About this house rental

Location is the key when you rent this house! Experience the spirit of Aggieland in a neighborhood just 1 mile south of campus. On game day, you can feel the excitement in the air, being this close to campus and Kyle Field.
No need to pay for pricey, campus parking. Leave your car in our driveway, walk 1/2 block and catch the A&M shuttle bus which goes straight to campus. No cost or pass is involved, it's free. We are also within a 10 minute walk to HEB, Target, other shops and Restaurants at the intersection of Texas and Holleman. A public park is next to our house, with a scenic walking path for those morning walks or runs.

Our comfortable 3 bedroom, 2 bath + study/bunk room, home is a great place for your family and friends to gather. The kitchen is fully equipped. Fix anything from microwave popcorn to a full meal. We provide homemade cinnamon rolls on your first morning. A 42' TV sits above the fireplace with a DVD player. The master bedroom is furnished with a 32' TV. The covered front porch allows you to sit outside and hear the Fightin' Texas Aggie band play on game day. This home is warm and inviting and we would love to have you experience what we've enjoyed all these years as Aggies.

Our family enjoyed the comforts and cleanliness of Beth’s home. The space was perfect for 3 couples getting ready for the football game and then for resting after the Aggie win and watching college baseball in the living room afterwards. We would book here again!

Five friends had a great weekend at this home. It was perfect for our group. The homeowner was very responsive and helpful. We really enjoyed the small personal touches - hello homemade cinnamon rolls! I would definitely recommend staying here for friends, couples, or families.

Beth was very responsive and communication was superb during the entire stay. The home was perfect for 3 couples and had room for a few others. We enjoyed the space in the living room to enjoy watching sports on TV together. We used the outdoor charcoal grill that was perfect for our steak dinner night with a well equipped kitchen and plenty of room at the table and bar. We would definitely consider rebooking this location for a future trip!

Very homey and comfortable house with plenty of room, including a nice backyard. Our 3 year old had a great time. Perfect location near the bus stop to get on campus for a football game. The hosts are very kind and so accommodating. Would definitely stay again next time we are in college station!

If your looking for a place that will really help make your stay feel like you are at home.. this is the place!! The owner Ms Beth.. takes care to not just give you a rental place but a homey inviting place. From the personal touches around the home…(that are not overbearing).. that’s exactly what it is.. not just a rent house but a home. Everything you need .. anything you can possibly think of that you may need is there. The space is perfect, beds comfortable.. main bathroom so spacious and easy accessibility for elderly parents we were traveling with.. the beautiful kitchen … wow!!! with open floor plan was a great place for our family to gather to celebrate an A&M graduation. And talk about location… mere minutes from the campus where we needed to be… H‑E‑B literally around the corner.. no need to drive to far or wander around driving looking for anything. Perfectly located. Ms Beth was so gracious and easily accessible for any of our needs… oh and can’t forget the “welcome cinnamon rolls” she left for us. The Christmas decorations in the home made being away from our home during this time of the season not as hard. Highly recommend this home and would definitely stay here again! I haven’t even given all the high points of the house.. but it was Totally above my expectations. My whole. family loved it!! It’s perfect!!

Great location for visiting Texas A&M

First of all it is such a well put together house to stay in with a lot of little details such as old books placed aroung the house. It was very comfortable and spacious. There are a few items in the pantry that come in handy spices etc... along with a fe condiments in the fridge. We left a few items for future guest to use as well. It was a great place to relax an unwind after a long day touring the campus and after the game on Saturday. Hiighly recommend the location for game day as it is a very short walk to the Aggie bus which will take you to campus for the game - and it is free for all on gameday.

I couldn't have more please with our stay here. What a great place. Beth was just terrific and the home was perfect. The proximity to Texas A&M made our stay not only geographically ideal, but such convenience was outdone by the genuine kindness and accommodations provided by Beth. A five star review for sure!! The best VRBO I have every stayed in!

Perfect for what we needed. Our host was wonderful and provided many little extras to insure we had a successful trip. We were there for a game, but thanks to the location of this home and the information provided to us by the host, we were able to enjoy a bus ride to and from the game with no parking problems. The entire are is beautiful and the Aggies were so nice to visiting team fans. I would stay here again for certain. Thank you so very much for all you did to make our trip wonderful!

