Utilissimo per il soggiorno di una notte.

Senza dubbio, la posizione dell'hotel è molto buona. Poco distante dal centro e dal lungo mare e facilmente raggiungibile dall'autostrada. Il personale della reception è stato gentilissimo e sempre disponibile.

La struttura avrebbe bisogno di un'ammodernamento.

Staff gentilissimo

Lo staff disponibile e molto gentile, ci ha accompagnato in stanza e ci ha spiegato tutto sia dell'hotel sia del centro. Si trova a 10 minuti a piedi dal centro di Sanremo e a 5 minuti da una spiaggia libera. Durante il nostro soggiorno ci hanno offerto anche le bevande riposte in frigo (di solito sono sempre a pagamento) e il caffè.

Camera un po' datata e rumorosa e bagno piccolino ma non ci ha dato particolarmente fastidio visto anche il prezzo molto conveniente

Ten hotel w zyciu nie powiniennem 3 gwiazdek. Standard hotelu to jakas kpina na 3 gwiazdki. Głośno, brudno, budżetowo, smierdzi. Śniadania to byl śmiech.

Peu beaucoup mieux faire (surtout à un prix digne de Saint Tropez)

L'hôte avait l'air sympa (mais uniquement l'air...). La clim fonctionnait.

Tout d'abord, nous avons souhaité annuler le séjour pour des raisons de santé, ce qui n'a pas été accepté par l'hôte... Nous sommes donc venus pour ne pas perdre notre argent. Ensuite, une fois arrivés, la chambre était petite, la salle de bain / toilettes l'étaient encore davantage et les équipements étaient très anciens. Il était difficile de régler la température de l'eau avec le mitigeur qui ne bougeait que par à coups. L'eau ne s'écoulait pas dans la douche et stagnait. Il n'y avait qu'une chaise sur la terrasse alors que nous étions 3 personnes. Il n'y avait aucune insonorisation et nous avons pu entendre nos voisins faire des galipettes. Il n'y avait personne à l'accueil et nous avons à chaque fois attendu au moins 10min. Lorsque nous revenions le soir, les fenêtres étaient grandes ouvertes... Agréable quand nos effets personnels restent dans la chambre pendant ce temps. Les renseignements sur les parkings à proximité étaient erronés et auraient mérité davantage de précisions. Le prix par rapport à ces prestations et à la localisation n'est définitivement pas approprié.

Small and cozy.

Super friendly and helpful staff on front desk and cleaning staff, very accommodating. There were a few issues with the room that were fixed immediately, can't fault them at all. Really clean and new AC in the room. Comfy bed (but squeaky) CoOp right across the street and 15 mins walk to centre of Sanremo, free beach close by too.

The mini fridge was barely cold and leaked water. The bathroom window was unable to close meaning bugs came in. The walls are soooo thin you get woken by every noise - could even hear a man blowing his nose a lot. The pillows were so thin I folded up the duvet to use as a pillow too.

Rio was the cheapest option for the new year accomodation and the hotel looked quite good. The bed was comfortable. Quite a Good breakfast.

We paid for the room with a balcony and city view - was not true none of that. Stuff weren’t nice at all, we did not feel welcome.

Reasonable price, large bathroom and airconditioning

Doors don’t really close at the edges so you hear everything on the floor. I had a stay of 3 nights and always woke up at 08:00 due to loud noise from guests and their children (without manners)

Great budget hotel in Sanremo

our room had a nice balcony and although a bit dated it was very clean and comfortable. Lost of cafes and restaurants next to the hotel and the area is very safe. It's around 5 minutes to the cycle path and around 20 minutes walk from the center.

Our worst hotel stay ever so far

The location was ok, one of the beaches was near and air-con which we would not survive without worked well. The room was clean, but old.

The bathroom was adequate, however the shower 'cubicle' was literally so small that it was impossible to take a shower with the sliding doors closed, as you couldn't move your arms. This combined with the fact that the drain was blocked and caused the tray to overflow within seconds, left the shower unuseable. We pointed this to the owner, but she was not interested. The TV in the room was very old and the screen was practicaly black on all channels and unwatchable. A minor irritation at breakfast was no butter was available, as the owner said a delivery was late, but made no attempt to get any despite there being a co-op right across the road. After the second day with no butter we decided to skip breakfast on the third day and check out early. Also its worth noting that even though the advert for this hotel says there is parking available this is not true. They have no parking facilities and suggest you try to park somewhere on the road.
