Отношението на персонала, особено дамата, която беше нощна смяна, големите и чисти бани, местоположението в близост до зала Арена Армеец, леглата са тесни, но удобни, удобни възглавници, чисто е и тихо, личи си старание хотелът да се поддържа и обновява.

Бяхме резервирали суит, но два часа преди да пристигнем, ни уведомиха, че поради авария не можем да го ползваме, предложиха компенсация с две двойни стаи или походно легло, което ни създаде значителен дискомфорт, ние сме семейство с дете на 14, нямаше как да спим в две стаи, походното легло беше бутафорно и неудобно, двойната стая е малка за трима, буквално се прескачахме, леглата са тесни, закуската е оскъдна, но може би нормално за хотел две звезди. Стаите имат особена миризма от мокета и пердетата са подтискащи, мисля, че трябва да ги сменят.

Винаги когато пътувам отсядам в този хотел. Съотношението цена/качество е идеално. Близо до центъра и до летището. Има къде да се паркира и не е зона. 😊

If you need the place for only 1 night, close to the airport and affordable — it’s a reasonable choice

The personal was friendly and kept smiling despite they couldn’t give us the ordered room. Anyway, in the morning the guy helped us to order a taxi and store the luggage and was really nice! The breakfast was okay taking into consideration it was included in the price. The sleep was good, pretty quiet and nice, also the hotel is very close to the airport.

We booked the room with the double bed and they couldn’t provide it, giving us the room with twin beds. That wasn’t a pleasant an experience even we stayed for only one night. I myself worked in the hotel and in the cases of overbooking we just upgraded the room for such occasions. The rooms have basically all you need for the 1 night but you may get some Soviet Union flashbacks.

Decent hotel for one night stay after flying. Good location close to the airport.

Spacious rooms, decent hotel, acceptable cleanliness. Breakfast is ok. Staff were very kind and greet us after midnight.

The mixer tap in the basin was missing outlet and the water sprayed if too strong. Toilet cistern didn't stop filling at times, extractor fans were extremely dirty and full of fluff. The rooms smell of smoke as guests were smoking previously. Because of that the room was waiting for us to be accommodated after midnight with a child with wide open windows in mid Feb. The heating was good though, as it warmed up quite quickly.

A pleasant stay in Sofia!

The place is close to Arena festival, big rooms and bathroom, hot! Quiet street and strong Internet!

No terrace, small Tv, and only one pillow for the single room.

Will visit again on my next trip to Sofia

A wonderful hotel in which I would repeat with pleasure! Price-quality ratio, there is nothing more to be desired, very helpful, adequate and smiling staff who greet you at the reception, free or paid parking option, good location, good breakfast included in the price, incredibly warm and quiet room (a the day was quite cold outside )! Uniquely clean bathroom, toilet and room that can compete with many 4* star hotels, the guys from the reception recommended us a nearby restaurant for dinner, where we were also fascinated by the delicious food!

Много любезен и отзивчив персонал! Стаята ми беше чиста. Хотелът е разположен на много удобно място, буквално на 2-3 минутки от спирката на хотел Плиска. Наоколо има супермаркет, както и различни места откъдето можеш да си вземеш нещо за хапване. Много съм доволен от съотношение цена-качество и със сигурност отново ще гостувам. Огромно благодаря на целия персонал на хотел "Рай".

Нямам забележки, всичко беше на ниво!

Very nice stay!

I usually stay there for the location because it is close to my work! It is hot as there are central heat! Very comfortable bed!

I would like to have a second pillow and a little bigger flat Tv as the existing one are small and old-fashioned 19 inches.

Жената на рецепцията е ужасно не учтива и конфликтна личност. Единственият с когото може да се разговаря е управителят на хотела Мартин, който съдейства и помогна с недоразумението около моята резервация. Не препоръчвам този хотел на никого.

Perfect for Sofia airport or just city trip for very reasonable price.

Perfect hotel 10 min from the airport by car! Exceptional welcomed personal. Covered parking inside. Even early breakfast for very early check out was good. Very! clean and even choice of pillows!!!

Maybe it would be better to adjust the room temperature a bit in advance)

Decepcionante.

Quando arrumavam o quarto (não era todo dia) ele ficava limpinho.

O café da manhã é deplorável, fora que no meu último dia, quando deu 9:30 TODOS que estavam tomando café da manhã, inclusive eu, foram expulsos da sala de café da manhã sem nem ao menos poder terminar de comer.

A pleasant experience.

Very few options for breakfast, but we had coffee, croissants, some sausages, cheese, tea and jams.If you are very selective, breakfast is not necessarily a strong point of the location.

There was nothing I didn't like. The water was very hot, the rooms were huge and well heated, the bathrooms were clean and very large. Clean and properly ironed bed linen and towels. Soap, shower gel, functional hair dryer, etc. -The TV is old, but it didn't bother me with anything

Впечатления остались приятные, соотношение цена/качество неплохие. плохой только завтрак.

хорошее расположение- вокруг кафе и магазины в пешей доступности. вежливый и отзывчивый персонал, сообщила о поломке в пятницу вечером, в субботу сразу все починили. очень приятный по оформлению ресторан, на рецепции очень чисто.

номера опрятные, в ванной чисто. единственное, ковер на полу пылесосят явно редко и недобросовестно. и завтраки совсем «никакие».

Same old

One more satisfactory stay at Hotel Rai.

It was too hot in Sofia this time and the aircon proved inadequate to deal with it. Sleeping at night was hard and I had to get up and open the windows in the small hours to let some cool air in.

Exceptional

The room was very spacious and super clean, didn't look old or aged anywhere. Huge shower, good location only 10min car ride away from the airport, bus stop very close nearby

I would definitely not recommend this place.

When we arrived, even tho everything was paid, they told my spouse that it wasn't and made her pay by card. Even though we were promised a refund, nothing happened. The worst part of it all was when they told us we weren't the first people that were made to pay twice, "due to Booking.com" errors.

Very good

The hotel were really accommodating, my flight arrived at midnight but baggage didn't come until almost 1.20am, I had kept in touch via message with the hotel and it was not a problem when I arrived just before 2am. The gentleman on reception was lovely and very helpful, and said if I needed anything or had any more queries or questions to just call down from the room on the internal phone. The room was a single but it was a big size room, bed was comfy, bathroom and shower were big and the water pressure was really good. There was a kettle, although I didn't use it and a small fridge. The biggest plus was I didn't have to vacate the room before midday, which meant I could sleep a little longer after a full day of travelling. The bed linen was fresh and clean and the towels were very good quality.

The hairdryer which was attached to the wall in the bathroom got very hot on the handle and had been wrapped up with tape and looked like it had melted previously. There was some dust around the bed frame, which hadn't been cleaned. The air conditioning wouldn't turn on, so I suspect it was operated centrally by the hotel, as in the morning it came on for a short while, so it was quite warm in the room.
