Disappointing

Good location, big room and nice bed.

The room smelled like old people. Tiny shower with shower curtain (sticks to people; maybe not so hygienic). Also, the shower head and the shower hose was broken (there was barely hot water).

In zona tranquilla e gradevole di Santa Teresa di Gallura

Posizione, parcheggio sotto al balcone, vicinanza a bar, ristoranti e strada verso fuori. Check-in a consegna della camera anticipata per agevolarci. Per una notte e visite in zona, ha superato le aspettative. Stile old-fashion ma funzionale.

I servizi (bagni) andrebbero rinfrescati, in particolare la doccia.

A charming room in a central location

Hotel L'Ancora has a charming family run feel to it and the staff were all friendly, helpful and accomodating. The room was clean, spacious, comfortable and light filled with a little balcony. The location was excellent- less than 10 minutes to walk to the stunning Spiaggia Rena Bianca and surrounding restaurants, bars and shops.

There was some limited information on things to do in Santa Teresa but it would have been great if there was more presence at the front desk to ask for more recommendations and things to do.

Air conditioner not working, the power connection of my computer did not fit fo I cound`nt use it (not having a link could be described also as my problem).

It was a last-minute changed plan option for me Close to the centre, bear in mind its tiny town anyway. Cafe and restaurants close by. Not far, from Beach either ,10 min walking you are at beautiful beach.

The owner, particularly the father ,could have been a little bit friendly, maybe a language barrier..

Very near the town centre - you can walk there. parking was easy too - you just park next to the hotel. It had all the facilities needed, less the kettle - same as most properties in the Mediterranean!😭 Great value for money. I would stay there again 😊

Rarely does a hotel give you such a familial experience of authentic cultural immersion as this!

This is a charming family run hotel that offers the best value in town. I loved the supply of toiletries & the balcony with the apparatus to dry hand washable in the ever-present Sardinian sun!

Perfect for what I needed....just a room to sleep, comfortable and very clean and quiet.

Very clean and quiet with little extras such as small tooth paste and brush never really found in a 2/ 3 star hotel and slippers! Good air con too. Couldnt get the tv to work but it wasnt needed as I always travel with a laptop.

Friendly staff, minimalistic interior, good location!

Good location, beach and promenade - everything is close. The staff is very friendly: helped to open the wine, booked a table in the restaurant. The room is simple but has everything.

There was not enough view from the window or balcony.

A great place to stay

The hosts were very nice! Supper helpful, friendly, welcoming, good-hearted and polite! The location is perfect! The room was very nice, cozy and clean! The town is very beautiful, cute, cozy, colorful! I liked it very much! Amazing nature! The beach was very beautiful! A lot of beautiful spots, walking and hiking zones. I liked my staying very much!

Superb

The hotel is located near by the centre of Santa Teresa Di Gallura, close to all the shops, restaurants and the beaches. I had a late night booking, and I have arrived at the hotel just after 11pm. The staff was comprehensive and really helpful. my room was big, I had a double bed, a wonderful clean bathroom with all you need for your personal hygiene. Room was comfortable and there was a telly, a big desk, a fridge and air conditioning... Overall the price was really fair for the services they have provided me, and for the kindness of the staff.

Great value hotel a short drive from the ferry.

Good size rooms in walking distance of the town and close to the ferry, Good heating available which was welcome as we were there on a cold and wet day.

There was nowhere to get a coffee without leaving the hotel as the bar was closed.
