Perfect place for ski vacation

Superb

This hotel has a high quality attitude about what they do. Every aspect in their job was very precise and well thought. The bartender at the bar(very nice and unusual cocktails) and the waiters were very nice and helpful. The food was great, so was the room service. They made our trip great only by doing their job very professional.A great feature was that they allow dogs.

Excellent location directly at main gondola to beautiful mountain area; friendly attentative staff; very nice wellness area and pool; excellent food at breakfast and dinner;

Large suite could have a bit more equipment - but maybe this was due to Corona precautions;

Excellent family run Hotel. The food was exceptional. The rooms were very clean and well appointed. Secure parking on site. Exceptional pool and gym facilities. It was obvious the family cared about every aspect of their business.

Enjoyed a lot

The property is in the middle of postcard made by Dolomites view. Location is super good for us - not crowdy but good for one star travel. In the middle of La Villa village.Big and comfortable rooms. Breakfast is good. Overall very nice accommodation.

Pool is ok but Saunas didn't work. Charger for the car was for an additional payment and we didn't know it.

A family run business set in the Dolomites the Alta Badia, Ski,Snowboard, bike, walk amazing

Breakfast area big windows allowing the beautiful Alta Badia surroundings enticing you out into the Dolomites. Food is plentiful and fresh, wonderful Salads, Wholesome homemade soup which is very welcome after being out skiing main meal is beautiful presented, and very tasty and filling, Dessert very good and cheese and biscuits available as well. The Pool is beautifully done with an artificial rock formation has a wellness area and the surrounding have sitting area with showers that do aroma therapy all areas of wellness covered and you can book professional massage and other wellness....... great after doing the mountains. there is a indoor play areas for kids, Billiard room and heated Sauna areas. This family run Business is forward thinking and are willing to adapt to the needs of customers. They still keep the mountain welcome style Hotel. We were leaving very earlier on our last day, Marco the Manager stated he would get the Chef to organise a Breakfast box, to take with us, we never asked, Yes they go the extra mile, Speak to them they listen they are wonderful family run business. ..... would we go back, YES. One must to fall in love with Dolomites

Hotel is located in quite village - obvious not as bustling location as Cortina - but all basic facilities are available - grocery shop, bakery, etc. We really liked the option to park our car in the underground garage. Breakfast was OK, but variety could be improved. Room itself was nice, big plus was properly sized bathroom. We also had a balcony attached to our room, and it offered spectacular view on Dolomites. Staff was OK, check-in process very smooth even during covid-19 times.

Selection of food was somehow limited during breakfast. Not sure if it had anything to do with covid-19 restrictions, but there were no fresh vegetables like potato or pepper. We experienced quiet unpleasant moment, when cleaning lady looked inside our room from the balcony, instead of knocking on the door, as she wanted to tidy up the room.

Everything was perfect

great staff, beautiful location, very relaxing, lots of breakfast choices, sauna in the room, billboard room and children playing room

we only stayed one night but the swimming pool and spa closed at 7 pm so couldn’t enjoy it!

Money well spend, impossible not to enjoy

After an active day outside I got to relax in the wellness, then enjoy a delicious 4 course meal, and slept like a baby. In 7 days I got to meet all staff members, and all were professional, honest and kind.
