The staff were great and very helpful and polite. Sadly there was no dining at all, coffee and drinks were only available on occasion. My room was well appointed and comfortable. No tea or coffee facilities in the room
It would have been nice if what was advertised was available. Free Wi-Fi not available, No restaurant or food, No Bar. Exercise area closed. What looked like a great menu unfortunately could not be experienced.

Excellent value for the money, great location, and easy access to all of Kyiv.
Slightly dated interior, the carpets needed cleaning/minor repairs. For the rate paid it was a solid product.

good location. next to the park. close to the center and metro. there is a panoramic balcony with a very beautiful view. the room is not modern but comfortable. everything works. fast internet. good breakfast. good cook at dinner. the restaurant was open for a limited time. possibly related to the corona virus. all staff are wearing masks.
slow service upon arrival. but this is a feature of Eastern Europe

The location of the hotel was really good with a park view and it is 10 min away from Khreschatyk street (walking). The staff were friendly and helpful

My room had a spectacular view of the Parliament - the Rada - and the Presidential Palace, and the Dnieper River beyond.
The breakfast and the dining room were superb. The food is quite varied and fresh.
The best was the friendly and helpful staff. Very professional and knowledgeable. The maid was very prompt with ironing requests and skilled. The desk staff were very helpful, even late at night.

some staff were friendly the breakfast was good
I had to move room on the first night it was dirty noisy the tv was on top of the fridge at a right angle to the bed there’s no way you could watched it comfortably. there were exposed wires hanging down to the satellite point. it was just horrible. I Went and spoke to the manager about 10:30 at night I’ve been out of my room all day and he’s question to me was his attitude was well you’ve been in there 10 1/2 hours why are you telling us now what do you want us to do and then basically said they will refund all my money and I can move out. So I went back to my room booked another place. I Called them back up and said I want my money refunded, I have booked another place and will be leaving in the morning. Suddenly there was a change of heart and then knock on the door saying they had another room for me.So it’s back on my stuff at about 10:30 11 o’clock at night and move rooms. Needless to say this is not the way I wanted to start my holiday and in all honesty the guy was so rude suddenly as I want to move hotel there’s a room for me but he wasn’t so Until I’ve actually booked another hotel and told him I was going to move like he said that was the other option. Which quite frankly from the hotel manager is pretty disgusting

The room was very dirty, and not renovation i think from the second world war! very old, the breakfast only in local food, the cafe machine was only in Russian language, not comfort at all. i do not recommend this hotel to anyone. in the restaurant the stuff are not speaking english, just Russian. Th photo can see here not correspond, what you see in hotel.
Nothing interesting in this hotel, it is unclean, i even didn't take the shower. no any tooth brush , mostly the hotel have the kit for traveller such as comb, toothbrush and other things, in this hotel nothing available.

Location great, close to metro as well as new eating/bar area at Arsenalna.
Balconies were slightly dangerous in places. Water needed time to run through, as was brown (piping)!

Staff were very helpful and friendly. Breakfast was good.
1. The main reason for booking the hotel was it had a gym. The gym was closed due to Covid. 2. The restaurant was not open on an evening. 3. There was no Wifi in my first room, and poor in the room the moved me to after complaining (only by the door/sat on WC!). 4. The hot water in my room ran orange on the first morning (was rust due to pipes being cleaned). 5. The hotel is the main one for MP's, has a high security lift, and had a political protest outside on my second last day. I wouldn't recommend the hotel, unless you want a close-up on the political situation in the Ukraine! 6. The lift broke with me in it on the second last eve. I was stuff for 30 mins (I was unharmed, other than stressed. The staff were very good).
