la situation géographique : hors du centre, au calme
pas de serviettes de bain à notre arrivée
pas de sèche-cheveux dans la chambre. Il a fallu en demander un à la réception
le chauffage à la salle demain inutilisable : il avait cramé

location is ok. Bed was ok as well.
Uncosy rooms, just to sleep. Breakfast no coffee and no bread available only after 10 min, a very hot bread...
3.4
La dimension de la TV
Le prix du petit déjeuner et pas beaucoup de choix

Goede kamer met ruime badkamer. Bed was net goed.

Easy to get to from motorway
Room wasn’t ready. Room smelled of smoke and wasn’t very clean. Wasn’t given towels.

The location is good and pleasant if you have a car.
The hotel and facilities are in poor condition.
Cleanliness is not good enough.
We had to move to another room due to equipment failure.
Thé breakfast is poor and totally unacceptable with a few stale products and a coffee machine partially defective.
The staff was pleasant but couldn’t do much to help customers to enjoy their stay in a poorly maintained hotel in desperate need for renovation.
3.4
Friendly staff, view from room of a vast green space despite being in a commercial zone
The motel feel: people passing by can look into the room so you have keep the light curtains closed which is a shame if you want to enjoy the greenery outside

Very clean

Not a good location which is unusual for my many stays at Campanile Hotels. No restaurants nearby which again is unusual. Their postcode took me 3kms away from the hotel.?.
Terrible start as I was travelling on my own, however, on arrival the hotel had my booking as two adults and two children.
Took 20 minutes to resolve.
I asked if I could eat at the hotel’s restaurant. Informed it was closed but they had a pizza menu.
I ordered my pizza. After 25 minutes I was informed my selected pizza was not available.
I ordered an alternative and has time had moved on I requested the delivery of my pizza to my room.
This was done. As they say inFrench Je suis tres fame! ( I am very hungry.) The pizza looked great until the first taste....it was totally charred on the bottom.
Totally uneatable.
As A member of this hotel group I was very disappointed with my stay and am sure my next experience with Campanile will be to their usual high standards.

I liked the price of the room, but it was so far from the airport that the taxi cost over €100 one way.
The cost of the ride from the airport.

Not much too like or dislike
bed wasn’t made properly the sheet and quilt were all on one side no towels when I asked I got two towels no mat and no hand towel, hairs in the bath ….not the best experience I’ve had with campanile the badly made bed made it very inconfortable in the night as we came in late at 1 am I didn’t have the strength to remake the bed and regretted it all night

Nothing went well - although I got a booking confirmation, there was no single room available upon arrival

Arrived rather late and still got a dinner, although the kitchen was about to close. The friendly and helpful staff made the stay enjoyable.

Overall personnel were friendly but totally understaffed and overwhelmed.
No clean towels, bathroom had not been cleaned.
Room did not have AC
Walls were paper thin - we could hear everything going on in the other rooms.

24 hour operation, able to check in late in the evening. On the main route north.
Bed too soft - woke with back ache. The summer weather was very hot, but no through draft possible as windows only on one side. Keeping the front door ajar helped, but removed privacy and had to close it when going to sleep. The roller blind on the windows gave a choice of privacy and keeping the daylight out but closed off ventilation. No air conditioning in the room. No lift, therefore not accessible for disabled. We are not disabled, but in our 70's and would have appreciated a lift. No alcohol available from the bar after the restaurant closed. No towels in the room, had to go and ask for them. No lightweight bedding in the very hot weather, only a duvet.

Great service and reasonable prices

Small and quite place
Heating was not good to heat room
3.4
Rooms were big enough, spacious bathroom. Clean and comfortable.
Coffee and tea was not refilled in the room after the first night, which left us without any for the remainder of our stay.
3.4
The location is good and the prices are honest. Breakfast is very good, with a large choice of hot and cold foods and beverages. The staff is very friendly and helpful.
