Brand new boutique hotel.

Everything was perfect! Brand new boutique hotel. Great location, very nice modern hotel, the room was amazing, it was spacious, modern and clean. The breakfast was really good. The staff was very kind. One of the best hotels I 've been. I will visit it again!!

Disappointing

Very good breakfast in the hotel nearby.

The accommodation did not have hot water. We waited for 2 days to let them know since we believed it would be fixed. Once we told them at night they answered that it happens a lot but we should have told them from the morning. Unacceptable. We barely were OK with the water due to almost hot weather. The ladies in the reception, they did not know basic things and not really willing to help.

We are very satisfied. The personnel are smiling and helpful. The breakfast is varied and delicious. It is also very good at cleaning. The sea view from the rooms is very nice and the rooms are large enough.

We lived Karlovasi city and the hotel is very near the beaches and center. The breakfast was great! Also we allowed to use the pool of sister hotel :)

Bathroom is small and old fashioned but we didnt care.

Overall great value! If they could only renew their beds, which is a vital part of a stay.

Nice welcome, good location for Karlovassi, great breakfast at their sister hotel.

The old furniture in the room was like kid’s furniture.. 😞

Centric location and clean

-Friendly and easy check in -Room and bathroom were clean -Very convenient location. -Super centric and just 5 min to the port and beaches like Potami.

-Bathroom was a bit smelly I think due to sewage. Ofc I can understand this not because of the hotel. -Breakfast could be more local but but still good.

We had a lovely time overall and all our basic needs were met

clean room, friendly staff and plenty of parking available. Also beautiful view from the balcony ❤️

The shower was small and the water leaked on the floor very easily. Also there was no iron available for ironing clothes. The bed was not very comfortable.

Good value. Close to ferry Port. Clean. Good wifi. Friendly staff.

Clean. Good staff. Friendly. Good breakfast at sister hotel 50 metres away. Super tiny bathroom. Hair dryer. Noisy from port and people racing by on motor bikes. Nice little balcony with view of parking lot and port. Fine if you are spending the night to catch a ferry the next morning as it is right across the street from where ferries dock. GREAT COLD FRIDGE! Nice garden in back. Wifi was good. Parking was right across street - so convenient. The two young women at front desk where very nice and helpful. Super hard beds though. Really need to get better mattresses. Good air conditioning. Needs a clothing drying rack or string to hang beach stuff to dry on. Easy check in. If we were to stay here again it would likely only if we were getting a ferry in the morning.

Perfect place to visit Karlovassi and nearby beaches

Friendly staff and spacious living room and gardens to enjoy a glass of Samos wine by the bar. the hotel is conveniently located by the port and offers hiking routes to the old village and Seitani beaches. the breakfast was really amazing. Rooms were clean. Plenty of dining options and easy access to the beach.

We had a great time and really enjoiyed our stay... we would have liked to stay longer.

Location was very good. The look of the hotel was fantastic. The staff were amazingly friendly and welcoming. The breakfast (served in another hotel 10 metres away) was fantastic, with a huge choice of food and drink.

The bathroom was a little small and old-style.

Very central and good value for money.

Fantastic location near the port of Karlovasi and great value for money. The girls in reception were extremely helpful and accommodating. The breakfast was served at a neighbouring hotel with a good selection of continental breakfast. In short, clean, central with good staff. Would definitely recommend.

The shower was a bit small, but manageable. There was some traffic right outside the window for those with a sea view, but once the doors closed it was ok.

The hotel is in a very good location. it’s pretty close to the port and you can rent a car just next by. our room had a beautiful view to the mountains which we could enjoy it from our balcony. It was very pleasant.

The room was unfortunately smelling smoke every time we entered the room.

Cosy place perfect as a starting spot to see the island

- super helpful and nice staff - rooms are very clean and well maintained - the hotel has great location, just 2 mins away from the port - big rooms, good air conditioning - fair value for the money - hotel has a friendly atmosphere that makes you feel welcome there

- it was quite loud at times at night - I was regretting that breakfast is being served in a neighboring hotel rather than in a really nice garden the Erato has
