Ligging
Kamer was schoon, maar vieze vloerbedekking in gang, vlekken in banken in de lounge.
Het restaurant blijkt op zondag niet open te zijn. Dit staat niet vermeld op de site. Hotel ligt op industrieterrein met niks in de buurt.

Location for the AP7 is great, parking is on site. There is a supermarket nearby that has a garage for cheap fuel and maccy D close by.
No kettle or brew making facilities in the room, Receptionist had to hunt around to find a bath plug. Bathroom needed some DIY attention.

The bath was nice and warm and the bed was descend
The air events where full of dust and dust everywhere, some dirt also came up the drainage when starting the bath. I think the room was empty for a long time before me. Plus i had to go back to the lobby and ask for the wifi pass, could just be on the receipt or a flyer in the room, it was a extremely easy password and not one that has changed for any years i guess.

The continental breakfast had a good choice. The location was convenient for our jourmey.
Nothing really.

Parking, convenient location, helpful receptionists, nice comfy beds, swimming pool...
It looks quite tired in some areas. Bath curtain was ripped, mould stains, corridor carpets full of marks and stains, rubbish piling up in the pool area and nobody to oversee/check...going green in the deep end...
But mainly two things: No uniforms worn (not even casual) so anybody could be there working and the breakfast waitress we had on our first two days was rude. The way she challenged people regarding breakfast and almost shouting across the breakfast area to the receptionist if our extra two breakfasts had been charged was bang out of order. 4 star service? No chance. Total lack of manners.

The pool area was decent, however, it would take 10 minutes every morning to clean the area up and refresh the bathrooms with toilet paper etc. The rooms were low-key but comfortable enough and the receptionist in the morning was pleasant and kind.
They offer breakfast, which you can add to your room or pay for it at the end of your stay. We chose the latter as we were travelling with our teenage boys and they like to sleep in. We arrived for breakfast before 10 and they serve til 11. The kitchen lady was so rude to us and another guest because breakfast was included in our package. I explained that the hotel allows us to pay for the breakfast to which she replied, ‘fine but she’s not cooking or making anything else and grumbling how she already served 15 other guests.’ Are you kidding me? This is your job. We had a croissant a yoghurt and an apple between 3 of us and got charged full price for garbage service. This same lady was also arguing the nice receptionist in the middle of the dining room because she also didn’t want to let another guest have breakfast. Absolutely brutal.

We moved this booking to fit with a wedding party so actually stayed in the sister hotel: Hotel Sercotel Pere III El Gran.... it was BRILLIANT!. It was perfectly located to see the town and very reasonably priced. The staff were friendly and helpful, the room was tidy, clean and very well sized (although we did have a suite.. so not sure of the size of a regular room).
One of the nights we had loud people outside in the square below the hotel.. because it had other buildings around the sound reverberated and seemed to amplify meaning our sleep was disturbed. I've had similar experiences in other countries/cities and we should have known to take ear plugs... we visited a pharmacy the next day and purchased ear plugs and they worked a treat... so not really a fault with the hotel as such.. just go prepared.

Nice hotel with free parking, very helpful stuf. Breakfast was fine, but could include eggs or something warm as it was presented as 4star. Room was smaller, but perfectly clean.
Hotel would need a little reconstruction, room, hallways and lobby seemed to be a little worn out. It was much closer to be 3star then 4star as presented. Our room had broken ceiling and only one basic chair.

Great Welcoming Staff. Very good value for money but don't expect too much for the money. You get what you paid for which is a good sized room, for the two of us and our two dogs. Very basic. The rest is on you. Oh yeah; forgot to include windows which open for fresh air, as it was difficult to regulate the heat which was too much in our room.
This Hotel has had makeover in the last few years. The quality of the refurb is pretty basic. The breakfast was pretty useless. Flimsy plastic cups in the room, rather than a glass drinking glass.
