Le cadre est superbe, le petit déjeuner excellent. L'espace piscine est très bien. La chambre est confortable et le domaine calme la journée.
Nous avons passé 3 nuits et la dernière nous avons du subir la musique à forte puissance d'une fête de la propriétaire. Le calme est revenu à 23h30 grâce à une panne électrique. De ce fait pas de clim jusque 4h du matin. Le propriétaire ne nous avait même pas informé.
La salle de bain de la chambre voisine n'est pas isolée. lorsque le voisin prend sa douche on a l'impression que le bruit vient de notre chambre et la première nuit ce fut à 0h45 et la seconde à 6h15.

It's like you've arrived to heaven. Most importantly, no matter for how long you have arrived,the best tip is always add another day to enjoy the place itself. Otherwise, upon leaving you will regret not having done so. 7 beautifully maintained rooms, and all in the farm which is a beautifully maintained garden with vegetable crops and fruit trees all around. beautiful swiming pool' Excellent breakfast, helpful , pleasant and welcoming staff. Easy access to all places in the south and beaches. We received help and answered all our requests with a smile. LUCIANA THANK YOU FOR EVERY THING

Das Frühstück war sehr gut und sehr umfangreich. Es wurden sehr gute saisonale, regionale und hausgemachte Produkte angeboten. Die Gastgeber waren außergewöhnlich freundlich, hilfsbereit und nett. Die Masseria liegt sehr ruhig.
Das Zimmer war sehr sauber und stilvoll eingerichtet. Der Poolbereich war erstklassig gepflegt. Die ganze Anlage ist liebevoll renoviert und sehr authentisch.
Sehr gerne kommen wir wieder.

Sehr schöne Lage! Sehr freundliche Betreiber und Mitarbeiter. Das viel gelobte Frühstück ist zwar nett serviert und hergerichtet aber wer keinen Schafskäse und Marmelade mag bekommt ein Problem. Die Anlage mit Pool und die schöne Umgebung sind eine Ruheoase.
Alles in allem sehr gut. Etwas zu hochpreisig im Vergleich. Als Verbesserungsvorschlag wäre eine Nespressomaschiene auf den Zimmer sinnvoll damit man sich tagsüber mal einen Kaffee zubereiten kann oder grundsätzlich eine kleine Kaffee und Snackbar.

La Masseria si trova lontano dalla statale e la strada che posta fino ad essa, inizialmente asfaltata, diventa sterrata e delimitata dai muretti tipici della zona del Salento che servono per suddividere grandi distese di Ulivi, il parcheggio si trova alla fine di quest'ultima.
Siamo stati accolti dalla proprietaria, Luciana, che ci ha guidato con orgoglio e dedizione attraverso le diverse aree della Masseria Berzario, e noi siamo rimasti affascinati dal verde prato del cortile interno che collega le varie camere al cuore della casa.
Ogni cosa sembrava al suo posto, meticolosamente collocata in quella precisa posizione per assicurare il benessere degli ospiti.
Il nostro tour emozionale si è concluso nella nostra camera, molto pulita, con pavimenti in pietra leccese, provvista di letto matrimoniale, frigo, armadio 2 ante, aria condizionata e Smart TV, il bagno molto carino ed ampio, doccia e lavabo grandi.
La colazione è composta principalmente dai prodotti della Masseria, caffè, cappuccino o simili, dolci e prodotti caseari tipici, olio d'oliva e frutta fresca, e viene servita dalle 8:00 alle 10:00 dalla signora Lea, la governante della Masseria sempre gentile e disponibile per qualsiasi richiesta.
Ci torneremo sicuramente! a nostro avviso è stata un'esperienza magnifica.

The atmosphere is charming and relaxing, Lea, Luciana and all the people working at Masseria Berzario are lovely and willing to help you making your stay the best possible one. The breakfast is served every morning with km0 ingredients from the vegetable garden. The location is great if you want to visit all the salento having a max of 1h drive.
We loved everything, we would have only wished to be able to have lunch and dinner at the Masseria as well.

Beautiful properties , well maintained. It is located in the middle of olive trees, peaceful and quiet . The host were amazing and accommodating. Breakfast service in the morning was also really enjoyable.

