The perfect apartament for a holiday in Milano. The apartament is clean and spacious, the owners are very kind, the location is perfectly set next to the metro station, the surroundings are calm and peaceful and there are some grocery shops for every day needs, and also places in which you can eat at a good price. The flat has all what it needs, the kitchen has a lot of tools so you don't have to bring them. Nico and Cinzia gave us all the information we needed and constantly asked if we are alright or if we need something. If we return to Milano we will come back to this flat! We recommend it!

The apartment is located in a beautiful neighbourhood in a residential area, almost like the suburbs of Milan. I travelled with 3 female friends and we felt very comfortable walking alone at night, there.
The metro station (red line, Villa San Giovanni stop) is very close by, and you have a supermarket a little beyond the station (maybe 500m from the apartment).
We stayed at the studio apartment, which is on the first floor. It's a bit small, but it comfortably housed all 4 of us.
- The sofa bed is very comfortable, even more than we were expecting, and the two single beds were comfortable to sleep in as well.
- Nico was the perfect host, always making sure to accommodate any needs we might have, leaving us with some milk, some cookies, some water, as well as essentials to cook with (salt, vinegar, olive oil). He also left extra blankets in case we felt cold, and he was constantly checking in on us to make sure we didn't need anything else.
- On the day we were supposed to leave, he let us leave our bags at the apartment for as long as we needed to, even let my friend, who had a later flight, stay there until 6pm!
It's the perfect place to stay at with friends or family, and very comfortable for up to 4 people. Nico will make you feel like you're right at home.

Very helpful and kind host. For us was a little bit colder in appartment but our host reacted immediatelly and increased the room temperature. So it was warm. Very near to the metro station. Supermarket Liedl 5 minutes walk away. Nice area of Milano, not in the center but only 20 minutes by metro to reach Duomo square. Perfect wifi! Good value for money.
Some surfaces at the kitchen desk and in the appartment corners could be cleaner.

We LOVED the level of communication. Nico contacted us before we left the UK to prep us for our arrival, and gave us detailed instructions on how to get to the flat once we told him what airport we were flying into. When we had queries about the flat or how to get around, Nico answered them within minutes via WhatsApp. The flat was well placed for getting in and out of central Milan, and there were plenty of shops and restaurants nearby to keep us going when we didn't want to venture too far for dinner! The flat was well furnished, secure (which was great, as it's on the ground floor) and a comfortable size for 2 travellers.
The mosquitos in Milan - take repellent!
