Dejligt hotel i centrum. Godt værelse med lækker morgenmad

Flot indgang med flot hall og trapper op. Dejligt værelse med god seng. Lækker morgenmad.

Støj fra togbanen. Ikke helt rent på værelset.

Stylish and cosy hotel in the heart of Ystad

Somewhat more luxurious feeling staying there, a hotel with history. Modern but yet with an old fashioned touch to it.

Somewhat unengaged staff, sometimes nobody was present in the reception even if you rang the bell. But all and all friendly.

One night stop.

Good location near city centre and ferry terminal to Bornholm. Just stopped for one night transferring further down in Europe. Can recommend this hotel. Nice restaurant and breakfast area in colonial style.

Beautiful Hotel... perfect in everyway.

Everything was perfect. Beautiful hotel in a perfect location. Few minutes walking from train station and ferry port. Cosy room, quiet, spacious, with a great bed. Room and bathroom were spotless clean. Fantastic breakfast and great value for money. Very kind staff.

Not a 4 star standing and stay away from the restaurant small dishes if you are looking for a real meal!

The hotel was very charming with elegant with great decor. The staff was kind and helpful.

Room was not cleaned on the second day (beds were made but sad was still on the floor and bathroom garbage full). No mini bar. We booked and paid for a superior room but had loud music every night until midnight. Restaurant menu was misleading: we chose small dishes and were shocked at the small portions. We would have appreciated if we were told that we had to order 2-3 of these per person to make it a full meal, instead of ordering ‘ribs’ and getting a 5 cm x 5 cm piece of meat sadly alone in plate!!! Overall, this is not the 4 star standing I am used to (in Europe and beyond)

Great hotel but closed on Sundays!?!

Great breakfast, comfy room and perfect location. Staff is friendly and polite.

For unknown and strange reasons the hotel is closed on Sundays. As check out time is 11am and my train wasn't leaving until 3pm I had nowhere to store my luggage. Weirdest hotel experience ever.

The restaurant serves fantastic food.

Nice established hotel. Very nice renovated by keeping some of the old things like glasdoors, staircase, marble floor.

Nice after summers stay in beautiful hotel in great location

Beautiful hotel located in the center near the coast, train station and the main shopping street (and my favorite Thai place). Rooms were quite big and beds were comfy. Facilities in the room was okay, but I. was missing a water cooker, a small fridge (or. minibar) coffee, tea etc. Bathroom was okay. bit outdated and I generally do not like showering in a bathtub. Water gets everywhere. Breakfast was great with traditional continental options.

A comfortable and elegant hotel offering exceptional service and cuisine

This hotel has everything, location, history and grand style. it is comfortable with an updated decor and facilities. The breakfast buffet is exceptional and the staff are very accommodating.

The washroom could be cleaner as the shower glass was stain by water marks which appeared dirty at first glance. As per requested we were given a room with a shower bath combo. May I suggest to add some grab bars for safety.

We requested a double bed, and we got 2 single bed placed next to each other, and they kept moving a part Really lite choice for breakfast and the tables have metal legs that hurt when you touch them

Overall ambience and breakfast were really nice. Rooms a bit noisy and without aircon which would be helpful if you have to keep the windows closed for a quiet night.

Wonderful hotel in a great location.

Wonderful old hotel located right near the old town and the water. Room was a nice size. The staff was always friendly. The buffet breakfast was excellent. And Ystad was perfectly located for exploring the southern part of Skane.

Great!

Clean, comfortable beds, good shower. nice breakfast and lovely staff.

I think we had the washing machines next door or above us and they were quite loud when we tried to go to sleep around midnight.
