The house is spacious and comfortable. The property is nicely landscaped, and provided some awesome firefly viewing at night. Ginny is very responsive and quick to address any requests. Would happily stay again!

Awesome! Felt like we turned back the clock in time. We loved the decor and location. It is a beautiful area especially in Fall. Host was very accommodating especially loved being greeted by a bottle of wine!

We stayed at the property while our child attended Ligonier Camp just a few miles away. We loved the outdoor spaces to read and journal, we enjoyed quiet reflection at the spring and garden in the back, we walked into town for several meals but also had everything we needed in the kitchen for some meals at home, and I was able to catch an important game on the direct tv. We hope to stay here again when our child is back at camp!

The house is lovely, spotless, and well furnished. The owner lives directly across the back and is very helpful and friendly. It is a short walk into town where there are many interesting gift shops and restaurants. The house is a 6-minute drive to Idlewild and Soak Zone. We went on a cool day, so we did not do any water activities. There’s more than enough dry stuff to do. It’s a must see for Daniel Tiger fans.

A charming American town deserves a charming home to live in while visiting. Ligonier is such a place. Where we stayed was such a home-- immaculate, well-stocked with every amenity, and surrounded by gardens which brought the day's activities to a peaceful conclusion on the rear deck. Kudos to the hosts.

My son and I stayed here together. Everything was more than perfect with everything we needed and plenty of room. The setting was restful and quiet and the host most accommodating! Simple check in and lots of privacy! I would stay here again in a heartbeat!

We loved staying here and getting to cozy up next to the fire with a book, and loved getting to walk around town and on local hiking trails. A very peaceful, rejuvenating experience. Ginny had everything we could have forgotten on-hand and was quick to reply when we needed her. It was such a pleasure.

Wonderful relaxing weekend get away
A couple of friends along with myself decided on a weekend get away. This was a wonderful option! It is a very clean and charming home in the heart of Ligonier with in walking distance to many shops, cafes and restaurants.
The homeowner was wonderful and even offered to come and help build a fire for us.

Great home for a weekend getaway, walking distance to the diamond and well equipped.

We stayed here for 5 days with our adult son and his wife over New Years. Due to COVID, we were not able to do much other than outdoor activities (skiing at Seven Springs, snow shoeing and cross country skiing) and sitting by the fire and enjoying home cooked meals and puzzles and games. Ginny and her husband are great and very responsive. We have stayed in many Airbnb’s and this house is exactly as described. We loved it and will definitely be back!

Best friends getaway
My best friend and I rented this cozy house for a shopping trip in downtown Ligonier. House was perfect from location to the stocking of house. We loved our evenings of sitting in house, talking and building puzzles which where also provided. Thanks Ginny!

The Alice's Spring Cottage is charming (there is an actual spring on the property), has plenty of space and is well-equipped. The king bed in the master bedroom is a plus. There are many shops and restaurants, a full-sized grocery store, and Fort Ligonier, which is on the National Register of Historic Places. We also enjoyed the natural beauty of Linn Run State Park and Forbes State Forest, both nearby, and learned a lot about local history from visiting the Compass Inn Museum, a few miles away in Laughlintown.We are eager to return to Alice's Spring Cottage as soon as we are able.

This was a perfect place for my husband and I to come and stay with our best friends for a long weekend. This is the first time we got away since the COVID pandemic started and it was a great place to stay. No worries about being in a hotel with a lot of other people. It was super clean & in beautiful Ligonier! I stayed here last year with some girlfriends and remembered how nice it was. We were able to visit local wineries & sit outside as well as the Ligonier farmers market on Saturday morning which was another fun thing to do during a time of social distancing! The house is perfect for cool evenings to sit on the porch and a great space to sit around and play board games! Thank you a Ginny for offering this beautiful place for others to be able to come to and enjoy!!!Will definitely be back again soon!Kristan, Mike, Donna & Frank
