This property was a great location with great access to the beach and pool. Very secure and with amenities including beach chairs, towels and umbrella. Unfortunately the apartment needs some updating including sliding door that is off the tracks and the interior tempature was warm not dropping below 74-73 degrees door and Aneedsomuda

It was awesome. We love that we were so close to the pool and the beach. A refrigerator stopped working the refrigerator and freezer but it was fixed as soon as it was possible to be fixed.

This unit is absolutely the best we have stayed in. It was extremely comfortable, fully equipped with all you need to make it your vacation home. The host was very nice. Upon our arrival they had left coffee, milk, eggs, bread and drinks for us. Our view was breathtaking. We woke up everyday to an ocean view and every night we saw the beautiful sunset. This condo unit is a few steps from the beach. It t to s location us walking distance from restaurants, supermarkets, stores - near everything. If you are planning a visit to Isla Verde this us definitely the place to stay at. Thank you to the Marco Polo Collection for making our stay in Isla Verde effortless, welcoming and wonderful!

Property has a nice view of the pool and beach and inside the rooms are comfy and kitchen sufficient. Good for families! Noise outside at night but bring earplugs and use white noise app and was ok for us. Kids sleep through anything.

Convenience, location, everything you need

We stayed for 4 days with our family. Loved the location just steps from a pristine beach, clean pool, gated property and security that made us feel safe, organized check in process, easy parking, and an owner who has thought of everything we might need while on vacation away from home!
4.8
Property is awesome - clean and convenient location - Only issue is street and nightclub noise thru the overnight hours - you will need white noise or earplugs to get a good night's sleep.

We spent a fun week with our adult children here. The property is exactly as described. Communication with the property owners was prompt and friendly. For beach lovers, this was a perfect spot for us to enjoy our family for the week! We would most definitely stay here again!

Nice location, safe and good system by the host.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The beachfront was beautiful, and the pool was a great place to spend some time. The street could be noisy at times but there were a lot of bars and restaurants within walking distance.

Very good experience and we enjoyed thoroughly. Location is central.

Nice place great for stay

Condo was on the 4th floor overlooking pool and ocean. Easy to walk to all local restaurants. Home had 2 key fobs that you needed to access pool and ocean. Kept us feeling secure, but with a party of 7 sometimes difficult to get in and out. Condo was clean, master bedroom and other full/queen comfortable bed. Bunk bed was loud for the kids, but fine. Street is loud on weekends like others said. Beach was pretty, warm water, great waves without any riptides. Renting chairs and umbrella was nice to have and home had chairs and umbrella too! Walgreens next store was easy access and grocery store about 7-10 minute walk. Overall, great stay, easy access. Did not rent a car as our stay was only 4 nights, but took Ubers/taxis to old San Juan. Would return!

Check in was quite easy. Beach is beautiful there. Bring cash for chairs and umbrellas and food/drink vendors. There are sports type chairs in the condo to use if you like those type of chairs. I noticed beach toys and a cooler too which we didn’t use. Master bed is a firm sleep so bought a mattress pad that I left for future guests if it didn’t tossed out. Be warned on the weekends there’s a lot of street noise like music and horns honking until like 5:00 am so bring earbuds. After the weekend it was quiet and we slept well. We had an afternoon flight out and the property manager was great and let us have a late check out so we didn’t have to run around finding something to do. If we go back to PR I would stay here again. Also, don’t waste money on a rental car like we did unless you plan to explore the island. There are several restaurants within walking distance of Walgreens right across the street. The only time we move the car was to go to wall Mart and get that mattress pad. Also very safe there are multiple locks on doors and multiple key fob gates between the beach and the condo. We feel very safe the entire time.

The minute You walk into the Corner unit the VIEW, breathtaking; Ocean, beach, palm trees, pool. The unit is large & accommodated the Seven of Us comfortably. Plenty of restaurants in the area, souvenir stores etc. Jump on the highway takes You everywhere. Minutes to Airport, food market, car rental. Very secure property, private gated entrance front & back. Gym located on 1st fl. If that you thing. Enjoyed every minute.

Location was great as far as proximity to easy restaurants, the beach, beach bars, etc. I would echo the previous review about the street noise. It is very loud until well after midnight. Communication with manager was great and building is secure.
4.8
The condo is located right next to la Isla Verde beach, which is beautiful. We sat on the balcony every morning and evening enjoying the view. The condo is clean and communication with the property management was easy. The kitchen is tiny but functional. The washer and dryer were lifesavers and work really well. The shower in the bathroom needs a new showerhead as it doesn't work well, but we managed. The sofa seems to be fairly new, and it worked well for our large group. The one drawback to this location is the noise. It is really noisy at night (music, cars, partygoers, etc) so I would recommend earplugs. However, the location more than made up for that, and we would definitely stay again. We used Uber to get around town which was convenient and inexpensive.

Missing nothing
It was just perfect location and the apartment was fully equipped with everything we needed including season and refrigerated items provided by the managing company. We are planning another trip just my husband and I. We will be looking for a smaller place hopefully in the same complex. The only drawback is try not to get there early. We were blessed the staff in the complex allowed us to keep our luggage in an empty conference room ❤️And Taina from management got there early enough to greet us and accommodated us. 🙏🏽Thank you 🇵🇷

Very well located, close to Old San Juan and easy to get what we needed. With easy access to the beach and the comfort of a private pool, a spectacular view of the sea and plenty of space for the comfort of the whole family.

