Kitchen Basics:
Dishwasher – Please wash all pots and pans by hand. Dishwasher tabs are under the sink.
Trash bags -- Located under the kitchen sink (trash is in a pull out drawer on the leftmost side of the island, recycling is the bin by the pantry door)
Fridge/Freezer – The water from the fridge is very slow - the tap water comes from the same well and is much faster! The ice sometimes gets blocked so you can just open the freezer and scoop from there. Please remember to throw away any leftover food/drinks before you leave.
Gas Stove - We have an awesome industrial stove/oven. The pilot light is always lit. Do not place non cooking items on the stove as it is always a little warm and can melt plastic (unfortunately speaking from experience). Please make sure the knobs are always off and turned to the far right. Sometimes, a burner flame may blow out while cooking on low, so just turn the knob to off, then turn it back on. We recommend turning on the blower above the stove while cooking. If you have any questions regarding use or notice a pilot light might be out, please contact us.
Coffee/coffee filters – Please do not use the industrial coffee machine in the kitchen. There is a coffee/tea bar in the room right off the kitchen and a tea kettle on the counter. Help yourself!
Other info:
Smoke Alarm - We have a commercial fire alarm system installed for your safety. If you happen to set it off, it will be very loud. The shut off is in the owner’s suite off of the laundry room. If the alarm is tripped, give us a call and we’ll tell you the location of the key. (781-248-7696 or 802-356-3240)
Furniture - We have beautiful antique furniture original to the inn around the house. Please be sure to use coasters/not place drinks on these beautiful pieces so guests can continue to enjoy the character and charm. If a spill happens, please be sure to clean immediately.
Thermostats - There is a thermostat in the dining room and the common areas, as well as in each bedroom. These thermostats control the heat only. Please do not turn the thermostats above 68 and ensure they are set to 65 or lower when you leave the house for the day. Upon check out please lower to 60. You’ll be surprised at how quickly the rooms heat up so this is for your comfort, as well as the environment and the safety of our old house and heating system.
ACs - In summer months we have ACs installed in each bedroom window. Please do not leave these running all day and turn off when not home. The rooms are small and cool off quickly. Each room also has a small fan.
TV – You will find the TV instructions in the living room.
Wireless internet: Network is Woodbridge Inn (or some variety thereof depending on where you are in the house) and the security code is bentley727. Please let us know if you experience any issues with the connection. The router is located on the 2nd floor at the top of the stairs - if you experience connectivity issues, unplugging and replugging it fixes the WiFi 99% of the time.
First Aid Kit, Iron, and Steamer – in the laundry room off of the kitchen
Laundry – Off of the kitchen. Timed dry is usually your best option. Please use care when operating and let us know if you have any issues. We have a limited amount of laundry detergent provided in case you need it upon arrival, but we kindly ask that if you anticipate needing a large amount of any household items, you pick up some of your own.
Extra blankets – in the basket by the couch in the living room or in the closet on the 3rd floor
Toiletries – Our in-room personal care products are handmade just down the road at Whisper Hill. We carefully selected natural, environmentally friendly products and we hope you enjoy them. The dispensers in the showers hold shampoo, conditioner and shower gel. Whisper Hill’s wonderful shop is in the Queechee Gorge Village, near the Antique Mall. If you have any issues with the dispensers please let us know. Mount Tom room has some extra single use items in the chest if a dispenser gets blocked.

I had several friendsstatibgggete and they all lived the inn I highly recommend Woodbridge

We booked this property for a trip with our large friend group. The house was spacious and accommodated us perfectly indoors and out! The yard was perfect for some lawn games and the automatic bistro lighting and lit steps on the back deck meant we could still enjoy the outdoors after the sun set. While the water level in the river behind the house was too low for us to go kayaking, the water access was perfect for a midday dip (highly recommend bringing a floaty!)
The owners have so many brochures and recommendations for local sights, activities, and eateries which was much appreciated! The house is also a very short walk to Ramunto’s for pizza and wings and close by to a national park for some well-maintained hiking trails.
Not having to fight over bathrooms all weekend (each room has an en-suite bathroom), having enough space to spread out, and cooking for a large group in the well-equipped kitchen made the weekend go so smoothly so we could spend more time enjoying it. I’d definitely recommend a stay here if you want a clean, accommodating, spacious place to stay which provides access to all the charm Vermont had to offer!

