Beautiful ! East side. New top-down room darkening shades to allow the sun in and still have privacy and bottom-up shades in all rooms. Nearly all new bedroom suites and Laptop computer desk. Large bedrooms, open concept. Central a/c and heat. Washer/dryer. Large rooms and open concept. Off street parking in rear. Verizon Fios TV and wireless internet. Fully furnished. Business travelers approved (see badge). 2 coffee makers: a Keurig single pods and a Mr. Coffee to brew a pot. We have about 5 x's the floor space of typical hotel rooms.
We are about 1/2 mile East of downtown Auburn. Many beautiful waterfalls around us, 3 local golf courses, snow ski resorts, BassMasters fishing, many wineries and NYS Fairgrounds 30 minutes. Dickens opening day is the last day of Nov downtown Skaneateles, NY is a straight drive 6 miles, 10 minutes away. The new del Largo Casino is only 30 minutes away.

I came into town with a few friends for a wedding. We stayed for 2 days, and it was an amazing stay!! This is one of the cleanest rentals I've ever stayed in! The rooms were spacious, and the beds were so comfortable. The location was perfect!! It was just minutes to anything we needed. And an added bonus.....no ridiculous, over-the-top requirements before check out!! Highly recommend.

We did a lot of hiking and chasing waterfalls in the many finger lakes. This was a nice place to come home to each evening. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook at home.

This property is ideal for a family looking for the perfect rental while in Auburn/FingerLakes region. The property has 3 large bedrooms and a full kitchen stocked with what you need if you decide to cook. The central air was very nice and all the bedrooms had their own TV besides the main living area. Mason was so easy to communicate with. We will be staying there again whenever we are back in the area.

We couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay for our adult get-a-way! Bedrooms were spacious and so glad to find a place that had 3 big beds! Not a lot of places have that. Usually a twin or bunk beds. House was clean and had everything we needed!

very clean, great beds, nice big kitchen with good appliances, silverware, and pots and pans. Parking in the rear was very convenient. The side street was not the prettiest but the front of the property is on a nice main road. Near Wegmans.

Nice accomodations - the bedrooms were much bigger than they looked in the pictures. The kitchen was nice and appreciated the use of the Keurig in the morning. Easy check in process and in a good location. Bed linens seemed new and were good quality. A baby gate was included and was nice to have with the steep stairs. Convenient parking behind the building.

My sister and I wanted to show my 85 year old mother a week of adventure in the Finger Lakes region. This charming apartment with it’s three large bedrooms was a perfect fit for us. We were able to hit 6 of the 11 Finger Lakes with no more than an hour drive to most. The apartment itself was loaded with wonderful amenities. I have stayed at numerous vacation rentals and have never seen one so fully stocked. What caught our eye when we booked was the fact that there three new mattresses and they were very comfortable. Extras included “My Pillow” pillows on each bed, Keurig pods, Medicine chest with new toothbrushes, shampoo and conditioner samples, soap, razors, shaving cream just in case you forgot to pack. Three hair dryers, one for each room. Laundry supplies even including spot remover. The large kitchen with large table was used numerous evenings to play games and relax with a bottle of wine from the numerous winery nearby. Within walking distance of Wegman’s supermarket and a wonderful BBQ restaurant the Copper Pig. The owner checked on us the day of arrival and made us feel very welcome. He was also readily available when we had questions. We loved our Mother/Daughter week and will miss our “home away from home”. Thanks to Mason and Gloria for the use of their property.

This apt is 3 bedrooms, all new queen beds that were extremely comfortable, really nice bedroom furniture, very comfortable den chairs, and the whole place was very clean. There were brochures of area attractions, lots of clean towels, a small library of books to add to of take one, hair dryer, and sample size toiletries to use if you need them. Full kitchen, Fridge has freezer and icemaker that actually works, Bosh dishwasher, napkins, Kleenex, even coffee there to use. The duel coffee maker is very cool, uses cups for single serving, or you can make a carafe of coffee if you prefer. Lots of homey touches like new kitchen towels, tablecloth on table, coasters on bedside tables. Location is in the Main Street, with parking in front and behind the house. Very safe part of town, convenient to many areas. We recommend this apartment, it’s very reasonably priced too!

We were in Auburn for a family event on Owasco Lake, and spent the weekend at this apartment. We found the space clean and comfortable and convenient to both the downtown area and Owasco Lake. Mason was attentive to our arrival and departure needs, and even let us know that we had left some items behind and arranged for us to pick them up. I recommend this apartment 100%.

Wonderful apartment. Large rooms with nice beds, very clean and everything we needed was included. Host (Mason) very responsive usually within minutes and gave excellent recommendations for where to eat. If/when we are in the Finger Lakes again we will definitely stay here again.
