Great hospitality, good location, clean and has everything that is needed for a pleasant stay

The apartment location is good, it's not far from the main localities of Glyfada. Short walk distance from shopping malls, a 5-minute distance from the open market (happening on Thursdays), around 10 minutes distance from a large supermarket, and the sea. Also, public transport stops are nearby so it's very convenient. For the hospitality and don't have a better way to express myself than a great! Yiannis is a great host, he gives a great introduction, and some advice on what places to visit and he was very helpful during our stay. I never experienced better hospitality, and those small gestures gave us that our trip and vacation even more pleasant.

Brilliant stay at Boutique 52

Location, host and amenities are excellent. Yianni goes above and beyond to look after everything while the location is perfect for beach, shopping and dining.

Once in a life time experience!

The place was totally ‘out of the box!’ Meaning … it was fun, interesting, innovative and full of pleasant surprises. Jiannis was very pleasant, patient and helpful. We will seek him out on our next trip to Athens.

Apartment was beautiful and very clean! It was also very well equipped. Yiannis was an amazing host! He went above and beyond to make sure we had information on how to get around the area and gave us great recommendations for local restaurants & attractions. We honestly had everything we needed to enjoy our stay in Glyfada. We will definitely be back again & would highly recommend staying here! Thanks again Yiannis 😊

Wonderful stay in central Glyfada with hospitable host

Great location, apartment was clean and equipped with everything needed. Everything was planned to detail and well thought of. Host is very friendly and welcoming, greeted us on location and answered any questions we had during the stay. Extra treat was the welcoming surprise on arrival that showed the greek hospitality.

There was nothing that we didn’t like.

very welcoming lovely place to stay for summer beach holiday with lots of restaurants&shops.

Yiannis was super helpful and always was there to help with anything. the apartment is very clean and we loved the big balcony. it’s just few mins away from lots of shop and restaurants. also very close to the beach.

I highly recommend this accomodation. Yanis (the apartment owner) is the most hospitable person who I have ever met. You will be provided with: - luggage/bag carrying assistance from your car to apartments - detailised instructions about how to use everything in apartments and where is there everything needed placed - information about all groceries, restaurants and instructions how to wolt courier can get directly to you door - information about things must have to do around (sights, tourist directions around Athens and partially Peloponnesus) - opportunity to pay via contactless terminal at the spot (yes, Yanis have the portable one, it is really big pros for people not dealing with cash) - any additional stuff whenever you need it Also I want to add that location is rather convenient for car travelers: you do not need to stay in all Athens traffic jams to either reach apartments or leave it. The nearest subway station is Elliniko - you can get to it for 10 minutes and leave your car on one of plenty parkings (e.g. underground AB shop) and then spend about 16 minutes to get to Acropolis. Street parking in front of building is usually busy during the daytime but always a big amount of spots are available in the evening/nighttime. Also it is free of charge. If you want to catch sea breeze - the nearest beach is in 700 m away from apartments.

Yiannis was a lovely host and took very good care of us. My kids loved the apartment. The apartment was nicer than in the pictures and very good value for the money. The only sad thing was that we stayed in Glifada only for one night.

Great property, highly recommended

Great location, great facilities, owner respects his apartment and loves what he is doing. The apartment is well equipped from the kitchen to the bathroom, the owner has thought of everything and you will feel like home. The location is great a stone drop from Glyfada center, with loads of food courts and shopping area. Bed is comfy and the balcony can offers great quiet afternoons.

Lux & comfortable stay in the centre of Glyfada

The property far exceeded our expectations and the owner covered our every need. The location is central but quiet during night hours. I will revisit for sure!

Superb

The location. The property is at one of the most centrally located streets in Central Glyfada. It has a spacious/nice balcony-terrace with a view of main street. The owner is very helpful and thoughtful on every single aspect before and during our stay. He is into all details and really cares that his guests have a problem-free and comfortable stay. From little information sheets/folders to all little treats-refreshments that he put in the kitchen were all very nice.

Good value, comfortable and quiet, yet close to all the action

A very nice chap met us to hand over the keys, explain how things worked, and some info on the local area. The complementary wine/beer and fruit was a very nice gesture. The apartment is in a quiet part of town but easy walk to all the bars and restaurants and beach. The large balcony was very nice.

For the price, facilities and location, everything was great....very happy with our choice.

First of all, Yiannis is the most welcoming host of all time. he helped us with literally everything we needed, restaurant and beach suggestions, he even took our laundry for cleaning free of charge. He is amazing, thank to him our vacay was fully stress free even with a kiddo :) Apartment is cozy and comfortable, super clean. Location is perfect, you can reach everything on foot, and it’s quiet on the other hand. Balcony is an other level, it’s huge and perfect place to have breakfast there. Best ice cream spot is 2 mins walk!!!! :)

Bathroom is a bit small, and has no window. the closest private beach is closed for renovation, which was a bit uncomfortable - not the fault of the host of course.
