Cama boa, espelhos, banheiro bem claro para facilitar para maquiagem.

Deveriam fazer bolo símbolo no dia do aniversário da aniversariante que estivesse no hotel no dia do seu aniversário. Passei o dia todo falando com diversas pessoas para a noite ter um mini bolo com vela só para uma foto.

Expectativas frustradas

Quartos com camas confortáveis,

Por ser um resort Premium, tinha banheiro da piscina sujos, serviam copo verde em temperatura natural, não possuía coco verde gelado disponível, pão de queijo murcho e emborrachado, demora na reposição de alimentos inclusive na ilha de aperitivos e espetinho gerandi filas constantes. Baixa qualidade no preparo do camarão a milanesa e batata frita várias vezes peguei a porção toda gordurosa e teve momento que peguei as porções com gosto de óleo queimado acho que ja estava saturado de tanto fritar.

Definitely not worth what we paid.

The pools and water games were great for the kids and adults alike. There is a section that is more geared to kids, and a section that is more for the adults. The food was amazing all around, the buffet was awesome and the restaurants were really good too. The staff was friendly and tried (not always succeeding unfortunately) to help resolve the issues. They had a good selection of beer, wine and mixed drinks a the poolside and inside bars.

It was VERY expensive for the quality of the property - I may not complain if we had paid 1/3 of the $800/night we paid for 2 adults and 2 children, but for the price I expected better. The property inside and out is pretty rundown and in disrepair. Often where repairs had been attempted, they are half-baked or hacked together. The first room were were assigned was a complete disaster - holes in the furniture upholstery, non working bathroom facet, loose handles on the door, non working lamps and outlets in the room, damaged and stained walls, broken molding and a ton of other 'details'. We asked for a new room and were given a another which was not quite so rundown, but still full of nonworking electrical outlets, USB charger outlets, lamps, a stopped up sink (from the first day), a broken toilet (which I had to fix myself), damaged moldings, walls and trims. Room service was hit and miss, sometimes they would come, sometimes by 5pm they still had not made up the room. Sometimes they came and instead of making the kids's bed, folded the sheets and left them on top of the bed leaving it to us to actually make the bed. Of the entire hotel staff, I came across 2 people at the front desk that could speak some English, and often there was no one at the front desk that could speak English or Spanish at all. If I didn't know Spanish which allowed for a somewhat muddled communication, it would have been quite rough making needs known and asking questions. While the pools are very big and a lot of fun for kids and adults, they were at times full of garbage from the bars, especially first thing in the morning we found beer cans, plastic cups, straws and straw papers floating around the water. The whole pool towel card system is just asinine. People don't follow the rules about not reserving poolside tables and chairs by leaving belongings on them, and no enforcement. The game room was full of broken games or games with missing pieces, e.g.

It woud be better for your family.

It is best for meal. don't worry about breakfast, lunch, dinner. all of them inclued.

First of all, in swimming pool many people has been enjoy with variois fried food... for exemplo, pizza, french fries, chocolate etc.. it would be dirty in pool... and in the hotel room, has a ants.

Great location. Variety of food and availability was perfect. Room exceeded my expectations.

Didn't know about the possibility to stay for lunch of day of check out until we were checking out and already made alternative plans.

Great service. Food was ok, not great but ok. Quantity over quality. WiFi worked well. Comfortable pool side.

COVID guidelines not always enforced. Lots of people not using masks or gloves in restaurant. Little to no social distancing observered. Signs saying no personal music but guests were playing own music and not approached by staff.

Very Good cleanance, hotel structure, adult food, options to play with kids and drink options.

Not enough Covid protocol during stay at restaurants, such as entrance limitation, mask usage control, disposal mask for usage if needed and also lack of kids menu at restaurants.

A great hotel that offered that extra touch to our vacation. Both kids and adults loved the stay.

Maybe some more trashbins in the poolarea can be useful in these times with plastic gloves etc.

If you want a 5 star hotel, then run away

The kids club was quite big, clean and with a lot of activities. the hotel is sitting right on the beach which gives him a nice view on the ocean. The pizza restaurant is quite good

Lack of cleaning in other areas, the main restaurant clearly lack of quality. People were allowed to go shirt less in the main restaurant. Broken glass bottles by the pool and there pools were not always very clean. Clearly more like a 2 star hotel, we also saw few people sick due to indigestion.
