Perfect home for our Lincoln City adventures. Lots of comfortable space, love the big kitchen and the view from the deck! Very close beach access. Perfect!

We loved our vacation at Lincoln City. This home is literally across the street from the beach! The weather was fabulous and we saw shooting stars and the northern lights! Owners were great and easy to deal with. This is probably the last time my dad will travel anywhere so thank you for hosting us. There are some things i think the property owner should know. If they are paying someone to clean there get ripped off at least partially. The floors and carpets are filthy so much that our feet were black from walking around inside the house. Also many of the blinds are broken so not a lot of privacy for some rooms. One of the reclining couches doesn't work which was a bummer. Kitchen is well stocked but they need to replace the can opener. Overall it was fun and we all really enjoyed our stay. Oh, one more thing, they might want to tell people Before they book that sheets are not supplied for the pull out couches. Also what if people are flying in how could they have room yo bring bedding? Anyway, thanks again for everything. We might stay again! 😊

The place gift our needs very well. EXCEPT the upstairs TV would not work and the Microwave worked for 2 minutes the first day. We really needed the microwave, but used the oven as a okay substitute.

Beautiful home fully stocked with everything you could possibly need. Plenty of room for my whole family and very easy access to the beach. There is a beautiful view of the ocean. The beds were very comfortable. The only thing I would suggest is trimming the bushes and trees by the hot tub. They are beautiful but the leaves are easily tracked into the hot tub. The hot tub was abit sandy but that didnt deter us from using it. Totally understandable at the beach. Lovely stay, would definitely stay there again!

This is our third time staying at this home. It’s a great location. We love the view of the ocean from the deck. It’s a short walk to get to the beach. The house has everything that you’d want or need (except maybe a good can opener:). There’s lots of room for playing games, watching movies, having meals, etc. We would stay here again in a heartbeat if it wasn’t for the fact that our group is growing and we need a house for 20 people now.

This was a great property for our whole family. We had three adults, three teens, and four kids under 8 plus two dogs. We had more than enough room and only the occasional issue with everyone needing in the three bathrooms all at once.
Great views from the upstairs and beach access is super convenient. There are a short set of stairs two houses down and the casino has an all-access ramp just a short block away, which was awesome for my disabled dog in a cart.
Plenty of seating and living space, including the hangout room in the converted garage. There were three refrigerators, so there was plenty of space for food and drink storage.
The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you could want - just bring your own food and spices. There are plenty of plates, silverware, and glasses to go around.
Potential Cons:
- kitchen knives are a bit dull so plan accordingly
- downstairs bathroom has some mold growing on the ceiling but is otherwise clean
- there is wear and tear, so don’t expect perfection; everything works and functions appropriately
Noteworthy:
- ground level is moderately ADA accessible with one step up through the doorways in the main door and garage. The downstairs bathroom is also a walk-in shower. Would be an option for someone with mobility issues but getting to the main floor (2nd level) requires a walk up a full flight of stairs.
- all of the larger beds have a topper on them and might be a challenge for some to crawl into bed, but they are comfy!

it was a nice house but it had a carpet coming up in the bedroom downstairs and i tripped 3 times it is a hazard that should be fixed other than that we enjoyed the stay

Really enjoyed the ocean view from main living area of home. Lots of room for family groups. Beds really comfortable. Host communication was very good as well and easy check in. Home is well used and for the price point, could use some upgrades and cosmetic repairs. Hot tub area a little inconvenient and not private. More available bedding would have been a plus. Overall a nice home.

We were pleasantly surprised with the parking accommodations. We were able to fit 7 vehicles.
The house was clean and the kitchen was fully stocked with cooking equipment for our group of 12.
Beds were comfortable.
There were 3 fridges, and the garage is converted to an extra living space, with a tv and fireplace. The layout is great, with most of the bedrooms downstairs..
The price was very reasonable.

Elkcation is me and friends coming over to the coast to go elk hunting. Since the weather can be unpredictable and wet, we have decided to rent a vacation home instead of camping in the potentially wet environment. The house was perfect for our groups of 6 guys. Everyone had their own space and was very comfortable. Kitchen was well stocked, large living/dining room areas to sprawl. The ocean views were amazing from the second story deck and large bay windows. Would definitely stay again.

The four of us enjoyed our stay. It was way too much house for us but we chose it for the walkable neighborhood and the views. The house is well appointed and a lot more comfortable in person compared to the on line pictures. We have stayed at many properties here at Lincoln city and I would say the mattresses foam padding provided the best sleep we have had in the last 17 years of rental properties. No big divots to swallow you up😂 😄. If you have a large family or friend group this would be a great option. Check in was easy and the owner was quick to respond to inquiries.

Year #36 for family and friends saying goodbye to summer together at the beach. Easy and close access to the beach is wonderful! Our almost 2 year old granddaughter was mesmerized by the big waves crashing wildly and could watch them from the windows. We really enjoy being to sit all of us around the dining table and feast together.

The house is nice and we had plenty of room for 8 people. The location is great. Bring your own shampoo and conditioner, Kleenex. And be prepared to do more work at checkout than you may have done at another house. Otherwise a really nice stay!

Our large group enjoyed our stay in this house. It was clean and very well stocked. Beds were comfortable too. Great access to the beach- it was easy to haul all of our things down and back. The owner was quick to respond and resolve an issue with the Wi-Fi. One downside was many windows missing screens. We’d definitely stay again!

There was 16 of us who stayed (multi family) with all ages and one dog. We felt like there was plenty of room and liked the layout. Very close to the beach and central to many things in Lincoln City. Only complaint were the windows facing the ocean weren’t cleaned on the outside. In the mornings, you couldn’t see through them due to the moisture. We cleaned them and that fixed the issue! Property manager was really easy to talk to as well. Would stay here again!

Proximity to the beach was the best part of the property. We enjoyed the roominess of the property. Very well stock. Only negatives was the front windows were so dirty. We ended up cleaning them ( what a difference). Only 3 spa towels. Not very many throw blankets in living area. But those were minor. We all slept great and enjoyed the front deck. The location was great, close access to the beach, too. Lots of room for a group of adults, kitchen had all the gadgets. The garage had two extra fridges, too. The only bad part was we couldn’t get the lock off of the hot tub, so we couldn’t use it, and we were pretty disappointed. Overall a great stay.

Everything was great. Kitchen was well stocked. There were probably too many kitchen gadgets as there wasn’t a free cabinet to put our groceries in. Beds were very comfortable. View was great! We were at the house during a very stormy and snowy week so we spent most of our time at the house. It was plenty big for our family of 5. A ping pong table or some other sort of game would have been a nice addition to the garage but overall we would stay there again!
