Villa Maria Latchi is a bungalow type tranquil villa, not far from the local beaches and only a breath away from Latchi Cyprus, with a large private pool, unique gardens and really spacious for a family or party of up to seven persons.
This fully equipped, detached and air-conditioned rental property consists of three bedrooms (a seventh folding bed can be provided on request) and it is all set in one level, so as to turn your holiday comfortable and relaxing.
Layout:
Villa Maria Latchi features an open plan modern kitchen, fully equipped, which is linked to the lounge and dining areas.
Patio doors open to the private pool and sunny terraces, as well as to the BBQ area with the necessary dining al fresco facilities alongside. One of the bedrooms is the master bedroom with a double bed and the other two are twins with singles.
The three of the bedrooms share in between two family bathrooms.
Pool and Terraces:
In the middle of the garden is located a charming large pool (9m X 5m), with sunny terraces surrounding it, hidden by beautiful flowers and plants, and this aspect ensures that this particular part of the property enjoys the sun during all the day. The property was perfect for 4 adults in a quiet natural setting. Essential to hire a car for access to supermarkets and beach. Both a 25 min walk.

Beautiful, everything was perfect! Everything! Extremely nice accommodation. Super spacious, super well maintained, super equipped. The host was super committed, took care of all problems IMMEDIATELY and, if necessary, provided replacements immediately - really excellent. The villa was cleaned every 3 days. The pool is super big, the garden too, and both are very well maintained. Bathrooms are big enough and very clean. Rooms are big and all have air conditioning. Kitchen is well equipped. Internet worked great. There is a great grill and even a pool table. We really have nothing to complain about. Ευχαριστώ πολύ!!! Everything was perfect!

Had a great stay, all went smoothly. We didn’t make use of the sitting room because this felt more part of the third bedroom, and it would have been nice to have the twins made up as doubles but I didn’t ask if that was possible.
But there was plenty of space for us and we loved walking in the hills

We spent 4 days at Villa Maria with two teenagers. They really appreciated the pool table. We really liked the area where many different fruits grow. Car was needed.

The house is great
The house is great, just what it says in the description. What we liked the most about it was the way it is cut off, peaceful and quiet, with a great pool and pool area to relax in. The kitchen is well-equipped. Even though it is private and away from town, it is also really close to Latchi on foot (a 10-minute walk to a beach, and bit more for the main shops), Latchi is a fantastic place to swim in the sea and also grab a coffee in the morning or supper in the evening. Would very much recommend this place for a relaxing family holiday. Very responsive host as well, with clear instructions on how to arrive and use the property.

2019 holiday Perfect perfect perfect
After a tough year it was absolutely brilliant to arrive at this beautifully clean well appointed villa. It was even nicer than the pictures showed. All the bedrooms at French windows and terrace access there was a well equipped kitchen perfect size shady terrace as well as fantastic pool which our two older teenage boys loved (as did we). We didn't hire a car because we just wanted a relaxing beach/pool holiday but we caught the 622 local bus to Polis a couple of times and also to Aphrodite which because our favourite local beach for snorkelling and for the Taverna overlooking the bay. The villa was cleaned twice while we were there and we have towel and bed changes. It was absolutely spotless. Mr Theopaphonus was charming and helpful also our transfer company on the last day, recommended by Eos, looked after our luggage as we had to be out by 10 am and our flight wasnt until 8pm so we could spend another day on the beach and be picked up from there. All in all i would thoroughly recommend this beautiful villa. It was absolutely perfect. Eos Travel was so reassuring and helpful in the run up to our holiday.

Perfect , couldn't have asked for more
The property and the location of it , we're perfect for the kind of away from it all holiday we were looking for . Beautiful setting , amazing scenery and made to feel very welcome by all connected with the villa . The villa had all the amenities required for a relaxing family holiday and everything required to self cater . Car is not essential if you're not the exploring type as the walk into Latchi is just over twenty minutes , but the return leg of the frequent supply run to the local supermarket can be quite exhausting for some . If relaxing by the pool all day or just chilling at one of the numerous water front bars and restaurants is your thing , then this is the perfect place for you .
Special mention must go to the Eos Travel team who helped make this all possible from day one and were always on hand to answer any queries . Excellent all round ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

We chose Villa Maria Latchi because we were looking for a quiet place away from tourist business but to have beach and hiking routes in close distance. Villa Maria Latchi fully answered our expectations since it is indeed in a quiet and lovely place, surrounded by orange trees. We loved the villa because we could use grill, pool, Wifi, A/C, and even a billiard table. Everything was neatly arranged and very clean. The kitchen is modern and well-equipped for cooking. We appreciated the dishwasher since we are a family of five. In our car it took only a couple of minutes to go to the beach or to hiking routes. The communication with the host before and after booking was easy. Sofronios is a very friendly and cooperative person. Check-in and check-out were simple because we were informed in time how to find/deposit the key. The route to Villa Maria Latchi was clearly described on Airbnb, so it was easy to find it on our way from Paphos. Thank you for everything, it was wonderful!

Great holiday
The villa was great for a one week holiday in Latchi. We were travelling with the group of 5, so we had enough room in the house for everyone. The pool was a bit cold to be honest, but I'm sure it will be in the right temperature in summer. For future travellers we would recommend warm socks or slippers wearing in the house, regarding cold floors!

Be sure to go back there again.
We rested in early March. The first few days were overcast and it was very cold in the house, they walked in clothes and were heated for the night. When it became sunny it was very cool. The villa is not as windy as the sea, a beautiful courtyard, a very picturesque road to the sea. Just a stunningly beautiful place. Very comfortable with a small child, he is busy in the yard all day, a quiet place, tangerine trees. Be sure to go back there again.

The pool was cleaned each morning before we got up, and the is good easy access into the pool especially for someone with a disability. Very peaceful location which we loved! The bathrooms were clean and well maintained. The kitchen was well equipped too. Sofronios was brilliant and responded within hours of every message. Very good holiday. Thanks x

We had such an amazing time here. The villa was fantastic, had everything we needed and was clean and tidy. We loved the fact that the villa isn’t overlooked at all and there are great views of the mountains. The pool, gardens and pool table were excellent. The pool was large and clean with plenty of sun loungers surrounding it. It was a short walk to the beach, restaurants and shops. We found that the best supermarket was in Polis but there are small supermarkets in Latchi. The beach was very stony, we were happy that we had swim shoes. We preferred the beach in Argaka which was about 15 minutes drive away. A very quiet beach with a lovely restaurant, Santa Barbara. The directions sent by the host were great and got us to the property in the dark without any problems at all. Thank you for such an amazing holiday and I would definitely recommend the villa.”

The house is clean and pleasant. Located in a quiet location yet close to the center (3 min driving from the beach and from supermarkets). The pool is wonderful and besides that there is no shade during the day, everything was wonderful. The hosts even send someone to clean the pool during the stay.
