vero Beach, this is where you want to stay. We hope to come back in the future.

Wonderful Social Distance Vacation
This was a wonderful stay. The pictures are accurate as to what to expect in the house. The kitchen and pool are well stocked. Lots go board games and books. We were a group of 8: 4 adults and 4 teens/kids. We specifically picked this house because it had private pool and was right on the beach. We could not have picked a better property. It was perfect for cooking, grilling and hanging alone since we had no intent of going anywhere due to Covid. The owner was great and the house manager was just a call away although he left us with lots of info and we needed nothing on our stay. I will note that just days before our trip, Hurricane Isaais was slated to hit Vero Beach. The owner allowed us to shift our days by a few days to avoid the storm and the conditions that might be treacherous to our vacation. I would recommend this property without hesitation and we hope to return to this area and would rent this property again.

Comfortably private and relaxing in a Covid world.
House was exactly as described. We enjoyed the comfort of the pool and outside patio along with a very short walk to the beach. Occasionally we saw one other family at the beach, otherwise we had it to ourselves. Quiet neighborhood. This area of Vero Beach is great for bike riding, walking, taking a run. Also only 3 miles from the bridge to the mainland or to the main beach area of Vero with shops and restaurants. Vero Beach itself is a hidden gem. This house is a perfect way to enjoy it. We would definitely stay here again.

Private Paradise
Gorgeous house with private backyard oasis and just steps from beautiful, uncrowded beach! The house was clean, well stocked, and spacious. The pool was lovely. The kitchen is well-appointed and perfect for cooking family meals. The large garage was an added bonus, especially since it contained pool floats, beach chairs, umbrellas, and a beach wagon. Communication with the owners was excellent. This rental truly is a gem! We all were sad to leave and are already looking forward to returning!
