Good

Luxurious property that usually pampers and delivers comfortable stay

Communication could of been very much improved,during the stay and prior to check in. Not good service at the pool bar. Great communication at the end of the stay at check out. Broken door to the room.

Great hotel with good pools

This is a complete spa with every kind of thing one would expect of it, plus a nicely designed hotel with beautiful rooms and great pools/ jacuzzi on top and ground. It’s position is a bit unusual, but this hotel is very good for a basis to make tours to Tel Aviv or Jerusalem. A quiek point to calm down from the pulsating life in the metropoles.

I’d strongly suggest to put a big illuminated sign „Hotel Entrance“ over the gate, as no one is expecting this great place right near some palms on the natural ground at the end of a industrial/business area.

very expensive for what you get...

There was almost no breakfast, you need to pray for the server to bring you 1 egg and coffee ... for the price this is unacceptable... location not bad .

No breakfast means no Hotel...

Surprise hotel

Nice room, clean, surprise, relaxed, green and very pleasant atmosphere, great breakfast. Realy a paradise.

We could not find the entrance, no english, so we searched in the neighbourhood for quite a while, not expecting the hotel in that place. Neither were there signs along the road as a guide to the hotel. Music in the corridor was too loud, you could hear it in the room.

Jaccuzi in the room was great, so was the food. The staff is pleasant and English speaking

The hotel send me 4 SMS's (none of them requested or urgent) prior to my arrival despite repeated requests to stop sending them. Also they were all in Hebrew.

Amazing hotel, that I would highly recommend to anyone. It met all our expectations and beyond.

The hotel was amazing. It felt like a five star resort in Thailand or Bali. it had all the facilities that we needed, we liked all the different areas of the hotel that you could go to each one having a different vibe. It’s has been decorated in such beautiful way with attention to detail. and all the staff and the manager were very warm and welcoming and met all our needs.

there was nothing we didn’t like.

Pleasant

The room was cute. Free parking .

Bathroom was so small. Very small can' t move in there. Bathroom door was les then meter from the bed and wasn' t sealed, so everything you do in the bathroom the other one in the room see and hear. Very uncomfortable. The light in the room and bathroom was low and bad made. We couldn' t fix ourselves and no posdible to make up or shave . To many stairs up and down to the facilities.

Estate Spa is not appropriate for tourists.

Rooms themselves were fine. The pool was nice. The staff made efforts to accommodate us.

I was not aware that the hotel was very far from the city centre, that is was for couples only and was not accessible by transit. The hotel is geared toward couples staying for no more than one night. Our neighbours were loud and preferred to party rather than sleep. The breakfast included in the room fees only begins at 9, which is not convenient for people who are touring or working. Lastly, the hotel plays music from early morning till late night in all the hallways and common spaces. The hotel is really meant for locals on very short stays.

terrible office staff. beautiful facilities in an industrial area. while promoting relaxation to the guests, i received

beautiful pools, rooms and common facilities. great breakfast, kitchen and room staff.

The office staff were not friendly, not helpful and very slow to respond to my requests. example: It took five calls to the office and two hours before someone came to fix my television.
