Centralt.

Loved the retro look, big apartment with plenty of room, everything there we needed. Host very responsive to messages
Obviously, a problem with the drains an awful smell in the kitchen . It's very, very noisy, which goes on until 4 am due to nightclub below and the smell of cannabis isn't pleasant (coming from neighbouring apartments). In need of a bit of tlc

Appeared to be very good value. Spacious with a bedroom each. 2 bathrooms. Centrally located.
Location - surrounded by nightclubs. None of us had much sleep.
No microwave, freezer iced up. Most windows didn’t open so in hot weather the upper bedroom was unbearable.

Really comfy beds, super helpful and friendly host. We were there to fully experience Liverpool night and day so the location was perfect for us as it was right in the centre of the nightlife.
The bedrooms don’t have any curtains or blinds which could be off putting when getting changed or when trying to sleep in summer

Very central location, a short walk to all the main sights and attractions. The host communicated very well, gave lots of information, local tips and clear instructions for accessing the property. The apartment is spacious, lots of quirky retro furniture, ornaments etc that we recognised from our childhoods. Lovely comfy beds, plenty of towels and 2 hairdryers. Lots of seating space for us to lounge around catching up and chatting - just what we wanted. Kitchen facilities are basic but fine for breakfast, otherwise we ate out or brought back sandwiches etc. It was a very pleasant stay, thank you.
The area is very busy at night and extremely noisy well into the small hours. If that’s a problem for you I recommend bringing good quality earplugs. Also an eye mask would be good as there aren’t many curtains or blinds.

The apt was exceptional. Clean, comfortable, & spacious. Located a stones throw from all the bars & nightlife & only a ten minute walk to most of the other attractions. Our host Guy was so helpful & made our stay hasslefree. We will definitely be returning & would highly recommend.

The space was quirky, comfortable and well thought out for guests. Guy was very helpful giving us lots of information about the area and guiding us through accessing the property. Security is fantastic! The location is amazing and near to all the bars and restaurants you could ever need! All of Liverpool City is accessible by walking from the Loft if you like a walk. We found it really easy to get to all the places we wanted to visit. Due to the location it does get a little noisy at night, something we fully expected, but there was a drawer full of earplugs provided and they did the trick when we were sleeping! We had a wonderful time and hope to return again in the future. Thank you Guy!

a bit noisy at night and the early hours. would of preferred some sort of blind in master bedroom to make it more private

5* Accommodation. From the moment I booked to arrival the host was exceptional. He went above and beyond for us.. the loft is stunning and the location is perfect. The best accommodation I have stayed in by far

Location is brilliant - it is (literally) on top of decent bars & 15 mins walk max. from main attractions of the city, shops & train station
The apartment- one bedroom in particular was dirty.
The floor had not been cleaned properly for a long time, there was a toe nail in the middle of the floor, marks down the side of the bed (appeared to be where some one had been sick?) & there were hairs on the little wall on the entrance to the bedroom. One of the bathrooms had a toilet brush which looked like it had been there longer than the building & there was food on the lounge floor from previous resident.
Felt that unclean that didn't want to walk bare foot anywhere in the apartment. Thankfully our plans meant we didn't have to spend long in the property.
Brought issues to the attention of the owner but response recieved read that the rate we paid was reasonable (so we shouldn't expect clean?) & that we had found fault due to us been unhappy with the location / noise, we should have done our "homework" so we found "issues & problems that don't really exist" for "sympathy".
We had done our "homework" - that was the reason we booked the apartment & the problems certainly did exist.
The owner requests a security deposit before arrival which we were told is refunded 72 hrs after departure - we had to chase to get this returned & finally got back a week later.
It felt like as we had complained we were been ignored & made to wait.
Very unprofessional & childish response from the owner - a simple apology for the state of the apartment & quick return of the deposit would have sufficed.
Mistakes happen but this spoilt our experience & really overshadowed an otherwise wonderful weekend.

