Der Service im Beschwerdemanagement ist unterirdisch - es gibt nur einen ChatBot und bei Weiterleitung an einen realen Servicemitarbeiter heisst es nur „wir geben Rückmeldung“ ohne jemals eine zu erhalten Im Bad hat es regelmäßig nach Kanalisation aus den Rohren gestunken W-Lan hat nur sehr holprig funktioniert Keinerlei Reinigung des Zimmers bei 7-Nächten Aufenthalt Staubläuse sind auf der Couch rumgekrabbelt Nachts war täglich um 3:30 und 4:30 ein Lautes Geräusch, als würde ein Tor geöffnet/geschlossen werden Früh morgens werden Stühle im Cafe direkt unter Room #15 auf dem Steinboden gerückt Keinerlei Lärmschutz (die Straße wird von Autos viel befahren)

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay - communication was excellent - loved the location

Location was fabulous - apartment was spacious and comfortable - bed was very comfortable

We would have like a toaster and tea towels for drying dishes - laundry facilities would have been appreciated - knowing the nearest Metro Cairoli should be included in information for guests - would have made arrival much easier

Läget var perfekt. Rummet var stort och rymligt med en härlig balkong

Frukosten intogs på ett cafe i byggnaden. Utbudet var litet, ingen buffe och inte värt priset. Hotellet var helt digitalt utan personal på plats så man kunde inte få hjälp eller tips. När brandlarmet gick tog det över en timme innan de stängde av det. Rummen städas inte under vistelsen, behövde man handdukar eller mer toalettpapper fick man gå till ett skåp i korridoren och hämta.

Good location but poor sleep

Great location, drinks and nibbles were a nice touch. REM toiletries were nice

The room was dark and the blinds could not be opened so no natural light could enter the room. Road was noisy Noise from other rooms during the night Unable to turn the temperature down so room very warm Therefore resulting in a poor nights sleep

Gostamos de tudo! Localização excelente, próximo de tudo, restaurantes, lojas, pontos turísticos, ao mesmo tempo que é muito tranquilo para dormir, amei! As roupas de cama e banho são confortáveis, travesseiros confortáveis, decoração agradável, tem todos os utensílios necessários em especial na cozinha. Amamos a cortesia na chegada, com agua, refrigerante, cervejas, batatas fritas e doces. Check in e out inteiramente digital, maravilha! Voltaremos com certeza!

Das Bett war in Ordnung

Preis Leistung stimmt nicht . Keine Klimaanlage auf Nachfrage wurde mitgeteilt das diese in dem Zimmer das wir gebucht hatten nicht inklusive ist. Das wurde aber bei der Buchung nicht erwähnt. Der Safe hatte keine Batterien . Die Auslaufarmatur am Waschtisch war locker. Im Bad bröckelte der Putz .Dichtung der Dusche löste sich

Excellent centrally located 4 star accommodation

Very central location, good facilities, tea and expresso coffee and free minibar, possibility to get up later and take breakfast in a nearby café without being disturbed by cleaning staff. Very quiet without any street/ traffic noise. Good value for money.

Not so simple digital check in procedure requires scan-in of an ID card or passport for both members of the couple but once done access to the property is with a PIN code instead of a key which is easier than walking around with a key. Local parking garage was expensive at 47,50 € per day.

It was a pleasant stay despite all the problems.

The location is good and the room is big, clean and comfortable.

Our room is on the 3rd floor which the elevator does not go up. We had to carry our heavy luggage up. The room door PIN code didn’t work and we had to wait for more than 15min for it to be fixed so we can enter. The curtains are slightly too short and cannot cover properly. Morning light will shine in. The wifi is very slow too. We had to use our own data. We had to open one window as the room’s aircon doesn’t work. The noise from the road outside and people’s voice could be heard.

التكييف لا يعمل وكانت هناك رائحة حريق تنبعث من شباك التكييف وتم الاتصال بالدفاع المدني وحضروا ، وتم فصل فيش التكييف لوجود حريق ، وتم التواصل من مسؤول الغرفه ولم يفعل شياً ولم يغير الغرفه ، اسوأ جربة سكن خريت فيها ، الأصنصير يتعطل

Fantastic

Very clean and beautifully reinvested classical style building. All amenities included. All digitized- check in/out, any query. Very responsive. Highly recommend. Location is perfect in central Milan. Walking distance to Duomo and shopping / cultural spots.

1. Terrible room layout: It was extremely difficult to carry large luggage upstairs as I had to navigate through an elevator, walk down a long corridor, and finally climb a very narrow staircase. 2. Non-functional air conditioning: No staff available; had to prove the issue through WhatsApp messaging. 3. Laundry room door stuck: No staff assistance again, wasted six hours communicating via WhatsApp. 4. Breakfast confusion: Elevator couldn't access -1 for breakfast on the second day, no information provided by staff again again, and again talk to custom service via WhatsApp. 5. Horrible elevator: Small, odd, and unfriendly for guests with luggage. Overall, an awful experience with unreliable facilities and no staff support. Avoid this hotel at all costs!

great location, very safe. the room is very comfortable and air conditioner works great in Hot Milan, shower is great! surprised gift drinks and snacks! feels welcomed.

No power adapter, didn’t know Italian uses different power plug than other EU countries. Also hotel staff should provide information of during into Milan should pay a fee for entering AreaC. it would be a great help for those who drive a car into Milan.

location was very nice, mosquito treatment in the room,

no elevator for 3rd floor from enterence b, and no clear direction on the main enterence to use enterence a to use elevator, you had to cary your lauge by hand to 3rd flor, (many reminders bu whatsapp even in the middle of night and early morning) for check out time even received a mail for late checkout possiblity by their site no possitive feedback for the request.. no possibility to change climat degree in the room it was set aoutomatic.. not enough wardrop for two people it was very small..

Super smooth experience

Everything was super convenient, location is really exceptional, 5 mins walk to Duomo. We stayed only for 2 nights but apartments are perfectly equipped also for long stays. We did not see any staff at all but everything was super smooth with digital check-in/check-out, lockers etc.

Great value for money

This property is great value for money. The size and location of it were perfect. Great to have easy check in/ check out with use of a PIN number sent by message. It was very nice to have a coffee machine with decent coffee to use too.

Great location. Nice building. Good facilities. Easy access. Overall the look and feel are pleasant. Loved the small details like Chips and Drinks.

The first onboarding with registrations. uff. A very annoying process. And the worst thing is a weak wifi connection in the room.

Relaxing, location superb and staff very professional.

Excellent property, it had all the requirements.needed for a relaxing stay. The digital reliance was challenging as we are an older couple however I believe we met the criteria of handling an all digital property. The staff receive a gold star from us as their responses to our questions, needs exceeded our expectations of any accommodation we have utilised. The toiletries provided was of a very high quality. use of laundry was very beneficial for us.

For every contact we had with the team a digital response on service was requested. Stayed 7 nights, a clean of the room in the middle of the stay would have been a plus.
