Aufgrund der Geschehnisse in Valencia kamen wir erst einen Tag später, auch das wurde nicht berücksichtigt, sind dann nu

Die Unterkunft entsprach nicht ansatzweise der Beschreibung. Kein Fön, keine Handtücher, alles war modrig und klamm

Como en casa.

La ubicación a la playa es inmejorable. Cerca de restaurantes, bares y el paseo marítimo. El apartamento limpio y muy cómodo. Cabe destacar el trato recibido por los empleados, Laura la recepcionista del hotel. En todo momento el staff han estado pendiente de nuestra estancia. Fue un detalle que nos avisaran cuando el apartamento estaba preparado para entrar.

Nada. Ha superado nuestras expectativas la estancia.

Timo, pésima experiencia

Nada, porque llegue a alojarme allí , cancele en cuanto llegue al ver que lo que había no es lo que se ofrece, hasta cucarachas había, sucio roto… Me dijeron que no hay problema en cancelar. Lo hice devolví la llave en el momento y se perdieron…llame y no contestaba a pesar de haberme asegurado que podía cancelar sin problema. Tuve que perseguirlos por la fianza, me decían que ya la había devuelto, pido justificante y hacen la transferencia un minuto antes de enviarme el justificante. Un timo total

Très bien.

Excellent emplacement à proximité de la plage, et qui doit être calme même en période estivale. On peut se garer dans la rue. Petit déj. et restaurants à proximité. Port à dix minutes à pied sur une belle promenade longeant la plage.

La seule ouverture de ce studio en rez de chaussée est une grande porte fenêtre donnant sur la rue dont les vitres sont toutes opaques. Pour deux jours, ça peut aller, mais pour un plus long séjour, risque de claustrophobie. Serait-il possible de remplacer la vitre centrale par un verre transparent avec une persienne intérieure garantissant l'intimité mais permettant une vue sur l'extérieur ?

Bardzo dobra lokalizacja, blisko plaży. Poza sezonem brak problemów z parkingiem.

Odbiór kluczy do apartamentu jest w innym miejscu, oddalonym od apartamentu o prawie 2 km. Bardzo późno rozpoczynająca się doba hotelowa (od 17.00). Konieczność wpłaty kaucji 200 euro. Żadne ze zdjęć w ofercie nie pochodziło z wynajętego apartamentu. Apartament w rzeczywistości oferował gorszy standard. Przede wszystkim jednak największą wadą było to, że ściany działowe w apartamencie kończyły się metr przed sufitem (nawet ta ściana oddzielająca łazienkę od sypialni), więc trudno było o jakąkolwiek intymność, a nawet ciche dźwięki rozchodziły się po całym apartamencie. W przypadku podróży z dzieckiem to raczej ważne. W apartamencie nie ma też suszarki do włosów.

LA RECOGIDA DE LLAVES FUE MAL, SOLICITE POR BOOKING DIAS ANTES E INCLUSO POR LLAMADA DE MVL LA ENTRADA DE 11-12H am EN LA CASILLA SOLICITUDES, NUNCA DIJERON QUE NO, O QUE LLEVABA COSTE ADICIONAL, Y UNA VEZ ALLI A LAS 11H NOS DIJERON QUE ERA A PARTIR DE LAS 17H...CON DOS NIÑOS PEQUEÑOS SUPUSO UNA GRAN MOLESTIA, LUEGO NOS LLAMARON SOBRE LAS 14H QUE YA PODIAMOS ACUDIR. Estaba muy limpio en general y muy cuco decorado. La ubicación estaba muy bien, bastante tranquilo en estas fechas y para aparcar genial ahora que no hay casi gente.

Había algún pelito de animal en las sábanas, no ofrecen ni toallas para la ducha, ni alfombra de ducha, solo una toalla de manos. La cama era muy dura y de muelles y las cabeceras muy finas.

Puede mejorar con un mantenimiento adecuado.

Muy cerca de la playa, se podía ver desde la ventana del salón y las personas muy amables en la recepción. Las chicas de limpieza son muy educadas y dejaron el apartamento muy limpio.

Aunque el baño era grande, el agua no drenaba con normalidad y se formó un charco horrible en el desagüe del baño, algo bastante asqueroso. La habitación no me pareció muy cómoda y como la ventana daba a la calle, tenía que estar cerrada todo el tiempo. El sofá tenía un olor muy fuerte a tabaco y creo que al intentar limpiarlo se mezcló con el olor a producto de limpieza, lo que lo empeoró mucho. No era cómodo de usar por este motivo.

Great Location but poor apartment - in desperate need of updating especially the awful beds!!

The location was great - centreal Gandia Beach area with plenty of bars and restaurants although parking was a problem.

Worst beds we have ever slept in -cheap mattresses and you could feel the springs. Non absorbante towels that didn't dry you at all. No washing up bowl,kettle or bottle opener. Overall the apartment was a dissapointment, the furniture and furnishings are very tired and need replacing - glad we were only staying for 3 nights!!

The location right on the front line of the beach was excellent

The swimming pool was not open. I feel like the advertisement on Booking falsely alluded to their being a pool in the apartment complex, but on arrival we were told it was not open. One of the main reasons for booking the apartment was the use of the swimming pool for my daughter and I would not have chosen this place if it had been clear that the pool was not available. Mosquito plug-ins or nets etc would be very helpful to have as the apartment had a huge amount of mosquitos. Also the kitchen could be better equipped with a coffee pot/and or kettle for example. Having to collect the keys from the hotel a good 20 minute walk away was inconvenient especially with an early check out time!

In general it was very nice but now I'd pay a bit more to have a window and a proper bathroom

- A huge beautiful beach was just about 50m away. Very cool! - It was easy to park the car in the streets nearby (we were there in December, off season) - The apartment was very clean and of high standard

- No proper window - Toilet integrated with sleeping area was a bit of a stretch. The only thing that separates the toilet from the bed in 1.5m is a plastic curtain. The photos I saw didn't show this - Duvets were not warm enough for December temperatures

Avoid this place

Only the cleaning lady was nice, the rest sucks

A lot of problems. But tthe biggest one it was my littler son forgot his tablet under the bad and we realized it was forgotten 300 km away. I proposed (as any normal hotel in the world) to send me BY MY COSTS but the answer was; no we do not do it. ( after i call to ask if i had forgotten this tablet, none of personal even sent me a email or message to informe us about this before i realized otherwise i could go back to pick up) They said that is kept the forgotten goods of guests and do not send anything to anybody. Future guests: you are forbiden to forget anything in this place! Additional problem, cold water, no enought power, the customer service pretends do not understand englisch to try solve the guest problems. But and of check out could miraculousy understand us. Resume: i do not recommend this place at all!

This was a horrible nasty experience

The nice restaurant with the great people in the corner of the appartment that we would go to not be inside the hotel.

I hated the mold and dirt that covered the walls. The furniture was old and dirty. The couch was nasty and stained. The bed sheets were old, thin, dirty and stained. The towels were very dirty. The toilet wouldn't flush and the shower would flood the whole house. We notified the people who rented out the apartment but dispite saying they would come fix it they never did. They also promised to change the sheets but never did that either. The wifi password never worked despite how much we tried and on top of everything they called me to tell me I stole a hanger to dry clothes that was never in the appartment to begin with. In general they have the WORST customer service in history and a horrible appartment. AND they haven't returned my deposit!
