Localização excelente, central, só que tinha bastante pedintes por ali

Café da manhã muito bom, primeiro servem uma pequena amostra e depois vc escolhe no menu. Gostei muito da seleção de produtos locais. Quase em todos pratos tinha algo regional. Top

Se estiver em duvida, escolha este hotel, é melhor.

Melhor estrutura de Manaus, o quarto e o banheiro são bem espaços, o restaurante tem a melhor comida da cidade. O café da manhã é excepcional, uma verdadeira experiência. Tudo funcionou muito bem, o combo perfeito é o Hotel na cidade de Manaus com o da selva em Anavilhanas.

Great location, comfy bedroom and facilities.

Breakfast was good, but the best thing was the bedroom. Very comfy and great smell

I felt sorry for the staff as a stupid man was yelling at them. The staff was being lovely but the guest was out of control and I even feel threatened.

Central location, lovely atmosphere inside, attentive and corteous staff, room of good size with great shower and fab toiletries made from local plants, breakfast in nice room with good choice, including regional food, good food at nice restaurant with lots of regional food at decent prices, swimming pool, nice lobby and other areas to relax in

Good location by the opera. Good standards for Manaus. Clean and comfortable bed. Excellent caipirinhas :)

The staff pushed me very hard to check out on time. Staff could be more friendly and go the extra mile. It was the first time I got a call to the room asking me to leave :) Service in general needs to improve in Manaus. Sometimes I think people are working under pressure and afraid. Might be a leadership issue.

Incredible hotel experience in the heart of Manaus - perfect for post-Amazonia travel!

The moment we were greeted at reception we felt welcomed. Those working at Villa Amazonia were exceptionally helpful and kind. The food and drinks were absolutely incredible. The room was top-notch. Great shower and amenities. The soaps, lotions, and scented diffusers were a lovely touch. It was the perfect way to end our time in Manaus!

Luxury at an incredible price

Leaving the streets of Manaus to enter this oasis is just a dream. The reception smells wonderful and sets the mood as you enter the building to reach your rooms. The staff are wonderful. A boutique luxury experience. Best hotel with this value we stayed at in Brazil.

The breakfast was not great. The acai was runny like water. When you ask for eggs, they bring you one single egg. It is a a-la-carte breakfast.

Great breakfast, actually soft beds (hard to find in Brazil), good service from the staff, great massage on site, pool is beautiful. Restaurant was okay and it was nice that even when it was busy, they were able to find a table for hotel guests.

Manaus is known for not being a very safe city, and staying in Centro lived up to that, but that's certainly not the fault of the hotel. I was surprised the hotel didn't advertise more in way of a concierge desk to book tours and such; the desk may have been able to help but it wasn't clear and I ended up doing it independently.
