Regrettable

The location, the room.

Lack of assistance in carrying our luggage up (no staff in attendance) or down (staff in attendance) two flights of very steep stairs. We are both in our seventies. Being bombarded with many text messages prior to arrival, our answers being ignored every time. We arrived at bus station and we’re unable to find a taxi. I contacted the ‘host’ via What’sAp who informed me that ‘reception was closed’ and gave me a number to ring, a number that did not answer. I contacted her again and she said she would try but was not able to help. We were paying top dollar for luxury accommodation!

Beautiful hotel, which I will definitely stay out again. Very close to the water and some great walking around Trapani.

Gorgeous property and beautifully renovated. Salvatore did an amazing job explaining the menu and the dinner was absolutely delicious. They renovated rooms are well appointed and beautifully put together. We all absolutely loved our stay.

The only issue is that there is not an elevator, so if anyone has trouble walking, the stairs might be a hindrance. From my group, it was fine.

Pleasant enough.

Location was great, breakfast very pleasant. Room was very nice and bathroom was a good size albeit a little damp in places.

The "welcome drink" is contingent on buying a meal there. Doesn't really qualify as a "welcome drink" in my opinion, so we passed.

One of the nicest places we have ever stayed in EVER

Interiors were beautiful, staff were friendly and helpful, breakfast buffet was amazing, great location. Value for money was 10/10

Beautiful, well decorated room located in historic part of city. Close to small but nice and not so overpopulated beach. Tipical Italian tasty breakfast. Friendly staff and owner.

For longer stay there is probably little storage space in the room.

It's beautifully located to easily get around Trapani. The interior is fantastic and the room was really beautifully decorated. It was also spacious and comfortable. Francesca and all the others are very friendly and helpful.

To get to the rooms you will only find a small and steep stair. For us not a problem at all but if you're not good on foot it will be a bit challenging.

Lovely place in lovely location

Very lovely place in the old town - really good location. Stylish room, very pleasant and comfortable. Helpful staff - can arrange bike hire. Nice breakfast.

Nothing really - tea/coffee in room would have been nice but lots of cafes, bars etc around so not a major problem.

The best choice. A beautiful, spacious room very well decorated. An old building in excellent condition, impeccable.

Quite possibly one of the best places we’ve stayed Such a warm welcome from the very helpful Josie The attention to detail and decor was superb Breakfast was more than ample and varied We could have stayed here a long long time Great Wi-Fi, water pressure, tv options Parking is public and hard by the hotel itself but easy along the dock front and cheap Welcome drink was a nice surprise in the downstairs bar Thank you 🙏

Excellent room, lots of space, very clean, well decorated, exceeding expectations.

No elevator, had to carry bags up ourselves upon arrival but got help from the owner when checking out.

Delightful hotel , very well located for sights, the sea and a good choice of places to eat

Staff were welcoming and very helpful. The hotel and rooms were lovely. An old building restored to a very high standard Breakfast was lovely and an excellent choice of organic produce

The only possible draw back was, that being an old building, there was no lift. However the delightful Josie took our cases up to our room on the 3rd floor so ..... no problem!

Frankly one of the best places I’ve ever stayed

Frankly one of the best places I’ve ever stayed. The rooms are spacious and beautifully decorated, the staff were incredibly helpful and friendly, the best breakfast we’ve had in Sicily with lots of local delicacies to try, check in was smooth and communication was really easy via WhatsApp. Would recommend getting a drink in the downstairs Enoteca as it’s such a lovely setting with a great local wine list!

The staff & service at this hotel was amazing! Everyone was so nice, especially Josie & Liza. They went out of their way to make us comfortable & happy. The suite was beautiful, very comfortable & very clean. Such a delicious breakfast with a variety of pastries, meat, cheese, hard boiled eggs & more. So good. We appreciated the attention to detail & assistance with any questions we had. Josie was absolutely fantastic & really added to our special vacation. Highly recommend staying here. Book a suite if it is available.

A beautiful, sophisticated and contemporary boutique hotel - lovingly restored . The team were super helpful and friendly . The breakfasts lovely and location superb - couldn’t fault the place and the wine bar … what a bonus ! Loved it all - would highly recommend

Perfecto! close to all the amenities

everything! from the communication before arriving, to the amazingly spacious room (suite), great breakfast and friendly and helpful staff.

we were fine with our luggage but guests must note that there’s no lift, it does say on the website. If there’s no staff around you may struggle to carry your luggage up the narrow staircase, however, there’s a crane type thing that can carry them up and down if there’s staff to help at the time.

Great accommodation in Trapani with a wonderful host

The room very nice and updated. The wine bar/ breakfast cafe was so convenient and wonderful. The owner was so kind and accommodating, allowing us to borrow beach towels and being helpful for the whole stay.

The a/c unit in the room was on when we were in the room but it was still quite hot.

Friendly team, who were always available to help! Big light room, well styled, with plenty of storing space. Shower was lovely with warm water. Breakfast was mainly sweet with some exceptions like boiled eggs, but it was delicious with freshly made coffees (including cafe lattes). Rental bikes/scooters right across the street from the hotel. Thank you Giusy and team!

It was in a good location. Beautiful room

For some reason we didn’t feel welcome. If we compared with the other 4 places that we stayed in this Trip. . Also the AC wasn’t working well. It needed maintenance. The view from our room not very nice. It was another’s room in the facility where you can hear everything! No privacy
