Amazing hosts, they went over the top preparing the best breackfast I've ever had

Location. Photos presented on Booking.com wich doesn't represent the truth.
No communication with the host, phone, text, verbal. Nothing
. The room smelled of mold.bad mattresses. The house not inviting at all.

Stunning views, great location, lovely breakfast
Overpriced for this type of basic accommodation, and having to pay 200 euros extra for 'additional occupant'. 'Junior Suite' was a very basic room with bidet that flooded the bathroom. No heating except for a tiny portable fan heater. Really really cold, even using the two very thin extra blankets, and had to improvise 'hot water bottles' with drinking water bottles, filled with hot water from the (bizarrely, collapsible) tiny travel kettle in the room. mattress protector on bed, only covered with a sheet. Bed was supported underneath by wooden pallets. No cleaning, no fresh towels ("we're not a hotel"). Had paid 355 euros for 7nights B&B in advance for my sole occupancy. My mistake not to advise owners in advance that my partner would be joining me for 6 of the 7 nights. We expected to pay perhaps 8 euros per day for his breakfasts, but they asked us for 300 euros extra! Refused, but they had us over a barrel, so we grudgingly 'agreed' to pay 200 euros, just to get closure, and get on with our holiday. Left a cloud over this part of our holiday. Wouldn't return or recommend to Villa Santini. Teror is beautiful, get yourself your own villa elsewhere, to avoid our experience.

Great breakfast.
A very basic tiny room, utterly cold. Only one toilet/bathroom that appeared to be reserved by the hosts. Very noisy people running in the stairs over the night.

We can recommend staying at Villa Santini. The hosts are creating a familiar environment where you feel welcome and home. They are trying their best to make your stay as comfortable as possible.
The breakfast in the morning is big buffet with a lot of options. My personal highlight was the fresh self made bread.
The Villa Santini is located in the middle of beautiful mountains and near the city center which makes it possible to explore everything by food. With a rental car you can easily explore the hole island form here too.
We are going to miss my morning coffee with this amazing view.

Amazing location. Good terrace. There's a shared balcony overlooking it where you can chill. I liked the community part — it's a villa where different people live in different rooms. For breakfast, you come down and eat and share the table with all the guests (apart they come at different times). It was nice to have a quick morning chat with other guests. Food was also good. I was generally surprised it was included for such a low price.
My room was right behind a wall from the shared bathroom. It was sometimes too noisy — when someone would go to take a leak in the night, for example — I'd hear everything. Also, there's a bit too many people for one poor bathroom. It was almost never vacant. Or, if it was, you'd feel rushed because there'd be 5 other guests waiting for you to finish your moisty business outside.

Beautiful building with very nice views. Host family was extremely nice! Good breakfast.
Due to recent rain there were electricity issues. This was fixed on the morning we were leaving. It was a minor annoyance not to have much working lights.
We had two rooms and my friend had some grievances regarding the bed. I was quite happy with mine.
There was no advance information regarding check-in.

Fantastic location, accessible by bus from Las Palmas. The hosts were very welcoming and provided a very friendly space to relax. We loved the very generous breakfast and enjoyed a special New Years eve meal with the family.
Highly recommended.
Faultless! The hosts went out of their way to make our stay perfect.

I was sold on coming to Gran Canaria solely on the view from the balcony in this property. It was exactly that! Stunning. I also loved the breakfast they offered. It was such a nice start to the day. Nice and friendly owners. They have a friendly little dog too!
In december it could get a bit chilly in the room. I wish the owners would speak english too, because it would’ve been awesome to chat with them.

I really enjoyed the breakfast!
You had a lot of different things to choose from and it was made with love!
Especially the kind of pancakes were delicious!
The owners are very kind and the views are amazing! It's a short walk into the center of the town and have many possibilities to hike from here.
The single beds were a bit too short for me. The mattress and the pillows could have been a bit more comfortable.
The doors don't block noises as well as light. My door was also fixed with a piece of paper as it was missing a piece of glass.
In general it was quite loud and the sleep I got was not very good.
Also sharing one bathroom between several rooms was difficult sometimes.

Jorge, Katja and Chica made us feel like at home. Delicious breakfast. Room with an amazing view to Teror. Very well kept garden with delicious fruits. Thank you!
We could only stay one night

Breakfast was really nice in this big family house of multiple rooms. Jorge and his partner were so nice all time we were around. The simple way as they received us like part of the family.
Everything was ok.

I spent 2.5 weeks here and was welcomed with open arms. With a mountain view, exactly what I was looking for, a breakfast for kings, and quiet evenings, should I ever come back to Gran Canaria, this is the place I will stay! It is definitely useful to get a car while staying there, with ample space to park it.

Stay at Vila Santini was amazing, beyond our expectations from photos. Location has magic atmosphere, we fully enjoyed big terraces with a great garden view. The accommodation was clean, comfortable with feeling like your own home, parking was provided and also, the dog was no problem to come at the vila. Our hosts were super friendly, they made us an exquisite breakfast table with home-made bread and all kind of fruits, vegetables, dairy and meat products. Thank you Kasha and Jurek for all!

Stunning views from the balcony and the garden. Super peaceful stay in a very welcoming house. Breakfast has a great selection and good coffee. Would definitely recommend a stay here, possibly on a Saturday night to visit the market in Teror on Sunday (walking distance from the house).

We were given a cup of tea when we arrived. The wi fi worked well, and Breakfast was included. That was very nice.
It was incredibly cold.

The view from the breakfast room was fantastic! Our room, in the loft, was basic but OK.
The bathroom is only downstairs and a bit uncomfortable to reach in the night.

The house is neat and tidy, there’s a balcony with great view.
The breakfast table was beautifully set and food was good.
About 15 mins walk to the town.
The room was a bit cold during the night.

Such a beautiful house and the wonderful hosts make this B and B really special. It's in a fantastic spot, easy walking distance to the centre of Teror with restaurants and shops but nice and quiet in the evening. The views are spectacular.
Breakfast was amazing. The hosts are really thoughtful people and we wouldn't hesitate to recommend this place. We'd love to visit again in the future.
Nothing. It was genuinely a fantastic place.

The hosts were incredibly kind and accommodating, the included breakfast was absolutely delicious, and the view from our balcony simply could not be beat. The bed was much more comfortable than we are used to having in this area.
Only complaint was the rooster outside that thought it was dawn at about 1am. But that’s outside of the owner’s control.

The view from the house vis à vis the Pico de las Nieves is amazing. The hosts are experienced travellers and would share their knowledge about the island and the world. The standard of the villa and it's cleanliness is higher than I expected.
Unlike in the beach resorts, in the middle of the island there might be mosquitos, so remember to close the window when it gets dark.
