Room was pretty and clean

The aircond in our room was not working properly, did not sleep the whole night. The staff was ignorant when we addressed the issue

Strong internet access, Walking distance to Masjid Al-Falah and by foot access to various options business center i.e Rosyam Mart, McD, Kayu Nasi Kandar, Kedai Serbaneka and Banking services.

1- Cleanliness in the room - construction debris was left over after upgrading the downlight. 2- Bad experience upon check-in - bad odor at the reception area. 3- Room without window - regularly booked for Deluxe King Room, will get bigger room c/with window. 4- Dust bin - dirty

No one to let us in.

Nothing special for what we paid for to get a few hours of rest.

There was no one to let us in. Please leave a notice to indicate the front desk was only temporarily unattended.That way we could check in later instead of not knowing what was going on.

The receptionist (short hair cut) is better than the ladies in tudung.

During booking & confirmation it was MYR 117.00 During check in paid 124 ringgit plus another 50 ringgit as security deposit.

never stated on the booking.com that counter and main door close at 2am. the night shift staff was so RUDE! NOT RECOMMENDED. hellaaa! what is ur name? FIFI? n pls find a solution about the main door close at 2am,we r paying to stay at HOTEL n we r not staying in HOSTEL!

Location, Masjid Al Falah and room size was value for 💰

Parking lot and can't access after suboh prayers, Broken bed light shall be replaced. Dusty floor under the wardrobe and working table

This hotel gets the payment but no invoice

The only thing about the property was the ambiance was good but nothing else

The worst thing is the lack of good room service.I stayed for 5 days and out of that only 2 days room service was done.Whrn I asked them for explanation the manager yelled at me for no reason to deny that issue.Also the bathroom had broken showers
