“Location is everything! Perfect, in a heart of the city. Super clean, cosy and comfortable. Would highly recommend this place, I loved it! Darko was amazing and extremely helpful with everything that we needed eg sight seeing and what to do in Zadar. Definitely coming back. Jovan and marina

Exceptional

Great host who met us and gave some tips for our stay. Clean, spacious apartment which was a convenient walk either into the old town or some of the bigger local beaches. Lovely balcony and view over the sea from the top floor apartment.

Friendly, convenient and met my needs.

Darko, the host, was exceptionally friendly and accommodating. He went out of his way to explain the sites and attractions in the area and detailed the easiest ways to get around town. The restaurant recommendations were fantastic. The apartment was spacious and well furnished

Although the apartment is self-catering, small details like a few teabags and coffee sachets would make a huge difference in terms of hospitality - especially for short stay, international visitors who may not buy a box of tea for a 2 night stay or who arrive late in the evening. Depending on the guests in other apartments, the apartment can be noisy

The location was wonderful, and the parking a real bonus. The welcome was faultless. It was very clean and well-equipped. We had everything, and more than we needed for our short stay..

It was a shame there was not a window overlooking the esplanade, also the walls were a bit bare and there was no indirect lighting. A lamp or two in the lounge and dining room would improve the ambience of an otherwise cosy and comfortable niche.

If you need to relax, this is the place to be.

The place is in a quite spot of the town, yet convenient to walk to beaches and the old town. We loved the sea view from our balcony. Our hosts were fabulous and took the time to give us tips in exploring Zadar. We really appreciate their quick response -- nothing was difficult and checkout was a breeze too!

Clean, very close to old town. Host is very helpful.

The host was onsite when we arrived and extremely helpful as regards exploring.

I found the apartment a little dark so extra lighting would have helped.

A fantastic apartment near Zadar center

We met Darko, who gave us a lot of tips in exploring Zadar. I like Zadar much more than the more popular Split. Walking to old town is easy especially if you take the boat from the dock nearby.

beautiful location on the Adriatic, walking distance to old town Zadar, very friendly hosts, most convenient parking, lovely neighborhood, good internet, nice restaurant nearby

the shower was a bit small (even for normal size women like me), but manageable; all the other facilities exceeded our expectations

Superb

Great location and a very beautiful view from the window - the garden, the sea and the historic city center. Very friendly hosts. The room is very large and very comfortable. Nearby there is a shop, a bakery. The hotel has its own parking. To the city center on foot 20 minutes along the promenade. Not far from the hotel (15 minutes walk) is the best fish restaurant in Zadar. Stable wi-fi - we worked together from the hotel. I recommend this hotel.

There was no tea and coffee in the rooms, you had to buy it additionally in the store (there was only a kettle). The hotel does not have a washing machine, if you come for a long time, it is not comfortable. We stayed 4 nights and had to wash clothes by hand.

Superb

The property is on the shore of the Adriatic Sea with a nice view to the Old City of Zadar. Our apartment was on the last floor, the biggest of the property. The rooms are big, including 2 big living rooms with tv, sofa and armchairs. Also, there is a big terrace facing the sea. The kitchen has all the facilities that you need. We had 2 bathrooms., one without a shower. The parking lot is big and is the courtyard of the property.

A long way to walk to the Old City of Zadar (around 35 minutes).
