About this house rental

Crescent Head Beach House is the perfect place to unwind. Sit on the deck and relax, while you enjoy the ocean view and watch the native birds feed in the nearby trees. This getaway is designed for tranquil living and is nestled in private, lush tropical gardens; a green backdrop to the indoor living space and a beautiful natural environment to enjoy in the outdoor spaces. The Beach House has gorgeous coastal views to Smokey Cape.

The house is beautifully decorated in a relaxed coastal style and comfortably accommodates six people, with spacious indoor and outdoor living areas. The air conditioned living room features a very comfortable leather lounge, large screen TV, DVD player and CD player and bluetooth speakers. You may be a world away from your busy life, however, unlimited wifi is available for you to stay in touch. A range of children's DVDs, books and games are provided for your enjoyment. Upstairs, the three bedrooms contain one queen, one double and two single beds. There is a portable cot and high chair for young children. Of the two bathrooms, one has a large spa. The kitchen and laundry are fully equipped. Bedding is supplied and linen hire is available on request. We want you to be as comfortable possible, so the house is meticulously cleaned before your stay.

We love animals and are negotiable concerning pets. We are happy to talk to you about your pet holidaying with you.

Crescent Head is a wonderful location. The kitchen needs bringing up to date . The food cupboard needs a door on it. We could have done with salt and pepper. Not very well equipped if you cook for yourself.

A peaceful place to stay for three work colleagues. A short energetic walk to the surf beach, local shops and eateries. Beautiful scenery in all directions. An authentic beach house with good amenities rather than a magazine showpiece. It was a lovely place to stay for two weeks.

Lynne was great and communicated well and responded quickly when we had questions. The house was well appointed and comfortable with everything we needed. The air conditioning downstairs kept the living areas cool, but the upstairs was hard to cool at night - possibly because the weather when we were there was particularly hot and still. The driveway is tricky. Lovely home, beautiful gardens and great for the dog. We would stay there again.

Nice house, but dated. Furniture old including a bed that broke in the middle of the night. Disappointing that although the owner offered to provide a $100 refund as compensation, she never followed through. Not ideal especially as we could not use the bed and had one more night to stay. A hike to town and the beach, so be prepared to drive for less mobile people. House has lots of stairs, so not suitable for anyone with mobility issues or elderly. Very awkward driveway - had to put our car in 4WD to get in and out. There is no dishwasher.

I had a great 3 days at the Beach House. Comfortable and plenty of room. My dogs had a great stay although the smaller one found it easy to escape through the balustrade. Lynne was very helpful and easy to contact. I have to mention the fantastic view. Will definitely stay again.

This stay was just wonderful! The house was spotless when we arrived, and it is super cozy with everything you might need. The view from the kitchen, verandah, and all the bedrooms is breathtaking. There is a lovely nature strip with a grove right next to the property, and we had magpies visiting when we were having breakfast. There is airconditioning for heating or cooling; we visited in the middle of winter, and the whole house was pleasant. The kitchen is well equipped. It's a medium walk to the centre and beach, and you can walk to the lookout by the water tower too. I really hope we can return someday soon. Thank you so much!

Couldnt be happier with our beach holiday in Crescent Head. The home was perfectly clean, the view was spectacular and the amenities offered everything our family could possibly need for our little getaway. Lovely place to stay with our 2 dogs. Parking is a bit difficult if you have a low car because its very hilly around but our AWD was fine. It's a nice quiet place to stay with a great view and walking distance to shops, restaurants and the beach.

Accurately described and the cottage included little extras which made the trip more comfortable. Met all expectations apart from the parking, where you need a 4 wheel or high wheel drive. However, easy to park on the nature strip even for a low drive sporty type car.

We had such a beautiful time exploring Crescent Head for the first time with our children and our dog from this holiday house. The house was perfect. It is a few streets back from the beach but this still worked great as we had a few windy days. The girls loved the loft type bedrooms, the spa bath after a good beach swim and the fluffy white towels. The dog was really happy with her verandah and loved all the beach and cliff walks we could easily do from the house. The house was beautifully clean, had the necessities in the kitchen, and a great coffee machine as a bonus. Our Christmas elf also got into some mischief but seemed to enjoy his stay too. We loved our stay and definitely hope to be back.

A long awaited holiday with teenagers and a kelpie. This house was perfect for our stay in Crescent Head. A short walk to town, a dog beach within walking distance, lovely ocean breezes, all amenities, and even in the torrential rain, this house offered many aspects to see the view. We will be back for sure!! Lynne is a wonderful host who has thought of everything!!

Amazing spot, super clean and homey property! Me and my partner had a lovely relaxing getaway here. My only feedback would be that the kitchen supplies were lacking. We wanted to cook one night and had to buy salt, pepper, oil, foil etc - It would be great if these things were available at the property.
