alloggio modesto

La posizione della struttura è comoda; in prossimità della stessa si può parcheggiare gratuitamente. Il centro città è facilmente raggiungibile

La camera non era un granché (camera PEONIA). La televisione è minuscola, stando a letto è difficile leggere qualsiasi cosa. La scrivania era piccola e traballante, infatti ho evitato di appoggiarci il Pc perché temevo che cadesse. Per fortuna c'era un davanzale della finestra abbastanza largo per cui l'ho trasformato in piano d'appoggio per lavorare. In bagno non c'era l'aeratore... Direi che per 90 euro a notte ci si aspetta qualcosa in più

Lovely location few minutes away from the city centre. Perfect for short stay and avid book readers.

The library bed room takes you back to good old days and gives you a magical feeling since you are surrounded by lots of 📚. Very friendly staff ready to help and assist you especially Anne.

Constructions during our stay did make it a bit noisy however the host apologised for the inconvenience.

Lovely large rooms, air conditioning, good Italian breakfast with delicious espresso. Rooms look better than the photos. One of the rooms had the most beautiful 70s designed balcony door.

Beds were a little too soft, and pillows way too thin but this is a small complaint

We had a great stay, absolutely loved the relaxed atmosphere and great decoration of the whole place

Lovely place to stay. Spacious and well decorated rooms, comfortable beds and it was quit at night. Personnel very nice though does only speak Italian which was no problem to us. We had a very nice dinner upon arrival in the evening and enjoyed our breakfast in the spacious breakfast room with balcony upstairs.

Best location to host your vacation; do not look for other restaurants.

Excellent Italian-style breakfast. Friendly staff, speaking English and French. The rooms are clean and all of them have air conditioning. The living room where the breakfast is served feels like home. It has a library and armchairs that invite for coffee, work and meditation. The restaurant is fantastic, with local specific food reinterpreted in the most effective way by the chef. It is among the best restaurants in Cagliari. The location is a social economy enterprise, therefore it uses the money for a good cause.

I will definitely come back!

The quiet neighborhood, but also walking distance from the main streets, beautiful room (the sun) with a balcony, bed was comfortable. But the best part was the people there. The breakfast lady Nini was fabulous and hostess Anna also. I got a sunburn and they brought me really good cream for that. They were helpful and kind, what more can you ask! I will definitely come back!

Like staying with friends in a huge old villa, in a spacious beautifully equipped guestroom

The area, where the Locanda is located is very calm, friendly and beautiful. Breakfast is delicious with fresh bread, fruits, nuts, coffees. Staff is super friendly.

Convenient, comfortable and very easy to get to.

Excellent staff - they were very friendly and eager to help. Breakfast was pretty standard, but it was in a lovely setting with very friendly staff eager to help. The first room I was in had a small bed (with wheels!), but I asked for an upgrade and the next couldn't have been better. I would say this is a lovely place to stay in.

Good location, very friendly personnel.

We were guests three times in the hotel and the experience was always a good one, but at our last stay we got unfortunately the „red room“ in the first floor. The bed was old, uncomfortable and made loud noises at the slightest movement. Through the bathroom came an unpleasant smell into the room. The house is really nice, but the rooms need a renovation.

great restaurant downstairs, highly recommended. Tasty yogurt and homemade orange paste for breakfast but not too many sitting places.

no shower gel in the shower cabin. Hand soap on the sink half mixed with water. Only one socket in the room that actually worked.

Beautiful boutique hotel. Gorgeous decor and the suite we had was very big. Location is central, but still 10-15 minute

Size and quality of accommodation. Very clean.

Our suite was located next to breakfast area and it was very noisy from 7-10 am, from when staff started preparing for service till when breakfast was over. I suspect due to this being an old building these isn’t any noise insulation. We realised it on first morning and all used ear plugs for the remaining days. WiFi, though not essential as we were there to explore the city, was poor in the room while the signal was strong in the communal area.