The Woodbridge Inn had everything our group of 15 needed. The fact that each room had its own full bathroom was great. Hosts were communicative and available. It’s a bit of a treck to town which we weren’t counting on but the cozy home made up for it. Great for large groups.

Two families (4 adults and six kids aged 9 to 16) spent a few nights at the Woodbridge during the week before Christmas. We don’t have one bad thing to say about the property (it was clean, charming and adequately supplied with anything we could need) or the property owners (friendly and responsive). Woodstock itself was picture perfect and even the limited early-season skiing at Saskadena left everyone feeling like we hit the jackpot with our choice for a holiday getaway. Cannot recommend enough!

Second year staying at this lovely home. Outside of the minor issue with ladybugs, it was perfect. Highly recommend. Abundant bathrooms and bedrooms - great hangout space and nice touch with hot tub. We'll see you again!

We had such a great time at the Woodbridge Inn. The hot tub was a treat at the end of the day and we enjoyed the fire pit under the stars. We attended a wedding while we were in town and it was so helpful that each room had an en suite bathroom. We would happily recommend this spot to anyone!

The check in/ out process was really easy and clear communications from owner made it pleasant. Coffee and breakfast by the river, peaceful - hot tub at night a little bit of luxury. Dining table was great for our group of twelve. If you’re tall, select a bedroom on the second floor. Need a car to get to shops and restaurants.

Obsessed with this cute inn!
Had the most wonderful time staying at the inn with friends over the holiday weekend! It is decorated perfectly so you feel like you are staying in a cozy inn in the Vermont mountains straight out of a movie. With 7 of us we had tons of room and a great kitchen to cook meals for a large group. Alyssa was lovely and very helpful to communicate with and answered all of our questions. Will definitely come back and stay again!

The family and I decided to take a quick few days off and enjoy the sights in and around Woodstock Vermont. We were so fortunate to be able to spend time at the Woodbridge inn. The hosts were fantastic and thought of everything! The rooms were amazing and everything was clean and tidy.
It was a lot of space just for five of us so next time we plan on going down will probably have a few more people.
The backyard was beautiful and there were plenty of space for the kids to run around. Highly recommended for anyone with small children.

Amazing weekend with friends
I would highly recommend this property for a big group weekend! We had 10 people and it was so nice that every room at its own en suite bathroom. The house is charming, well-decorated, and clean, with plenty of living and dining room space for getting your group together. We spent most of our time outside enjoying the giant lawn spaces (perfect for lawn games), outdoor fire pit, hot tub, and the river. The river level was definitely a little low, but we could still float down on the tubes the house provided. The house is a great location close to Killington and other places for hikes and the charming town of Woodstock, but it is along a fairly busy road and there is some road noise (though not too bad). All in all, an awesome place I'd love to return to!

Perfect House for a Ski Weekend
We had a great time at The Woodbridge Inn! It was the perfect house for 12 of us - beautiful house, beautiful setting, great communication with Alyssa and close to the mountains. A bathroom in each bedroom was a welcome perk and the kitchen was very well equipped for large meals.
Would absolutely recommend this house for a large group!

Lovely Vermont Family Getaway
This was the PERFECT spot for our entire family to spend Christmas! The home is so well appointed and amazingly comfortable for a group - plenty of room to spread out. We enjoyed puzzles, played board games, and read (the beds are awesome!). However, it has all you need to watch videos, sports, or stay connected via wifi etc. Each room has a full bath, which was wonderful. We relaxed in the hot tub over looking the river after a long day of skiing at Killington. The location was ideal....we could walk to a delicious local pizza restaurant, and made the short drive into Woodstock to eat and shop several times. It's also down the street from Woodstock Farmer's Market, which is a must stop for goodies. We cooked quite a bit in the awesome kitchen. Truly, it felt so cozy, we didn't want to leave. We were very well cared for and honestly it was our best VRBO experience to date!!

Gorgeous Vermont getaway!
This house exceeded all of our expectations! We booked for a last minute girls weekend and could not have been more impressed - the host had thought of everything. We each had our own private bedroom and bathroom but the living room was huge and open so we had plenty of room to be together. The dining room was big enough to seat all of us and the kitchen is a beautiful mix of modern and classic. The stove has 8 burners so cooking meals, even for our large group, was easy. The host was thoughtful and responsive and the house had everything we needed. I highly recommend for your trip to Killington or Woodstock - you won't be disappointed!
