HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE! very cold weather, the heating never work, I could not sleep the entire nights

Horrible experience, I paid for a suite expecting to be more comfortable, however, 4 out of 5 nights the heating didn't work, it was terribly cold, and I couldn't sleep whole nights, I called several times to have the heating fixed, they came, fixed it and after 30 minutes, coincidentally it didn't work all night.

Las camas son cómodas. El desayuno es buffet y el personal de la cafetería es muy amable. Nos guardaron una maleta durante unos días sin ningún problema. Gracias.

Buena ducha y suite amplia

Nos alojamos dos veces. Esta segunda vez fue en una suite. El agua de la ducha con buena presión y agua caliente. El desayuno buffet estaba bien y el personal de la cafetería muy agradable.

Las instalaciones necesitan alguna reforma.

Ótima localização e chuveiro bem quentinho

Quarto espaçoso, chuveiro forte e quente, cama boa, cobertor quente, funcionários cordiais, localização ótima, guardaram as malas antes e após o checkout, água quente e fria disponíveis para beber. Café simples mas bom.

A divisão entre banheiro e quarto era uma porta de vidro temperada que não isolava direito os ambientes.

Ótima localização e custo x benefício.

A localização é excelente. Está perto de tudo e o ônibus que sai do aeroporto para super perto. A avenida em que o hotel está é central, cheia de lojas, restaurantes, casas de câmbio e fica movimentada toda a noite e madrugada.

O local atende bem as necessidades. É um hotel mais velho, porém, a localização supera os problemas. Para quem tem problema com barulhos é importante saber que a rua é super movimentada, então, dependendo do quarto, pode ter barulho da rua (buzinas, som e etc).

Very nice stay, in spite of the uncomfortable bathroom.

Great breakfast, great location, very nice attention from employees.

Not enough hangers for towels, only one! Not even one shelf in the bathroom, very uncomfortable, no way to display bathroom things: soaps, creams, toothpaste, combs, etc.. There were no glasess Not enough hangers on cupboards.

Céntrico y Práctico

La ubicación es excelente, en el corazón de Miraflores, las habitaciones son cómodas baños limpios y toallas impolutas. Las señoras. del desayuno, amorosas, eficientes. La terraza un punto adicional.

Los recepcionistas.....amargados, poco o nada hospitalarios, nada abordabkes...mecánicos y el que nos recibió ni siquiera nos dio las buenas tardes. Pésimos. Pareciera que hacen su trabajo de malas ganas o no les gusta.

Un hôtel confortable et bien situé mais bruyant

L'hôtel est bien situé pour les voyageurs, à deux pas du point d'information touristique, et facilement accessible depuis l'aéroport grâce au bus Airport Express. Les parcs aux alentours sont très attractifs (Parque Kennedy et 7 de julio, où les chats errants vivent tranquillement). Il y a foule de restaurants, cafés et petits commerces, ainsi que des banques qui sont à quelques pas/quelques rues de l'hôtel. Le personnel est très sympa et le petit-déjeuner succulent ! Et bonus : le toit terrasse pour profiter un peu de l'extérieur sans forcément sortir, très agréable pour lire un livre.

On a trouvé un cafard mort sous le lavabo de la salle de bain. Il y avait un petit coffre-fort dans le placard de la suite, mais on ne nous en a pas donné le code, dommage ! Attention si vous avez le sommeil léger, l'hôtel est très bien situé, mais c'est une avenue très passante, même la nuit... concert de moteurs et de klaxons assurés.

Good location and good staff.

The room was icky to say the least. Have to every day ask for the room to be cleaned but it never really was. The floors were disgusting. Could feel the filth. Don’t think the floors in my room had been cleaned in months if not longer. There is a “kitchenette” if wna call it that but nothing to accompany it. No dishes or silverware or even soap or sponges. So you have to buy all of these things. But there is a microwave and small refrigerator.

in heart of Miraflores the hotel is always clean and I always feel like home when I go there the staff is very friendly nice people there are awesome very respectful

the only thing I can criticize or give an advice to make the hotel much better and perfect 10 is that they need to have a/c and heater in every room also the breakfast in the morning they must do like a bufé with sweets yogurt and different Cain of juices orange apple pineapple the regular different types of bread coffee fruits.. because they serve always the same eggs bread and coffee also if guests have a visit they should get better on visit hours at least example 8a till 10p if they work in this they will be a perfect 10

Its out 3rdtime coming to this hotel and like always? We had a great stay. We didnt get the same room but it was a great room as well. Very clean and the staff is very helpful.