We had the pleasure of staying at this truly enchanting boutique hotel. The impeccable cleanliness and the warm hospitality of our host added to the overall charm of our experience. We were particularly impressed by their dedicated organic and eco-friendly approach, which resonated well with us.
The swimming pool was well maintained, offering a refreshing oasis amid the charming surroundings. The breathtaking sunset we experienced while lounging by the pool. The hues of the sky reflecting on the water created a mesmerizing spectacle that truly enhanced our stay.
One of the highlights of our stay was the homemade breakfast. Served with exquisite ceramics in the beautiful garden. A regret we have is not purchasing more of their exceptional olive oil, a true gem that left a lasting impression on our palates. Undoubtedly, it's the finest olive oil we've ever encountered, making it a must-buy for any guest.

- Size and amenities are perfect
- Pool is just amazing!!!
- Quiet and beautiful place, far enough from the crowd but close enough from the coast, ideal to relax after a day exploring the surroundings
- Easy to find (I read some reviews saying that it was hard to find but with GPS there's no worries and it's well signalized)
- The breakfast could be better (poor quantity and variety)
- On our first day there was not enough pool chairs to everybody but the other days there was no problem.

We had a wonderful stay at Masseria Berzario. The structure is very beautifully situated between the olive estate and flower gardens. The room was tastefully decorated and equipped with all the amenities that you coups desire. The pool area was also beautiful and comfortable. Everyday while we were enjoying the fresh and organic breakfast, either in the garden or in the breakfast room in the Masseria, our room was already cleaned so that you would never encounter the staff in your room. Thus, a very high level of details and hospitality! Luciana and Lea took care of us wonderfully and provided us with nice recommendations for restaurants in the area. The Masseria is situated only 30 mins by car from Lecce center, which we found a beautiful city. Thank you for everything!

Masseria Berzario is a gorgeous masseria in the middle of fields of olive trees. The countryside is gorgeous, and the masseria has been renovated with a lot of taste. The farm still grows fruits and vegetables. The owner and staff are extremely nice, welcoming, and helpful. The breakfast is delicious, with tasty organic local products, including delicious strawberries from the garden. Beautiful swimming pool. This is really a wonderful place. We would love to come back!

Even better than we had anticipated, with a lovely filling breakfast every morning and daily cleaning of our apartment. we we staying at the Pozzo, a 5-7 min walk from the main property and this was perfect for us with our own garden, kitchen amidst the olive trees. the swimming pool and the main area were lovely. The host let us stay longer until our evening flight since no one was coming the same day, highly recommend this little peace of heaven!

This was a beautiful slice of paradise close to incredible beaches. We stayed in the seperate room that was inside the gorgeous courtyard area, which made it beautifully quiet (note that the wifi didn’t reach this room but this didn’t bother us). The pool was stunning. Lea was wonderfully kind and put on a beautiful breakfast each day. Although the property was full, it felt like a private resort. It was wonderfully located between Melendugno and Torre D’orso and Lea had some great restaurant recommendations. The room itself had AC which was a treat and the bed was very comfortable. The room was serviced each day which was a lovely surprise!

We stayed in the studio as we wanted the ability to be self sufficient - a basic kitchenette that we produced some amazing meals from - helped by the array of home grown goodies kindly left for us.
breakfast was still included and each morning the gorgeous Lea served us in the grounds of the main house - a short little drive up in our hire car - breakfast was again home grown produce, home made jams, eggs, pastries teas and coffee - a very small team clearly runs this place - we only saw Lea which made it even more non intrusive, peaceful and private - felt we were in a private villa with a lovely lady enabling us to enjoy the experience of what this place brought us -
there are no negatives about this place and anyone who finds any are insane

What a beautiful Masseria , we stayed with a family of four , location is perfect as we wanted a base to explore both Leece and Otranto.
The room was exceptional as where the breakfasts which are the best we have experienced in Italy.
We wanted a true Puglia farm house off the beaten track and this was simply stunning.

It was a lovely stay at the Masseria. It is the perfect location for a relaxing vacation, the beaches close by but also a beautiful, enjoyable pool.
And the staff, especially Lea, was super nice, thank you for everything!!!!

Masseria Berzario is a beautiful gem in southern Puglia to relax, calm down and enjoy the nice estate. The masseria is surrounded by olive trees and consists of a clean beautiful pool area, a nice seating/breakfast area and indoor seating for rainy days. Because of the less rooms, it is all the time quiet and peaceful. Everything is clean and beautifully gardened.
The rooms are well designed with a mix of luxury and puglian countryside interior. Everything is clean from the bed to the bathroom.
The breakfast is simple but with high quality local products with jam, fruit and oil from the owner and pastries from a pasticceria from the next village. Thank you Lea for staying with you!
