El trato del personal que nos recibió no fue cortez ( solo fue desagradable el trato del chico de recepción) , los alimentos no eran de buena calidad (pero estaban aceptables), por la noche se escuchaba mucho ruido en las habitaciones contiguas.

Buena estancia y ubicación.

La ubicación me parece muy privilegiada (anexo fotos sacadas desde mi ventana), estaba justo al lado del jardín de las jacarandas, entonces casi todo lo importante te quedaba a una distancia cercana o considerablemente cercana y también se sentía muy segura la zona. Como extra me gusto que teníamos tina, no la pude usar por cuestiones de tiempo, pero fue una grata sorpresa. Su personal también fue muy amable y nos hicieron recomendaciones de a donde acudir y que podíamos comer.

No me gusto que el desayuno se sentía muy limitado; este consistía de chilaquiles (verdes o rojos), frijoles y huevos revueltos como alimento principal, como extras podías complementar me parece que con fruta (pero no tenían mucha), podías escoger entre café, leche y juego de naranja, tenían dos tipos de cereal, yogur y algún pan. Se entiende que el desayuno es gratuito y no sugiero que lo hagan más extenso precisamente porque no te lo están cobrando, pero si se agradecería si lo variaran con los días o que al menos te den la oportunidad de pagar un poco más por algún otro alimento como unos huevos con jamón. Igual sus chilaquiles estaban buenos. También se entiende que el hotel está en una construcción clásica, entonces tiene un poco el olor antiguo, si se pudiera aromatizar un poco más sería un buen plus, pero en caso de que no tampoco es algo molesto.

My room above the street was a little noisy. Internet was good most of the time, but would occasionally drop off and reconnecting didn't always go smoothly.

A pleasant stay in the heart of Aguascalientes

The hotel is perfectly situated in the heart of Aguascalientes City. Most sites of touristic interest are nearby. The hotel is comfortable and very peaceful, given its location on the city's main plaza.

The staff was great, very clean, I always feel so good in the right place. Just one thing, to much noise outside and the window was moving for the loudest music outside at the night concerts. I recommend change the windows in some rooms.

the location of this hotel is great.

I booked through booking for a room with a city view. What I got was a room next to the elevator with a window that faced the elevator shaft…it was noisy and small…according to staff there were no other rooms available and so I had no other choice but to stay…had I known this when I booked I would have chosen another hotel…also, the next day we were out all day and no one cleaned the room or changed the towels…everyone that works there is nice but noisy sleepless nights are just not good ..

Great price for the best location in town!

It has the best location of all Aguascalientes hotels. it is right in the center of town and the price is very accessible.

The facilities are old however they are well maintained. They should clean up the entrance a bit and make it look for up to date.
