Great stay

Great location walking distance from the train station. Great staff who were super helpful and carried our luggage up the stairs. Quiet and comfortable. There is a great shop that sells everything you need nearby. Restaurants in walking distance.

Great place!

The room was beautiful, super clean and practical. It had a nice balcony and bathroom as well. Everything was new and worked perfectly. The room is cleaned every day if you wish. The owner was easy to reach and any question was answered quickly. The location is perfect, just 5 minutes walking from the train station and from the start of the main street. You don't hear cars or trains.

The noise of the guests in the room next to us was quite loud and woke me up early in the morning.

Wonderful stay and easy access to Cinque Terre

Davide was wonderful, very informative and communicated well. The room was very comfortable and spacious. Very close to the centre of town and the train station.

The mattress was firm, but this did not bother me too much.

Eravamo in tre e la camera che ci ha ospitate era bella spaziosa. Bagno molto comodo e spazioso. Parcheggio (a pagamento) coperto e di fronte alla struttura. Occhio che si può pagare solo con contanti!

Valuta for pengene og nemt til Cinque Terre

Fantastisk beliggenhed tæt på gågade og stationen til Cinque Terre. Meget rent værelse og virkelig flinkt og hjælpsomt personale, der var engelsktalende og forklarede alt om tog/båd til de 5 byer. Nem parkering tæt på og vi fik endda lov til at holde der efter udtjekning. Morgenmadsbilletter til kaffe, juice, croissant på cafe tæt på. Kufferter blev båret op til vores værelse.

The rooms are comfortable, clean and handy. Best in price. Excellent location: train station 3 min, supermarket 2 min, historical center with restaurants 5 min. Good access by car and parking in the gate next door. The host is probably the most kind-hearted man in Spezia: he has advice, ways and solutions for every situation.

La habitación está ubicada en primer piso, como somos adultos mayores nos costó llevar el equipaje. Pero por lo expuesto anteriormente esto se superó.

Good base for cinque terre

Location was very convenient, near the train station and main street with restaurants etc. An ideal base for exploring the cinque terre.

It is located on a very quiet street, so I don't think I would walk there alone at night. The room is located in an apartment block so the entrance way is quite dark and dingy. Other people live in the block so lots of noise of people on the stairs and a baby crying a lot. We didn't have a great sleep. The bathroom could have been cleaner too.

Thoroughly recommended

Calm, quiet & generally comfortable, my room was furnished to a very high standard & always impeccably clean. It was only a few minutes walk to the train station & the city & food options were just a short distance. WiFi was excellent, there was a large bed & the owner spoke excellent English & able to provide some assistance if required. La Spezia is an excellent option for visiting Cinque Terra

European beds are almost always very firm- & this was no exception & the only negative factor in what was otherwise a very comfortable stay. Perhaps a mattress topper would help?

Close to the train station, good Wi-Fi, helpful staff, 2 minutes to the center and food options, daily housekeeping, heater and clean bathroom

Real Rooms - the BEST place to stay!

Excellent place to stay. It exceeded my expectations, with the facilities, size, quietness & cleanliness of rooms. Everything is provided, staff went out of their way to make my stay wonderful. Smooth & efficient check in with Andrea, who was always there for any advice about local sightseeing. The room was ready as soon as I arrived, which was lovely! Location is outstanding, with the train station within easy walking distance, as is the rest of La Spezia. I highly recommend Real Rooms to anyone wanting to visit Cinque Terre & all of Liguria. Thank you, Andrea, for a really fantastic & comfortable stay in a beautiful region of Italy.

EVERYTHING! The location is a perfect home base to explore Cinque Terre, the train station is 2 minute walk, the shops and restaurants are a 5 minute walk. The room was clean, bathroom well equipped and the host was super helpful with providing information about the area. Definitely going back again!
