The hotel is a few meters away from public transport, and in the city center. It was clean, and staff was extremely frie

I cannot compliment the hotel enough for their amazing staff! Ali was spectacular a 10/10! The other staff members too were amazing. The hotel offers a free coffee and water station, and the breakfast seemed nice (we did not choose the breakfast option).

I would have liked a mini bar in the room but perhaps I should have checked online for a room with a fridge before booking.

Great for 1 night if you’re looking for somewhere close to the station

We wanted somewhere to stay for an overnight stay close to the train station. It’s not a particularly nice area but is very very close to Nice Ville station so we could get around easily. Free drinks for 24 hours in the breakfast room were great, a real bonus. The lad on reception was great.

It’s definitely not a 4 star hotel, 2 at best but perfect for our needs. The hotel took 100 euro deposit on my card which I was not expecting. I was told that this would be released the following day, this did not happen it remained as pending and took 6 days to become available in my balance. Normally a holding payment will cancel straight away but my bank told me the property hadn’t cancelled. Just something to be aware of if your travelling on a budget.

Super Personal. Sauberes Zimmer. Neuwertiges Mobiliar. Gastfreundliches Ambiente.

Kein Vorhang oder Tür an Duschkabiene. Es wurde jeden Tag gereinigt. Das ist super. Aber es ist unangenehm, wenn der Boden nach dem Duschen nass ist.

No fridge in room. But I suppose this point is hardly a big deal.

Remarkable

The room was really big and spacious. The staff were amazing. One of my friends was sick during the middle of the night and they helped clean up and changed the linen without fuss. Bathroom is amazing! Great to get ready in. Lightning is great. Comfy beds.

Good value for money. Good service.

It was great to have 24h / 7 reception available. Free bottles of water were available any moment. Stuff was really nice and attentive.

The area, close to the train station, is so-so.

Not a 4 star hotel, but clean and comfortable.

The room was clean and comfortable and the staff friendly and helpful.

The breakfast was of a poor quality. The facilities were not of a standard expected of a 4 star hotel and we did not feel safe walking in the neighbourhood..

Beautiful, comfortable stay

• Beautiful, spacious room which was very well laid out. • Great shower and adequate bathroom space. • Absolutely huge bed! Very comfortable. • Stunning large balcony with tasteful table and chairs • Travel guides in the room were a lovely touch • PRIME location for travelling by train/tram!!

• SO minor, but holes in the net curtains • Loud noise from outside around 12am • A mini-fridge would be a good investment!

central clean hotel for a comfortable city stay

clean, comfortable bed, good house keeping, mineral water, kind receptionists, central location

the room service staff were loud out in the corridor in the mornings ( from 8/9 a.m.). it would have been great to be able to sleep in on the weekend

Keep in mind there is "deposit" feature in this place. Hopefully will get it back one day :)

Nice located clean hotel.

Unexpectedly they charged 100 Euro "deposit" (room was prepaid) there is no a word about it, I believe. Even though everything was fine from my side, means I should get my deposit back, they said it will be back automatically I am still waiting for... So far room costed me double price... Not really happy about it.

One of the worst hotel experience I've had.

The breakfast was good. The breads were kept warm. The place is quite central as you can walk to the major tourist attractions just by walking if you like.

The staff were not helpful. I booked a double room and paid the same price for each room but 1 room was much more smaller than the other, the bathroom was 1 m2 only with very little moving space. The shower was like a cupboard in terms of size. The staff insisted that both rooms were the same size and that it was verified by some government regulation or something. They wouldn't even give me another room or reduce the price of my current room. I honestly wouldn't recommend anyone going to this hotel. The nearby surrounding area is very tuorist unfriendly with people always drunk and shouting.
