Класна локалізація, є все необхідне. На кухні - мікрохвильова, кавова машина (чай, кава), трохи посуду. Є фен, шампунь, рушники. Ми жили на партері - навпроти ресторанів. Абсолютно не заважав звук, штори щільні. Спати зручно. Є вентелятор на стелі

Superb

The location was exceptional and within walking distance of most sights (with one virtually on the doorstep). There is a good selection of bars and restaurants in the same street, yet it was quiet overnight as it is pedestrianised. It was a bonus to have the facility to make coffee, plus microwave etc. although we pretty much ate our meals out. The bed was comfortable and the AC worked well. We loved the terrace and balcony. Although we didn’t meet our hosts, they were good communicators and quickly fixed a problem with the hot water.

I would have liked more space for hanging clothes, especially long skirts and dresses. The bathroom grouting (corners etc.) could benefit from a deep clean or upgrade and the bathroom sink tap is in an awkward, fixed position, or maybe I missed something! The registration process could be difficult and over-complicated for the less technically equipped.

Great location, lovely rooftop area with the penthouse apartment.

Pleasant

I liked very much the location of this accommodation, and how close it was from all the touristic attractions. I liked the design of the room and how spacious it was, the fact that we had some welcoming wine in the fridge from the host, it was a really nice gesture. We rented the penthouse and from outside the room via stairs you can acces a private terrace with beautiful view of the Metropol. Internet was good, they had an iron for clothes, bed was comfortable.

Even though in the room was clean, in the bathroom they need to improve it, it had some mold around the corners and some stains. I think it is too bad that they do not fix this because if it weren't for this the room is beautiful. The other thing that bothered me ( but not as much as the mold) was the noise from the outside. They have really bad noise insulation at the windows, they probably bought the cheapest ones. We could not sleep at all, we had to go to the farmacy and buy earplugs, only then we could sleep.

it‘s a really good place to stay. However, keep in mind that you don‘t have access to the terrace on the picture. It‘s only for the penthouse. The pictures don‘t correspond perfectly. The bathroom is basically in the same room as the bed and there is a rollig door between the two. It‘s a very small hotel with two floors. it was a good value for the money.

Shower: appears that in Spain people think water flows upwards, several floor level showers that overflowed into the bathroom area. Water flows downwards, fix your showers so that they don't overflow.

We had an excellent stay at Welldone Metropol! The location is fantastic - right in the centre and walking distance to all of the main attractions and facilities – about 15mins on foot to the Cathedral and Alcazar, and about 20mins to the bus and train terminals. Great food, bar and shopping options all at your doorstop! We were in the Penthouse room, which was large, immaculately clean, air-conditioned, and well-appointed with a little kitchenette and big bathroom with a wonderful shower. The private terrace and pool was the perfect place to have a coffee in the mornings and to cool off after a day of sightseeing. And the view is spectacular! Given the hotel's location, the insulation did a very good job of minimising the sound from outside on the weekend nights – a small price to pay for being in the heart of such an amazing city! While we never actually met anybody in person, the staff were very attentive and responsive via WhatsApp. Someone contacted us every day to make sure that everything was OK and asking what we needed. Self check-in was easy, and they provided useful PDFs that gave us all the information we needed. Overall, I would highly recommend staying here!

It's not a fault of the hotel, but it is worth bearing in mind that the square does get quite busy on Friday (and presumably also Saturday) nights. The sound insulation in the room was very good, and so it didn't really bother us (it became like background 'white noise'), but you may want to consider it.

It's nicely located. Though it was the ground floor, it wasn't noisy as they have good windows.

Not really sure if it's a good value. I think it's overpriced for the room with no reception. Also there were a lot of cracks on the walls.

Unbeatable View

It is an unbelievable location. Right next to the Setas and all the great restaurants. We enjoyed the sunset with the best views every night. The staff was excellent.

The room was comfortable and with lots of facilities. It is centrally located and the main sites are within walking distance with lots of restaurants and bars nearby. Las Setas, the giant mushroom, is located just outside the hotel.

Communication by Whatsapp prior to arriving and having to upload documents as part of an online registration is not that user friendly. The reception was remote and door codes etc provided - however they did answer queries promptly. I would prefer more of a human in person presence.