The house was super comfortable, very clean and well stocked. The garden and yard were pretty. The beds were comfy and the cinnamon rolls were terrific. About a 30 minutes walk to Kyle Field. No complaints whatsoever. Would definitely stay here again! Thanks for hosting us!

Lovely home !

Our family members were so impressed with my VRBO find! We had plenty of room to sit and visit, the beds were comfortable and all the amenities we needed were included. The cinnamon rolls were delicious and the host was very easy to communicate with. Location is a plus and we will definitely try to rent this place on our next visit.

We (3 couples + 1 baby) were in town for the Aggie Band's 125th anniversary, and this was the perfect home base. Everyone couldn't say enough how pleased they were with the accommodations and location. For us it was the perfect spot near campus; namely Kyle Field and the Music Activity Center. The house was exceptionally clean and we appreciated the baby supplies that were available such as the pack 'n play and booster high chair. The owner, Beth, was quick to respond to any questions. The homemade cinnamon rolls were outstanding, and were an extra welcoming touch! I would highly recommend this house to anyone making a trip to Aggieland! Whoop!

We had many reasons to celebrate this past weekend (having family & friends together AND a wedding proposal) at our annual Walker Tailgate and we were so lucky to have found your beautiful home! We felt comfortable the moment we stepped through the front door! Your home is beautifully decorated, cozy, comfortable and incredibly clean!!! We kept saying all weekend that it has to be the cleanest home we have ever stayed in! My husband loved the outdoor garden area too! It gave him inspiration to get his garden planned for next year. We cooked dinner Friday night for family and friends and that was so much nicer than fighting the crowds on a gameday weekend. We sat and had coffee on Sunday morning before leaving and just truly enjoyed the peace and quiet! Thank you again for sharing your home! We loved it!! And, by the way, she said yes!!! We are getting a daughter-in-law!!!! So blessed!

Our recent stay in College Station was made so comfortable due to the selection of this VRBO home. The place was so clean and conducive to all our needs. From the amenities in the kitchen to the well kept yard/garden area outside made this home a great family rental. NOW it's great location and distance from the game day shuttle service was an extra feature that made our game day. Without a doubt we will be using this rental in the future as we continue to visit our 2. Aggies!!!! I commented Thank you to the owner.... I truly meant it... What a wonderful place to stay for the Aggie game weekend. We came in from out of state and joined some friends to stay at the house. It was so nice to have a kitchen (clean, well stocked) and large living area for visiting. The decor is updated, charming and comfortable. Beds and linens were nice, too. The owner is as sweet as can be. We'll stay here again.

We stayed here with a few friends for the big A&M vs Bama football weekend. First off, the cinnamon rolls are amazing! The location is wonderful - so close to everything. We walked to midnight yell as well as the game and were able to take advantage of the shuttle bus after the game. This house really does feel like you are staying at your own family's home. The beds are comfortable and everything is so clean. As others have stated, it is much better than a hotel! This is actually our second time to stay here and look forward to more stays in the future! The owners are great and very easy to work with.

We stayed here for graduation weekend. The location was wonderful and was only a short drive to the events we attended. The house was spotless and the beds were comfortable. We enjoyed relaxing here and felt at home. I can't remember how many times we commented that this was so much better than staying in a hotel! The owners were friendly and easy to work with. I can't think of anything about our weekend stay that we didn't like.

Loved this place!

My family recently stayed here for a Fightin' Texas Aggie football weekend. I can't say enough about how much we enjoyed our stay. The home is beautiful and had everything that we needed. We slept well on all the beds and the bathrooms were stocked with fluffy towels. Beth did so much to provide a comfortable place for us. The location is super-convenient to campus as well as to restaurants, groceries and shopping. Coffee was provided and the homemade cinnamon rolls were wonderful - we were fighting over who got the last one. Don't spend your money on an over-priced hotel. It's a much better value to stay here, I think the best compliment I can give for this home is that we felt like we were staying with friends.

Great rental in the heart of Aggieland

The house was perfect for our recent game day weekend stay. Very clean, super nice bath towels and a keurig coffee maker! Really pretty veggie garden in the back yard was fun to stare at. Right on the shuttle bus route. Owner was very nice as well. Will definitely stay here again!
