Cosy and convenient with free parking

Friendly hostess, cosy room, free parking, close to main routes and shops, option of earplugs provided

No complaints... I didn't need to use the earplugs provided because the double glazed windows were sufficient

Wondrous stay in beautiful Surrey, close to incredible countryside, not far from town & affordable.

My bed was really comfy, and I had all I needed. For me, it's the little things that matter. The fact I could open my window and look out over a garden. I could listen to bird song in my room. The fridge allowed me to keep things cool, the microwave (a decent one) to warm things up. All my dietary needs were met above & beyond! The landlady & landlord were friendly, welcoming and accommodating. I even felt loved by their dog, a gentle spaniel (I think, who didn't molt dodginess) who I met outside :-) Due to having a physical disability & a hidden one too, it was so important to me to feel welcome, just the way I am. Many thanks Gina & John for all your thoughtful hospitality.... you enabled this Ozzie to feel right at home!!

Great place to stay they looked after us

We sadly got a ticket on a sunday am outside the b and b so park in the side str as suggested when u book its a sgort walk to the location but ur save 35 pounds in parking fine .

Excellent B&B!

Really great stay at Addison B&B. Owners were very friendly and accommodating. Room was a good size and bed was very comfortable. Very nice shower. Fridge with fresh milk for tea and coffee was a great bonus! Would stay again!

Homely, comfortable, safe & private. I would stay again.

As I am celiac, Gina very kindly provided gluten free snacks for me, as well as a lovely loaf of bread. There was also milk, butter, orange juice and yoghurts in the fridge. Plenty of tea, coffee, jams and spreads. I couldn’t have asked for more. Plenty of lovely towels & toiletries. As I am 6ft 5” it was great to see such a nice big bed and a great little TV with good WiFi. I really enjoyed having the table and chairs for meals, as well as the fridge, microwave, kettle, toaster, crockery, cutlery & hair dryer. Thank you.

Excellent first visit to Guildford. Made so much better by a brilliant stay with Gina and John.

The hosts were amazing. So friendly and helpful. The room was like a small flat. Everything had been provided and clearly thought about, making the stay a really positive experience. The bed was comfy with fresh crisp white bedding.

Nothing, except we only had one night stay.

An excellent venue, recommended and expect to stay again.

The 'in room' breakfast facility and excellent selection of food, drink etc. Ground floor access and very good en-suite facilities, selection of toiletries etc.

The adjacent (shared?) toilet caused some disturbance during the night, but that of course depends on how much it gets used.

Wierd and not wonderful.

Nice linen.

I did not want a kitchen in my bedroom. I did not know this was not a hotel. I did not like the set up at all. I will never use Booking.com again because of this experience.

Exceptional

Our hosts were so accommodating, helpful and friendly. The rooms were comfortable and spacious. It was really lovely to have our fridges topped up on a regular basis. We would fully recommend this property to anyone who wants to stay in Guildford.

Very greatful

I like everything the Addisons had to offer the room is very clean, friendly felt like home. I will come back to the Addisons at some point, really enjoyed my stay with them. The 9 days have been really amazing. I love positive vibs I get from staying here its so peaceful. Thank you Gina for being a really amazing host you have 100% on your lovely bnb really appreciate what you have done. Thank you for making our stay one to remember 😊

Comfortable, cosy, quaint haven. Lovely touches with sewing kit and slippers.

Excellent breakfast. Plentiful supply of food. Comfortable bed with lovely bedding and towels. Shower was nice. Very quaint room. Convenient access to room from the back garden and gate.

It was a bit of an uphill walk from the centre of town.

Place is lovely, clean and cosy. The bed is comfortable. The breakfast is simple but delicious. But the main reason why you should stay here is the excellent service! The host was very accommodating in helping us out in our queries.

Great little find!

Lovely host! Very clean and comfortable with thoughtful touches like the usb chargers, teas and coffees, ample continental breakfast. We had the double room en-suite - the shower is ace!
