Posto magico e personale adorabile

La struttura è semplicemente meravigliosa sembra di essere catapultati in un altro mondo Camere spaziose e belle e il personale incredibilmente gentile ed efficiente Colazione top e biciclette a disposizione

È in una zona molto defilata della medina, può essere difficile trovarlo la prima volta e raggiungerlo a piedi la sera può causare qualche timore

I felt homesick for Kbour Chou almost immediately…if that tells you just how wonderful it truly is. Book a stay at their

I loved that the property was set apart from the hustle and bustle of the Medina…a calm, quiet oasis amongst the excitement of the old city. The staff was nothing short of amazing…having to leave very early for a trek to the desert, breakfast was made for me by candlelight and I was escorted to my pick up spot no questions asked.

It was a little hard to find at nite in the dark as there isn’t much around…but don’t let the location deter you…this place is pure magic.

An amazing Riad, everything you would expect and more.

This is a beautiful Riad just outside the souks, but still within the medina walls. When we entered the Riad, it was like going through the cupboard of Narnia. We were welcomed by Jacques with traditional tea and amazing moroccan sweets and he explained us what to do and how to get around in Marrakech. The Riad Kbour&Chou is a very idyllic place, beautiful rooms and a very nice rooftop terrace where we had excellent breafasts and amazing dinners. Very much recommended.

A perfect peacefull and beautifull decorated Riad in a hectic city.

Welcomed by super friendly staff and owner who are very helpfull and pro-active in giving tips on nice restaurants, POI's. Free use of bicycles, very handy! Breakfast perfect and the place is an oasis in hectic Marrakesh and beautifull and tastfull decorated. Our compliments!

A jungle gem with 1st class service in the medina

Everything! The communication with Rachid before arrival, the warm, stylish welcome, the design, spacious incredible rooms, staff, the pets the plants, the roof terrasse.. and the true hospitality of moroccan tea on the house throughout the stay is a very appreciated, generous gesture. A true gem and home away from home in the Medina.

The best riad I have ever stayed at!

I have been to Morocco plenty of times, but this is the most wonderful riad I have ever stayed at. So peaceful, very quiet and a great area! It's in the Medina but in a not so touristy, more calm area, which is lovely to walk around. It's about a 25 min fun walk to Jamelfnza. Big thanks to the amazing staff. Mona, Naziha, Karim, Jacques and the others, who made us feel so welcome. Last but not least, the food, waaw!! Definitely eat dinner here if you can, and the breakfast is the best I have ever had. Can't recommend this riad enough!!

Rashid y el resto del personal son un encanto, te ayudan con todo lo que necesites. El Riad es muy bonito, la decoración es exquisita y las habitaciones son preciosas. Está todo muy limpio, el desayuno muy completo y la cama comodísima.

Удивительно красивое место, но нельзя быть уверенным, что вам не заменят номер, даже если вы предварительно все уточнили

Невероятная атмосфера, играет классическая музыка, на закате поют и играют в деревьях птицы, прекрасная кухня(заказывали ужин), камин в номере

Я выбрала номер с панорамным окном и он был доступен всего 1 день за наш отпуск, все отели выбирали, отталкиваясь от дат этого номера. У нас было свадебное путешествие. Бронировала больше чем за месяц. Приехав на место, нас поселили в другой номер, просто отдав наш номер паре, которая жила дольше. Даже не предупредив. Я очень сильно расстроилась, но нам просто ответили: извините. После 2 часов слез все-таки пришел управляющий и поменял нам номер на тот к концу дня. При выезде сказали, что хотели в счет компенсации подарить массаж, но не успели(мы весь вечер были в отеле). Место удивительной красоты, которую только можно представить, но могут по своему усмотрению поменять бронь и не поставить в известность.

Riad Kbour & Chou is very beautiful and located in a tranquil area of the Medina. Jacques was super helpful with providing information that made our stay in Marrakesh wonderful. The staff are very friendly and accommodating. We only wish we had stayed there longer!

We pay for 4 people but was not clear and we have to reveiw with owner who finilly accepted, is better to clarify booking information but Riad is excellent

A very relaxing stay in a serene Riad with incredible hospitality

We had an amazing stay here - it was so calm and beautiful and the staff were amazing, nothing was too much trouble. Breakfast was fantastic, we had a delicious evening meal prepared for us one night on the terrace, we were given a map and recommendations for sights and restaurants, a car booked to take us to and from a restaurant that was a bit further away, airport transfer sorted and more! Would recommend this riad to anyone coming to visit Marrakech!

The pillows could have been more comfortable - that's the only thing! Everything else was perfect.

The riad was so peaceful after days wandering the around the Medina. It was designed amazingly with plenty of spots to relax and read or have some delicious mint tea and cakes. The team were always very friendly and eager to help with anything. The food was spectacular too. Would definitely go back.

A great Riad, which may be a bit hard to find. The rooms were amazing, the service was superb, and even WiFi was working fine. A welcome mint tea and some sweets, overall atmosphere, great breakfast, and amazing room design (eh, already mentioned that, but still), including the fireplace!

To be fair, it's a bit hard to find, and the surroundings may seem a bit shady at night, but the staff will meet you.

Amazing Riad created with lots of love, style & attention to detail by a truly great host!

Authenticity, interior design, comfort ( bed, shower-excellent) Loved the fireplace in our bedroom Food was amazing -both for dinner and breakfast Staff -all team is absolutely fantastic and the host is the best- so helpful and generous and kind! Location-very convenient and easy to find We will certainly be back!

Best!

This Riad is one of the best hotels I've ever stayed in. The Riad rooms are all unique and well-decorated. I feel cosy, and the hotel is genuine. Breakfast is the best, and the staffs are so kind. I will come here if I have a chance to revisit Marrakesh.

beautifully designedRiad, when you enter from the street, you feel like arriving to an Oasis with a fantastic atmosphere. staff is very kind. rooms are big, breakfast on the rooftop is excellent.

location is a bit far for walking to Jenna El Fenna square, but you can take a Taxi very cheaply