Lovely host - super helpful, perhaps the most helpful host yet! Responsive and nothing was too much trouble. Lots of recommendations for places to eat and drink and help with parking. Stylish apartment, the mid-century vibe is gorgeous, tasteful furniture, decor and art. Lots of room bright and spacious. Comfortable beds too and felt very secure.
It is in the thick of it so if you are out until 4 am it is perfect, you could not get a better central location in town, but if you're in earlier it can be noisy on the weekend. Also, the apartment would benefit from some curtains/blinds, the bright airy space is perfect in the day, beautiful even, but not so great if you like to sleep in a dark room (my preference). This can be rectified by taking ear plugs and a sleep mask :)

funky style loft apartment - loved it. location good too in easy walking distance from Albert Dock and shops and cultural hub of the city. some great restaurants nearby - loved Leaf in Bold street for brunch
you need to rent knowing that it is in party central in Liverpool so not quiet at night. great if you have come to party

Amazing, cool, funky loft that was in a very central location. Great value.
Hardly anything. Yes it's noisy at night. Get some earplugs and you are sorted

Fab property in a great location for the pubs and restaurants, comfy beds, and lovely and spacious, very retro which we all loved nice and warm and great bedrooms spotless
A lot of stairs to climb for us oldies but that’s just us not a complaint, would have liked a little TV to watch in the am but again that’s just a preference, very noisy on Friday night but as your on a busy club street then you have to except that.

Great looking apartment. Lovely space for relaxing Inbetween activities. Great central location too.
We was aware of the location, and the potential noise from the pubs and clubs. But was no prepared for how loud, Saturday was an exceptional night due to Halloween. But if you want central and you will be looking to enjoy the nightlife the noise can be a small price to pay for the location.

The apartment is in an area where there are a large number of bars and nightclubs open until 3 or 4am so it's very noisy at night, especially at weekends.
This may suit younger guests as its very convenient but as four middle aged ladies (who need thier sleep!), this was an issue. Ear plugs bought on Day 2 helped and I would highly recommend these.
The apartment has a lot of beautiful arched windows. However as these don't have any blinds or curtains, early morning light another issue for us.
The apartment itself is incredibly spacious and full of character. It was very clean, spacious and warm. The beds were very comfy and the apartment was very well equipped, including lots of towels.
Aside from the noise, it is very centrally located and within walking distance to all main attractions, lots of restaurants and bars. No car needed so we parked the car a short walk away for only £8/24 hours which was great.
There was fantastic communication from the host who shared lots of recommendations and tips, which we took advantage of.
All in all, we had a fab weekend in Liverpool and thought it a great city. We managed to tick off a lot the main attractions - Cavern Club, Beatles Tour, Albert Dock, Baltic Market, Ferry on the Mersey etc and have left with some great memories.

The host was helpful with places to visit etc and did sympathise with our issues with noise levels but there wasn't much he could do about it.
The location was awful. I booked for 3 nights for 3 couples. The marketing says the apartment is located in a lively area with bars etc but what is doesn't stipulate is the very poor sound insulation (single glazed windows) and the close proximity of night clubs which also had no sound proofing. After the first night 2 couples left and booked into a hotel as the loud music and vibrations was going on until at least 3am. After the 2nd night me and my husband left and booked into a hotel after experiencing the noise until 6am. It was torture and not even ear plugs helped.

The biggest positive can also be the biggest negative if you are not looking for 'party central' accommodation. The apartment had a well equipped kitchen area, however there was no TV or speakers for music, so the atmosphere was lacking in the evenings, if you are not out partying of course! All the beds were extremely comfortable and the linen was a great quality.
The noise levels from the streets and pubs every night until 6am, was unbearable without earplugs. You might also want to take eye shades as the loft does not have curtains in the two front facing bedrooms. Being an old building with exposed brick walls, you expect some dust, however the bedroom on the mezzanine needed a complete wipe done, before we could use it.