Let me start off with the positives: the host was responsive, for the most part. There were great amenities at the facility and the room was fully stocked with beach/pool toys and necessities. The kitchen was stocked with basic necessities as well (coffee, hot sauce, utensils, etc. - well except coffee filters). The location is nice since its located directly on Av. Isla Verde and is footsteps from the beach. Everything is footsteps away
My main gripe would be that they don't seem to reinvest in the unit. As things break or deteriorate, they are not replaced or repaired. A little effort will go a long way. The quality of some of the appliances and furniture is lacking. First, the cushion at the table is ripped - making it uncomfortable to sit on. The toilet paper holder in the smaller bathroom was basically falling over - rendering it pretty much useless - and the towel holder falls off the wall constantly. I cut my hand trying to put it back on, which based on the damage to the wall, has been attempted by numerous guests. The coffee pot handle is just flat out dangerous (I nearly dropped hot coffee all over myself). The wifi doesn't work in the master. A simple wifi extender, which are about $15 on Amazon, would solve this problem. Most people wouldn't have a problem with this but I had a toddler with a crib and a baby monitor that runs off wifi. My husband and I (who should have had the Master) had to sleep in the room with the bunk beds since it was the only room with wifi that could fit the crib. The bottom bed (the largest one in the room) was very LOUD and uncomfortable. The baby woke up every time we got in and out of bed. I was very disappointed. I should also mention that the street is very loud at night, which can make sleeping difficult depending on your sleep patterns. And lastly, the ROACHES. I understand bugs happen, but that's one of the worst to have - especially when your certifiying your property as 'clean' and charging a cleaning fee. I know they are mostly a clean bug, but they can easily be brought home. After traveling several hours home, we hand to then clean and inspect all of our bags/clothes, etc. before bringing them into the house. It's easy to ignore the quality of your rental when you look at the profit you're making, but your guests will notice and share their experiences with others, which can in turn impact that profit. Some of these fixes are simple and low cost and will go a long way for a guest.

The property was just as described. Very easy checkin and beach was fabulous. It was nice to have a few items in the fridge when we arrived and the beach chairs and umbrellas were nice. Didn't use the sand toys but they had these also. We added a basketball to the collection as my son used the basketball court every day. We would highly recommend and would like to come back at some time.

We didn’t have power for several days. We are aware that this was out of control of managements and ownership but was very disappointed with the lack of communication from them. The fact that we didn’t have power for several days it did cause some inconvenience with are stay. I was very shocked that we didn’t receive any communication or courtesy call to make sure that all was well with my family. My mother in law who is in her 80’s was with us and we had to make special arrangements to accommodate her and her health conditions. The place was nice and location was great. I sure hope that even though not having power was not a management issue but would like to know if there are any forms of credit and or future credits to help a little with the inconvenience of our mini vacation. We work hard back home and save money to be able to take advantage of mini time off and vacations. I did purchase travel insurance. Please feel free to assist with any info that you can provide about this

Let me start with the pros.
*The location is really great. It's easily accessible from the airport, within walking distance of decent restaurants, bars and casinos, right on the beach, and a quick Uber ride from Old San Juan. We felt very safe walking around and there was plenty to do in this area to entertain us.
*The kitchen is small but had most everything we needed--although ziploc bags might be a helpful addition--and we appreciated the rum, coffee and various other groceries that were left for us to enjoy.
*The beds were comfortable and there were plenty of pillows and linens for use throughout the three bedrooms.
*The balcony was a lovely spot to sit and enjoy views of the ocean and even a concert on the beach our first night.
The cons:
*The street noise, particularly on Saturday night, was beyond anything we could have imagined. Rowdy bar goers and cars honking literally all night long made sleeping next to impossible. If you have room in your suitcase, definitely bring something that creates white noise.
*The large sofa in the living room is in really bad shape and really uncomfortable to sit on, as you sink into "holes" on either end.
*The washing machine left a bit to be desired--it barely filled with water and some of the towels we washed didn't even get wet. We notified Marco Polo, but the only option given was to visit the laundromat for $2.50 a load. Not exactly how we envisioned spending our vacation, so we didn't.
*The beach chairs (more like what you'd take to a sporting event) provided were in disrepair, with broken arms, which we did not discover until we were already at the beach. We opted not to use the umbrella provided because it was quite windy and it was plastic. We chose to pay for lounge chairs ($4) and a sturdy wooden umbrella ($10) that wouldn't blow away, when we got to the beach.
*The cooler provided was very much appreciated but has no wheels and is a challenge to get through the turnstile to enter the beach. Note: This is more of an FYI than a complaint.
*And finally, while not a show stopper, there were several cold showers until we figured out the shower handles and how far to turn them to get hot water to flow. I also don't recommend two people taking showers at the same time. The water pressure leaves a bit to be desired.
All in all, we really enjoyed our time in Isla Verde. It just could have been better if we hadn't encountered the "cons" listed above.

We had a wonderful time at Lullaby of the Sea with our adult kids and grandkids! Beautiful view of beach and pool from balcony, kitchen adequate for cooking, and beds were comfortable enough. The location was the high point—a very short walk to a gorgeous beach, clean and large pool right below apartment, 10 minute ride from airport and a handy Walgreens right across the street. We would suggest taking your ear plugs—evidently Puerto Ricans enjoy blaring their music while driving their cars at all times of night on the street right below the apt.

We were here for 3 days. This was a perfect fit for our family. The location was good with a walgreens and several good restaurants nearby. The beach was nice and the property had a pool also. The balcony had a nice view of the beach and ocean. They also offer beach chairs and toys to take to the beach which was very handy! They also had a nice washer and dryer to do a load of laundry. We would definitely stay here again and recommend it to others! Thanks for a great stay!

Everything was great in terms of location and responsiveness. We had some ongoing issues with WiFi, but we didn’t fo to PR to stare at screens. Also, they tried to fix it and were helpful. We would definitely go back again.
