That the property has breakfast. But the breakfast is very late and all the tours start before breakfast. So we pay to not receive it

1. They only give you ONE paper toilet, even though I stayed there with my boyfriend for 5 days 2. The housekeeping lady took the key to our room home with here. We needed to wait almost 1 hour for her to bring it back to the hostal 3. The breakfast was too late. All tours started before breakfast, so we paid for breakfast and didnt receive it. We only ate breakfast one day, and the bread was very hard. Not good at all. 4. There was not seat on the toilet, very uncomfortable 5. There is no curtains in the windows. Very hard to sleep with all the light from the street 6. The room door was always stuck. Almost impossible to open with the key 7. There was several dogs on the street that kept barking thorough the whole night 8. Awful location. It is not near to the center of the city. About 20 minutes walking in awful streets.

We, visitors shouldn't trust in Google maps, it needs to be updated. Administrator of the hotel was very kind helping us to rich the hotel going to the last point maps gave us. This note is written for visitors who goes driving.

showers had enough hot water and the bed was really comfortable. Seize of the room was also a big plus.

The location is a bit off, you have to go through the outskirts with a lot of stray dogs. The place looks a bit run down, but I assume it's common in the city. We had some language barrier with the staff, so prepare your dictionary. The room cleaning wasn't the best and they never replaced toilet paper.

Staff were friendly and helpful (allowed us to leave our bags while we were trekking and keep some food in their fridge), despite us not speaking much Spanish!

We knew the hostel was a bit out of town, but it is up a dirt track frequented by lots of dogs which was unsettling after dark! Fine if you're with a group. When we arrived in the room we had to run the shower and taps to get rid of a drain smell.

A smile from hosts would be appreciated. We did not receive any information , just received the keys and that was all. Breakfast was cold and very simple. Rooms were not completely cleaned when we arrived (staff from others remained in the room) and oldest TV(only local channels), external noise from 5h. Personally, I would do not recommend.

When I asked if I could leave my backpack at the reception area after check out the person I charge whose name is Mary kindly offered me to leave my backpack inside the room and leave later after check out time.

Room/accommodation was generally very cool; it never really warmed, even with a warm sun. Some of this is to be expected in Peru and at elevation, but I was surprised how cold the room/accommodation remained.

Very flexible and friendly. We could prolong our stay twice without any problems. Even our booking mistake was no problem. We arrived early in the morning (04:30 am) and could go directly to a room.

Dogs! There are a bunch of dogs close to the property and they are barking through the whole night. Bring some earplugs and you should be fine.

The room had less facilities as shown on the website. We were not informed about the fact that breakfast was already done at 9 o'clock.

A room with two walls with opening windows and doors facing southwest. The rural setting on the edge of the city. The host was friendly and accommodating. I ended up staying two nights.

The property is tricky to find. The TV was not connected to a cable source.

Very friendly owners, comfortable rooms, nice breakfast. Good value for the price.

You could make the room more comfy by cheap improvements like some hooks to hang your jacket, small cabinet next to the bed with a lamp, as the main light is too bright for in the evening.

the room was simply furnished but functional. bathroom was clean. breakfast was great… with a fruit shake, eggs, bread and jam. coffee too! the family were very helpful and kind. Very trustworthy. they even texted me to return to the hotel as I had forgotten to pick up my iPad when I left for the bus station.

the road leading to the property is not paved and off the main road. when it rains… it gets a bit messy.

Wonderful place . Quiet location great location incredible staff. I would highly recommend this place.
