My stay at the Murux was amazing.

My stay at the Murux was amazing. The staff is very friendly, rooms are clean, the hotel restaurant has the most delicious and fresh sea food. The location of the hotel is in a great location, just a few blocks from the beach. I highly recommend the Murex.

Meine bevorzugte Unterkunft in Monrovia

Hotels in Monrovia sind generell sehr teuer, so auch dieses. Was Murex Plaza angenehmer macht als andere Hotels, ist das Rooftop-Restaurant, sowie die gute Qualität des Speiseangebots.

Manche der Zimmer haben keine Fenster. Dieses Mal hatte ich Glück.

Hotel was fine, Wi-Fi was poor, the fact that I paid twice with no help from the hotel to fix it was

I was charged twice for my room and when I found that this was a problem the hotel said it was my problem and refused to go into their electronic records and refund one of the charges.

Disappointing

Location was okay.

Water in the bath was either cold or just warm enough. Room doesn't provide much protection from the outside noise when you sleeping. I didn't enjoy the breakfast at all with the only choice I had was an omelette. Overall the value was not worth its money.

I will not repeat it.

Hotel location is good. Some of hotel staff are friendly.

In general, I don't like it at all and I will not repeat it again. The washroom ceiling was leaking. The WiFi not working most of the time. Using lift is so difficult. The breakfast has limited options and repeated during my stay period. There are two electrical plugs only in the room, One for the fridge and the other one for all your needs. Bathroom partition is rusty and do not close. Washroom matt is dirty.

The place is in a safe area. Management was flexible to demands ans very helpful

There is no coffee and tea facility in the rooms. A little revamp of room can add value. The place is over-priced compared to the luxury you can get at the 5 star nearby

clean, well located, but expensive for what you get.

great location. bed and room were comfortable. breakfast is good

expensive for what it is. also I cut my foot on the bathroom step. maybe build a ramp instead

Reasonable, but a few changes within rooms can make it better.

Good location. Good restaurants.

Rooms need to be furnished better by the management. For e.g. nicer , fresher furniture. Rather than using white sheets, which look dirty even after laundry, why not use newer colours such as grey. Bathrooms need some updating. For e.g rusty soap dished. I had to change room just because of uncomfortable feeling. But management especially Khaled immediately took feedback on board and acted. Very good of him and his team.

Overpriced for what you get but cheaper compared to others on booking.com

Khaled helped me print some files I needed. Thanks very much for this.

The room was not clean. The bed linen/pillow covers dirty, towels missing many days in a row. Really below expectations anything related to Housekeeping. They addressed this on the first night but still disgusting. They never picked up my calls, I needed to go down many times for them to do something. One of the guys in the front desk should not face clients, he doesn't make you feel welcomed. Front desk you need people who have client experience and can make you feel comfortable. Overall it feels overpriced for what you get.

When the air-condition did not work in our room they immediately moved us to another room

Reception place was under construction or rehabilitation, yet the Receptionist was nice to help in guiding clients to find the way to the room.

Nice and helpful staff. Especially Marian in the resataurent and Khalid at reception.

Not clean. The hotel us crumbling down. No lights in the room to work or read. Overpriced. Bad breakfast.

Comfortable Stay at Murex Plaza Hotel

Spacious room and fairly good breakfast; there must be a super Chef at the hotel. Restaurant Staff quite friendly and helpful 🙂 Plus the management printed my PCR certificate free of charge🤠

The hotel fittings are substandard not befitting of the hotel. There were no sleepers and a bathroom floor mat. The fact that I could not fix coffee from the room was😔

happy with my stay, overall it was better than what I was expecting

location was good, room was spacious, meals at the restaurant were quiet good. Staff was good, especially Sheryl at the reception was very friendly and helpful.

rooms could be better equipped, no safe box, internet connection is not reliable, traffic noise.

Great location, good food and very friendly staff at restaurant "LET'S EAT DINER".Rooftop spot is breathtaking, absolute serene environment. My room was kept very neat!

Shower room is somehow tight, floor towel changed only once for 5 nights stay! Require serious up-keeping; Internet connection is not stable, it was on and off repeatedly.
