The hotel is located in about 5 minutes away from the commercial center of the city of Nubeiba, on a private beach, with a great marine life, great spot for snorkeling or free diving. it has a big nice pool. the staff was polite and fun to hang out with (we were the only guests in the hotel, so the only interaction was with the staff).
Transportation to and from the hotel is a problem. if you plan on going out, I suggest you ask as many taxi providers as you can, and haggle about the price of the fare. some rooms has no TV.

Very hospitably and helpful. We arrived in the middle of the night because of delay with the boat, but we felt so very welcome. The garden and surroundings have a very nice 'female touch' and you can swim and see the corals of the Red sea right from the property. There are not many guests in this area because of the situation but it is all very safe here. It is not all new or very luxury, but the price is very moderate and a good Breakfast and WiFi included.
The room door does not close easily.

For a quiet get away it is the perfect spot

Fantastic beautiful place with surprisingly low prices compared to neighboring hostels.
We came for the seaside relaxation, the pool, the drinks and the food but we hadn’t expected such great accommodations, kindness and service.

Honest workers - I forgot my Apple EarPods and they found them and sent me back. Not obvious. I credit their integrity very high for that
Shower curtains were too short so the water leaked all over the bathroom
Food was super slow to prepare but that is common to Sinai
Two of us came home with diarrhoea that lasted for a couple of days. We ate at multiple places outside the hotel so we can’t tell whether it was contracted there.

Lovely pool area and very close to the beach. The building is very dated but was clean, it is more comfortable than beach huts in the area. The options in the area are limited and this was adequate, the pool is really the selling point.
Staff were helpful but English is limited.
Ordered breakfast at 8.30, had a ferry to get and we had to leave without eating as 45minutes later we were still waiting.

nothing works properly
too much problems and none of hotel benefits, food is very expensive yet it’s very basic and low portions, no one ever cleaned the room or even asked about it.

The pool was very good and clean.
The hotel staff was very kind and took care of us.
We felt like family.
The cleanliness in the rooms was less than good, we would have been happy for better room service

Large room, beautiful views, nice atmosphere, good air conditioning, fun pool, right on beach, very affordable. Hosts and staff were very friendly and helpful. They let us check in late. They accommodated every level of kashrut. There is a nice coral reef not far from the shore; we recommend paying one of the local people along the shore with a boat to take you right to the reef.

Beautiful peaceful location on the red sea, great food and service, lovely pool and room was nice and clean.
We arrived with no cash and they didn't take card, we had to use the WiFi to book online otherwise we would've had to pay for a taxi back to the town for an ATM. Booking online through booking.com also isn't as straight forward as you think as the hotel doesn't accept your booking reservation until THEY receive a message from booking.com, which they didn't receive for my friend who booked.
So it was not a very smooth check in.

We stayed at Ciao once again on our way back through the Sinai from Jordan and we enjoyed our stay as we did before.
We made it in around 3 in the morning although we were suppose to arrive by 1 or 2am and there was staff there available to help. I was afraid that we would have to wait for assistance being that it was later, but NOPE, they were awaiting our arrival
Miriam came out and hugged us all up, assisted us to our rooms and told us to get some rest from our long journey back.We awoke around 10 to get our bus ride together, walked the premises and talked before breakfast then left around 1p.
This by far is the best HOSPITALITY we've received on this side.We plan to return for a long weekend at some point in the future

the host were great and gave us such a nice feeling while we were there
dont expect an american/europien hotel, but for sinai it was absolutly fine

The place ,the quiet.
Everything was superb and the staff were helpful in everyway.
The entrance to the sea by the hotel is difficult and it is necessary to walk about 100metres to swim properly or snorkel
