Simon and Hilary, you have a wonderful place. I loved my too brief stay, and I’m sure I will return for another relaxing

With my name on a sign welcoming me until I left I felt happy. The unit itself was spacious, comfortable and clean. The garden surrounds well tended and the view of the bay from the back gate, supreme. Simon met me as I was unloading the car and we had a brief chat about the surrounding area. He let me know that if there was anything I required I could contact him. I felt relaxed and it was very peaceful.

There was nothing I didn’t like.

Disappointed there was no view from the room

Host was very friendly and the room was very clean. Grounds are beautifully maintained

We were expecting a view, as per the misleading advertising pictures. Air con blew straight onto your head and no way of adjusting. Curtain missing one vertical blind, so little privacy and a shock when the sensor light went off at 3 in the morning!

The owner is very helpful and kind. Helped us plan our days better. The property was large and very comfortable. nice and accessorized kitchen, beautiful view to see the sunset.

The staff were so helpful and the facilities were awesome! Very comfortable bed and very clean. It’s a ten minute drive to Port Arthur historic site, which make it so easy to get around. The parking onsite was great and there’s a lovely pathway to the waterfront.

Lovely spot by the water.

The beds were comfortable and nice clean sheets. Bathroom serviceable. The kitchen looked well stocked with utensils and gear although we didn't use it. The walk through to the waterfront area was lovely. Gardens well marinating and very pretty. Would stay here again.

A little noise from the neighbouring rooms one evening. But it was fine.

Stayed in the Skippers room, it was a little bit annoying with no kitchen sink so you had to use the bathroom sink to wash up, and a bit small for space, but otherwise great

Abs by the Bay, short for Absolute Delight by the Bay

Very suitable , tidy, and clean accommodation. The owners are so very welcoming. But wait, there's more... Take a short stroll to the foreshore, and sit by the glorious Little Norfolk Bay, soak in the wonder of life. Definately recommend.

Great stay

Fantastic location and room was clean and super comfortable....we had the best nights sleep. Simon was a great host and very helpful. Highly recommend!

it was clean and simon was very welcoming and accommodating to us when we were there. there is a very beautiful backyard where you can BBQ by the sea. if not ,there is also a bbq pit outside the property!

Cleanest place we have stayed in.

Property was very clean, cleanest we have stayed in and we are world travellers. Staff were very nice and I loved all the plants and flowers. I saw a baby Tasmanian devil at my unit door 😊

Enjoyed our stay, host was very friendly, accommodating and helpful. We were comfortable and warm. Good location, good facilities and beautiful garden.

Only issue we had was that the noise from the adjoining room came through the walls.
