Un desastre

La ubicación

Llegamos a las 13 horas y tuvimos que esperar 1 hora muestra habitación la dieron sin Tohallas y después trajeron unas viejas Las istalaciones son muy antiguas. Pedimos matrimonial y los somier aparte de ser incómodos se separaban.

La ubicación es perfecta, La intención de brindar servicio esta presente. Tiene dos piscinas. Y esta muy cerca de la playa, nada mas que agregar

La falta de Wi Fi en las habitaciones y no te lo avisan hasta llegar y pagar, la recepción esta en lo alto y hay que subir todas las escaleras con las valijas, El agua caliente para el mate te la cobran y todavía el calentador se come las monedas y nadie se hace cargo, si reclamas te hablan mal . Dicen que si pierdes la llave de la habitación te la cobran 100 dólares. Sin palabras

El baño super pequeño el desayuno la mayoría de las cosas estaban secas o inclusive viejas los dormitorios chicos la tele muy pequeña encima se escuchaba horrible las piscinas en mal estado falta de personal

Poco control en las piscinas, los niños se tiraban sin control alguno y no se podia estar relajado. Tambien escuche varios ladrido de perro , la verdad no se porque permiten mascotas en el hotel, o es hotel para personas o para mascotas

El personal muy amable ,la ubicación inmejorable

La zona de la piscina es lo mejor del hotel y el personal muy atento y amable. La ubicación inmejorable.

Las habitaciones viejas, el baño feo, te bañabas y se inundaba todo. El desayuno no esta muy bueno, es mucha harina y para quienes no comemos no hay alternativas, recomendacion poner unos huevos revueltos o alguna otra fruta más porque hay muy poca.

it's a good place to stay given the price

Great location, just 50 meters from the beach. Very clean rooms, with a friedly staff

Absolutely no WIFI. Even the staff admitted it: "we really don't have WIFI". So plan accordingly if you want to be connected. Also, a bathroom leakage that flooded the bathroom floor never got fixed

Lamentable. El hotel tiene buen aspecto. Ligamos mal con esas instalaciones. Nos fuimos después del desayuno, para segui

No pudimos disfrutar nada. Pagamos x dos noches y luego del desayuno nos fuimos. Nos dieron por Booking la habitación 001. Llegamos a las 15 hs. No pudimos sestear. Arriba de nuestro cuarto está la sala de juegos. Niños jugando al billar y las bolas se caían. Parecía cancha de bochas.

El baño. Pileta del tamaño de un bebedero. Se achica más por un espejo que sobresale unos cinco cm. Pones agua xa lavarte la cara, te empapas y toda el agua cae en el suelo. Al salir pido trapo piso y lampazo. Cuando regreso me dan una toalla para pisar. Ducha higiénica tirada en el suelo.

Las piscinas muy bien y la habitación bien. El personal amable

El estacionamiento es sumamente desordenado ya que podrías no encontrar lugar donde dejar el auto, no hay wifi en las habitaciones solo en el hall, la puerta del baño no cerraba.

Acomodações limpas, piscina térmica, localização, recepção e equipe de trabalho. Serviço de cama diário. Ótimo custo benefício.

O wifi não funciona nos quartos, apenas na recepção. O café da manhã é bom, porém poderia ter uma opção de comida salgada pois 100% é doce. O horário do café poderia começar mais cedo, as 7 seria ótimo.

Bad

nothing we left on Saturday. We could not have a shower because the bathroom leaked. The pool was not working [heated pool] and we were not advised of this on arrival. The reason for our stay was to enjoy the heated pool. We were the only ones in the hotel and I think they did not bother to warm up the pool just for us,however they did the next day when other customers arrived. It was a ghost hotel and the customer service was so bad all of them blaming each other. We were offered another room after arguing about the flooding in the toilet and after they cleaned the room they offered us they gave it to somebody else. The ask as for the payments straight away which rang bells which is not something they ask on arrival since I already paid $85.00 through BROU

I did not like the treatment I received and the attitude of all the staff especially the Cuban landy and Romina at the call centre. The did not give us the room the offered us because we went for a 4 h walk while they cleaned room 211 (the one they offered us and gave to somebody else) The could not gives us the room because we took4 hours tocome backbut they did have our number to ring us but they never did. If thats the way they treat tourist my advise..do not attend or even look at this hotel. I travelled the world and this is the worse experience of my life. The staff was rude and argumentative. I believe the customer is always right. We left the hotel and I paid extraat the Rex ..lovely people and the do know how to treat the tourist with respect. The Esmeralda had staff that dont know what they doing,rude have no respect and the blame one another.

A bit faded, like the town, but a great value for the money.

The staff were very pleasant and helpful. The room was quiet and the bed comfortable. The location (less than a block from the beach and several good restaurants) was great. Breakfast (included in the rate) was good. For the money, a great place to stay.

The elevator was quite small and slow. Since we were staying on the second floor, we always took the stairs after that initial use at arrival.
