Pretty decent, just a little wipe down

Spacious rooms and more than enough amenities and they were quick to accommodate last minute and also arranged transport for us!

They could do with a deep wipe down of the bath, sink basic, as its got limescale. But everything else on point and we were there less than 24 hours I could bare with it.

A sure bet in Dhaka. Restaurant on site with good food, clean room, good price, close to airport.

Breakfast buffet gives many good choices to begin the day with good service and lots of variety including fresh fruit.

Sometimes the staff is almost too attentive. They want to carry my bags all the time. Also the check in and check out process is sometimes cumbersome, especially if several are leaving at one time.

I’ll be coming back!!! Great hotel, good food and location. Friendly staff.

I loved how clean it was and the large bed. Staff were extremely accommodating and the food was good too. Handy to have a restaurant when staying with young children

Bed was comfortable initially but eventually felt hard against my hip and got uncomfortable to sleep on the last few days. Thicker mattress would be ideal in these situations but it wasn’t a big deal

Хотелось бы не сидеть с дороги уставшими в обуви, в ожидании тапочек. За такие деньги кормить приемлимо !

Близко к аэропорту, чисто, хороший номер

Если я заказываю номер на двоих, то почему надо ходить и просить вторые тапочки!? Еда в ресторане не понравилась, а именно салат цезарь просто отвратителен…. Стейк на 3 из 5

Overall a great Value for money hotel which covers all that you may need.

Clear, to the point. They have tried to provide as much as they can in the given space. Team is professional.

As a vegetarian it would be nice to have some more quality food. Also the towels and napkins could use an upgrade.

They are quite good at scamming. First of all, I specifically asked them to allocate my room next to my wife & her mother's room. They didn’t do that. So, during the entire trip they were scared of staying in Bangladesh, because they only trust me. The hotel staffs told me they would arrange, but they never did. The room that they have arranged for me was smelly. Cigarettes smell was all over the room. They forcefully asked me to rent board room to pay extra 16000 BDT. Because they have some weird rule that guests cannot meet. Anyways, food was kind of okay.

A Very good hotel for the price

Very clean and comfortable hotel in a decent location close to the airport, The staff were friendly and the room tariff price was reasonable. The rice and curries that were available were very tasty. Hotel is located in a very nice location close to a lot of attractions and very good restaurants and food places. All in all I would reccomend this hotel and I definetly would stay here again as it is very good for the price you are paying and clean and comfortable.

Breakfast buffet items could do with a bit of improving as it wasn't great. The items in the dining menu are on the pricier side than most other hotels I have been to.

The location was okay but the facility requires better maintenance.

Staff lack professional attitude and I was unreasonably charged for minibar item which cannot be proved. Moreover the floor of the room and the toilet should be kept cleaner. The bathroom fittings need to be replaced.

In terms of money the hotel wasn’t well maintained and their complementary breakfast is garbage. They should not continue this service. Only one elevator, very small room. They give us old janitorial stuff I mean used. I used only one toothbrush for two days 😆

A very pleasant stay

Very nice hotel in a very good location close to the airport, The facilities were good and the place was very nice and clean and the security was good. Price is just right so I hope they keep the same prices as its good value. I would definitely recommend this place.
